But they have vulvas they're not into. They're mutually dating women while persuading themselves they're dating men and that they are men.

So I'm new both to GC subs and this one in particular. I read the former reddit sub, along with r/itsafetish etc. For like half a year now. But I'm in very trans positive friend groups and I didn't dare come out in public with any of my doubts, so I shut up until now.

Peak trans was when I was dating a trans woman for the first time. I've dated in the past women who came out as trans men, which had bothered me, because I like women, not men, and I was pissed with the fact I now had to say my first love was a man and not a woman. But beyond that I didn't think much about it, and I had my little spot in the TWAW chorus. Going as far as saying cringe things like "I like everybody except TERFS" as a sexual orientation. Ugh. So I was dating this trans woman, who was, honestly, very sweet and very respectful. It's not at all their character that made me peak, more or less the opposite. As I was dating a trans woman and I didn't want to say bad things or trigger her I went deep into trans culture, trans subreddits, and stuff, to be the wokest I can.

Well let me tell you I really didn't like the fetishist side of it and the sissification and the threats of violence. I'm asexual and I hated how sexualized their attempts at looking like a woman were. I couldn't stand all those bulges in dainty little lingerie and those cute bras and those knee high socks. Gross. And such sterotypes. That's when I realized this was not right. That and the "transbian" fade. Makes my skin crawl. I hate that as lesbians we have to surrender more and more and more space for males in dresses to take it and demand they get in our panties. So that's what made me peak : trying to be more inclusive to my trans gf. It backfired. She dumped me because we were LDR and she wanted to see me constantly and I wasn't interested in that. So no great thing was lost here.

I now finally made an account here after the second wave of reddit bans. If there's a new itsafetish sub on saidit I'd love to have the link.

We have to stay strong.

Long ago I posted on actuallesbians that I loved a lot of very different bodies, describing narrow hips and small tits and boyish figure - with my girlfriend in mind. I don't exactly remember why I said that, I feel like I was trying to reassure someone. Cue a trans woman telling me it's triggering to talk about that, thank you very much, etc. I was trying to be nice! You should be happy it read like I could like your flat hairy man's ass, yet you're still whining!

Actuallesbians really helped peak. The constant "lesbians CAN get pregnant", to me who is very child free and pregnancy repulsed, really feels like indoctrination. Like they WANT to get the lesbians pregnant. Ugfhjfh makes my skin crawl.

How much of a slog our body can be. I hate having periods. I hate being abjectely depressed when i have PMS. I hate having to wear a bra or else my back hurt and my nipples chaffe. I hate having to wear make up just to be considered professional. I have very thin hair and I just want to shave it all off again but I can't because I need to look normal to have a job. How miserable teenage was. When I see TIMs glamorizing and fetishizing every part that makes womanhood painful and overwhelming it makes me want to puke.

I've been very depressed since Ellen came out. That and I just... see trans stuff everywhere all the time. Facebook, Reddit, everywhere I like to scroll mindlessly there's trans stuff every six posts it seems. Meanwhile who is talking about lesbians ever? Nobody, unless it's to tell them they suck and they should accept dick in their lives.

A documentary about a 8 years old transed little boy just came out in France and it's absolutely mind bogglingly outrageous. The mom has had a couple of girl foetuses miscarriages and she outright said she would be happier if her son was a girl. So of course the poor baby wants to please his mom. So he's being indoctrined into being a little girl and nobody.questions.it. in the documentary. And people drink it up.

I'm just so mad. it's starting in my country, nearly none of my friends agree with me, I feel immensely alone and discouraged. How long until they realize how harmful it is for women, lesbians, gnc women, and children? Why is everybody so blind??? How did that fucking happen? A friend of mine compared terves to policemen beating up black people. I yelled at her. At least she understood she went too far but man, it really shows how people have no fucking idea what gender critical people's points are.

Quirks. Men just seem to hate women with passions, interests, collections, stuff they do in their free time. I'm of the belief that if you see an injustice or oppression and you're a good person you'll stand up for the oppressed people even if the individuals sometimes say unsavory things. People are human, and they're pretty dumb, but a group of people shouldn't be left to suffer because some of the individuals run their mouths, even if it's against you.

Multiple theories about that, as I've seen it unfold exactly like you have. I've also frequented that sort of people but I'm someon with ten thousands interests and no big huge all consumming passion, so I dab a little bit in everything and mostly do nothing.

My theories :

  • Time efficiency. The more you focus on one very special subject the less time you have to stray off it. So the more precise your hobby the less you're wasting time puttering about. Might make sense when your job is very demanding. Turns into obsession. Probably the least likely in most cases, though. But also makes sense when you have one buget into which you can pour money in.

  • Credibility and misogyny. Women's hobbies have always been seen as frivolous. Being a litteral expert in something might be a response to men mocking you, not trusting you or not believing in you. Usually ends up being unsufferable because so highly opinionated by defense. This encourages conformity because anybody who strays from the accepted praxis is seen as weakening the credibility of the whole group. When it comes to old timey things it obviously encourages a desuet femininity.

Finally, just trends. Corsets made a huge comeback ten years ago, then it was Rockabilly, extremely femining BJDs and dolls in general, then there was a huge make up industry boom. We're currently highly encouraged to be extremely feminine and that can push passions into the kind of things you've seen. Also there's more men that feel comfortable dabbing in fantasy clothing too, and with that comes to pressure to fall neatly into gender roles all over again.

Hope I've not missed your point entirely!

I'm so disheartened to see yet another triad with one mediocre dude and two really cool looking women when you can just blatantly see that they're in such an incredibly hetero and man-centric relationship with that dude and their bisexuality is erased or imaginary. I nearly never see poly relationships without men insterting themselves in it. So much that I get the bad rep polyamory gets in general, even though it saddens me because I strongly believe you can be with multiple people without being an asshole, sex addled (I'm asexual), or a serial cheater who has found a loophole.

I will never believe someone that truly feels like a woman could hold it all these years, present as a dude, have children and a career, and suddenly transition at 50. They're all autogynephiles and suddenly society gives them the green light to live their fetish out in public and/or are pissed that their wives get more attention than they do. They're so selfish.

Pretty sure they're cowards and are afraid a straight man would deck them for suggesting they're transphobic because they won't fuck them. So they turn onto the most helpless demographic there is, women who don't conform to liking men.

I would advice against staying with him honestly. Something you will see time and time again in trans widows stories is that all the savings of the household went through gender affirming crap like dresses, manicures, way more lingerie than you'd ever allow yourself to buy becuse there's more important stuff to be bought, like nappies, and then down the line, surgeries. Some transwomen get as many as twenty surgeries and revisions. Multiple facial feminisations, adam's apple shaving, hairplugs, electrolysis for their hair, vocal cords shaving, boob job, and eventually, some do get the penile inversion. This is the money that is not going to go towards your children's future and your wellbeing as a family. Please flee.

I was forcing myself to be pro TRA despite my doubts at the time. I was nearly only friends with queer people at the time (I've... Let go of them this month finally and it's not fun.) and felt like I was horrible if I didn't. Also I was especially depressed at the time and feeling like I was part of "something great" made me hold it for a long time. I really liked Hbomberguy, too, I connected a lot with his work, like his video on the outsiders for example, so I was certain it was my civic duty.

... Since then I dated a trans woman and in trying to be a better ally I fell into all the trans subreddits and saw how vile they were and I peaked violently finally. So yeah. Live and learn.

Boy do I feel weird about sharing a sub with people who are considering voting for Trump. Are you seriously considering a dude who is letting 200000 people die of COVID, is doing his best to be a traitor and a dictator, is a rapist and a child abuser, better than a dude who might, MIGHT listen to TRAs on one or two points MAYBE??

You all really sound entitled. Please think about your fellow lesbians and bi girls and gays of color and don't vote for people who are going to ban abortions rights, women's rights, willing to deport brown people and park children in cages just because YOU don't feel threatened by the orange menace.

I have a blend that I found in a store specializing in end of stocks and short expiry dates. It's whole leaves black tea with cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, and other spices, named "African Christmas tea" from a company focussing on tea strains and blends from Africa. It' the absolute best "chai" adjacent tea I know. With soy milk it's to die for. My stock is dwindling very rapidely, though. I'm gonna be so sad.

Also coffee with two opened cadamom pods in the grounds, and soy milk. It takes all the bitterness and roughness of "meh" coffees away and it's so smooth and amazing.

Oh and Yogi teas makes a herbal tea called "choco". It's carob, cocoa, cinnamon ad other sweet spices. It's incredible.
