Hmm now that you mention it maybe a little? But I stay pretty hydrated. I just feel awful tonight, horribly run down and my girlfriend says I'm just way hotter than even normal. I have a great PCP who is also an urgent care but at PCP rates! They can check everything out. Hope they are open.

Just be super tactful at all times. Having XY chromosomes isn't an identity- gender is a social construct which can only be described using stereotypical traits.
