No, they are not morons. This is a very calculated move. There is a full-court press for power going on right now, and the main ring in this circus is information. By limiting information flow, those in charge are capable of influencing "the crowd" with nobody to challenge them. The only way to see behind the curtain is to leave the crowd, as you are now doing, by finding other venues. But they are counting on the fact that because they have first-developed status on their platforms, they will hold enough of the crowd to be able to change the power structure to one they control without any areas of dissent remaining. Then they can use that power to "clean up" (i.e. start actual physical removal of) the last pockets of dissent, because their propaganda will keep the crowd confused as to what is really happening. This is an ancient playbook, only accelerated by technology. It's very scary to watch it happening in real time, however. The premise of the "consent of the governed" is finally beginning to break down. As more people see that the majority does not condone, encourage, or accept this kind of crap, we may finally be able to reverse the tide. For decades the vocal minority has created an environment where ever-increasing social toxicity has been not only tolerated but promoted by our most powerful institutions. But those institutions can only exist as long as people believe the institutions "represent them". The MSM and the tech fascists are crossing every line imaginable to destroy that belief. That's the optimistic case. But until I see the BLM signs up in my neighborhood come down (i.e. when people recognize that they have been conned into believing that "violence is peace"), I still remain skeptical. I don't understand how people can square that circle, but they seem incapable of seeing that the "victims" they use as their idols have usually been engaged in extreme violence for years prior to meeting the end they were headed toward all along.

This isn't about race. Reasonable people of all races (e.g. Candace Owens, Thomas Sowell, Clarence Thomas) recognize that these groups are dangerous. BLM isn't holding up "black lives"; it is holding up as its heroes violent criminals. Meanwhile predominantly black neighborhoods find all the reasonable black business owners bankrupted when the riots destroy the wealth they honestly attempted to create.

Back to the current case, however. Maybe - just maybe - a public figure promoting violent pedophilia may create a counter-reaction. Once that reaction takes hold, we can only pray it continues, and people can begin to recognize all the many insane groups who have become "PR bait", and clean them out.

This is as good a place as any to agree with a theme I am seeing on saidit a fair amount lately: racial realism.

Racial relations is a good example of our ideals not fitting reality. All of us would like to live in a world where the races were all equal and all got along fine, regardless of skin colour, ethnicity, religion, etc. The question is not if that's the ideal. It is.

The problem is that reality appears to make this impossible. There are cultural differences among the races that seem to be hardwired, and some of these differences create a lot of friction.

Our historical response to this over the past 75 years has been to hammer harder and harder on the "should!" aspect of the question. If people can't get along, we "should" change our behavior.

But there is a significant benefit to acknowledging inherent and immutable differences. It helps to guide to realistic solutions rather than idealistic ones. In other words, when faced with the fact that the root of racial animosity in our current moment is police interactions with the black community that are a result - 90% of the time - of police response to BLACK-ON-BLACK crime, we can examine why the black community is such a mess within itself. The roots of this are the destruction of the black family structure because of precisely the policies the liberal white community put in place in their idealistic fervour to help the black community. In other words, because liberal whites were incompetent in understanding the culture they were trying to "help", they fucked it up and made matters incalculably worse. All this was based on the absolute doctrine adopted by liberal whites that "blacks and whites think identically, and if we just give them the correct context, they will be raised out of poverty." That hypothesis is being proven spectacularly wrong. Liberal whites manifestly understand black inner-city culture NOT AT ALL, and thus every step they take makes the situation worse.

But faced with this radical failure, rather than acknowledge their mistake, they have done the insane and yet predictable. They choose to blame their opponents, whose ideas they absolutely rode over in order to create their utopia. If blacks aren't responding well to the policies put in place by liberal whites, the fault is with ... ... you guessed it! Conservative whites! If we can just crush conservative whites, then all these failed policies will magically work!

Once this method of ducking responsibility for their own failure is established, they are now moving it into all areas of discourse. Vaccines are failing? Blame the unvaccinated!

The liberal elite of our country is seemingly inherently incapable of acknowledging that their ideas are being demonstrated absolutely wrong (not just a little, but 180 degrees wrong) by reality. Reality is spitting in their face and laughing at the resulting chaos.

This article is in Sweden; the ideology is global. The liberal tendency to believe in their utopias is sowing chaos around the world.

How about we start expecting the same rights and responsibilities for everyone, regardless of race? This saddens me, though it no longer surprises me. I've followed Zerohedge for information since 2010. The reason I read them is because I've consistently been accurately informed about subjects months/years ahead of the information showing up in other sources. The Hunter Biden story is the perfect example. As a ZH reader, I've been on this story since 2014, when Hunter showed up on the board of Burisma. My birth family - mainstream news consumers - found out about Hunter from me at that time. They would not have known about it except because I told them. Now look where we are.

It's depressing, because that's just one example. The people in the mainstream universe are incapable of acknowledging the absolute corruption of their premises, while places like Zerohedge have specialized in shining a spotlight on precisely that corruption. If ZH were wrong, that would be one thing, but time after time over the past twelve years, the cynical "conspiracy theory" take has been proven right.

I saw a great meme recently (maybe here on saidit? not sure) that we have a shortage of conspiracy theories in the west today, because they've all been converted to conspiracy fact. Zerohedge has been declared a "conspiracy theory" website. Exactly. And they have been proven right, way more often than they have been proven wrong. Within a few years of each story they are blasted for, they end up being vindicated.

I am profoundly disturbed that people continue to follow the mainstream storyline. Just how many time does the MSM/social media universe have to be proven to be literal "disinformation" before the average person can make the generalization that they are ALWAYS lying to us? Just how stupid has our population become?

This is why I keep coming back to SSRI's and related psychoactive prescription drugs. It looks to me like we have designed a generation of people hardwired to be incapable of skepticism.

When they are all following the same damaging practices, the suit becomes impossible, because you need to show that "a good doctor wouldn't do that", but almost all doctors are doing it. Who do you use to show the practice is damaging if other doctors won't testify to that?

Second, perhaps the very people who are so likely to generate the lawsuits we're so used to seeing are also the most likely to be buying into the insanity we are witnessing. This one is just a hunch and may not be at all borne out in practice, but just a thought.

Once upon a time in a long-ago far off land, science was the activity of observing our world and the skies, noting and classifying the different types and kinds of materials and processes, and discovering how they interacted so as to better understand said world and where we fit into the scheme of things. Among the most basic classifications, clear enough that even the youngest of children recognize it, is that of male and female. A child seeing a pair of dogs, for example, male and female, will notice that one has a penis and the other doesn't. Naturally, that child will ask why? And guess what? The answer has nothing to do with what the dogs wanted or chose, or how they identify. The dogs are male and female. They were born that way, for reasons that have absolutely zero to with their individual perception of the world. They were never given a choice, and there is nothing they can do about it, nor is there any reason they should have any desire to do anything about it. End of story. This is the simplest of concepts. I am still - even after several years of witnessing it - in shock that so many people are willing to complicate the simplest observation in the universe beyond the point of all recognition. Either there is an objective natural world to observe (the intent of true science), or there isn't. Which is it? If male and female don't exist, then you might as well throw out animal, vegetable, and mineral as well. There is no more science behind that classification than there is behind male and female. The fact that a small portion of humans have a psychological or psychiatric (not sure which, probably some with one, others with the other) glitch which leads to their personality not matching their biological sex does not negate the original classification. But the Biden camp (which is not necessarily the same thing as Biden, who is observably senile) has here declared precisely that. There is no greater anti-science stance possible.

Regarding what you said with religion, the challenge is what I call "the religious impulse". The confusion between this impulse - hardwired into all human action - and the organized religions which have been spawned from it, is where the problem has existed for the entirety of humanity. To treat abortion as anything other than a spiritual battle is to miss the mark of what this debate is about.

It's not about 6 weeks, or 12 weeks, or full-term. Just as you say very well in your post, the question is whether it is morally permissible to end a life because it has not yet been separated from the life of the mother who carries it. That is a moral question, and morality (as we are all very aware) is NOT a political trait. Morality exists in the religious impulse.

The trouble comes because when people express this impulse, 95% express it in terms of a specific organized religion. Given that no organized religion captures all hearts, and all organized religions contain significant moral corruption within their structures (no exceptions), all of these vehicles lose their legitimacy to address the actual moral question being discussed.

I look at abortion practically. When I was younger I was pro-choice along the lines of "Safe, Legal, and Rare". Looking at what has happened over the past 40 years, I have reversed position. There is an assumption that people cannot change position; perhaps I am the exception that proves the rule, but I know several other people who are moving the same direction I am. From a practical point of view, the abortion universe in the west has proven that - when put in the moral quagmire of easy access to abortion - too many young people do not accept the moral ramifications of their acts. We have moved from a debate about tolerating abortion to a debate about celebrating abortion. Watching people proudly declare their abortions and pretend that the very fact they had an abortion makes them morally superior is sickening. It's just disgusting. If that's the result of easy access to abortion, I'm out. Abortion should NEVER be celebrated. It is the killing of an innocent life. There are situations in which I was able to see it being tolerated, but that's not what has happened. From the point of view of the "practice" of abortion (back to looking at this practically), IT HAS NOT WORKED. It has instead destroyed the moral compass of multiple generations. This must stop.

Okay, I went and looked at the original document this article is discussing. The document appears legitimate, which is to say this is an official submission to the regulatory authorities by Pfizer describing the protocols for their study of adverse events related to the use of the Pfizer vaccine.

Whether these events (secondary exposure leading to adverse events) occur is not addressed in this document. This document is the set of procedures of how these events will be handled if they do occur during the study. In other words, this document does not show results, it shows planning. It shows how Pfizer will handle hypothetical events during their study. One of the hypothetical events they planned for is secondary exposure - i.e. someone who is not themselves administered the vaccine, but is in close personal contact with someone who is administered the vaccine as part of this study. This document states that secondary exposure is to be tracked as significant and must be recorded according to the protocol.

In plain English, Pfizer in this document states that if a person not directly administered the vaccine, but who is in close contact with a direct vaccine recipient, develops symptoms, that person's symptoms will be recorded and tracked as part of the study. That event (the secondary person developing a medical event) will be considered as related to the vaccine administered to the recipient as part of the study.

Again, although this says that Pfizer was preparing for this possibility, because this document does not state results but only protocol of the study itself, we cannot say based on this document that these exposures actually did lead to illness.

In other words, while this document shows that Pfizer was paying attention to this possibility, there remains the possibility that they found no events to track. Maybe the category of "secondary exposure" was created by these protocols, but in the results there were zero people to track as secondary people never developed symptoms. I'm not saying this is what happened, but based on this document, that remains a possibility.

All we know from this is that Pfizer kept a space open to monitor IF this happened. We do NOT know from this document THAT this happened.

I would love to see their results from this secondary exposure category. Those numbers I haven't seen.

The rumor of these events has been around since the beginning of the vax campaign. If anyone does find Pfizer's own results regarding this issue, that would be a critically important document. This document is not that.

As a person with a history within the belly of the "climate science" apparatus, I can tell you this idea has been around for a long time, longer than the particular project this article discusses.

This kind of thinking puts its finger on a bunch of the central themes in climate change. The first problem is that if we accept that CO² is actually the driver of our current change (a more debatable proposition than how it is presented in the press or in the groupthink of current "climate science"), then simply stopping the input of additional CO² - which is what almost all the mainstream strategies are geared toward - would be insufficient. The CO² that is already there will continue to warm the planet - again, important to note the assumption that CO² is the thing creating our problems, which is a massive simplification of an extremely complex system.

This is where ideas like this come from. More than "stopping CO^2" would be necessary. We would need to counter the warming from what is already there. Enter geo-engineering, such as what is described here.

The major problem I have with a strategy such as the one described is that it is irreversible. Once dust would be released, you can't get it back, and we are stuck with consequences that we honestly understand or can predict extremely poorly.

If we want to do geo-engineering, I would be far more interested in strategies that are reversible. There is, for example, an idea out there of "artificial trees", which are chemical stands placed in high-wind areas designed to leech CO² from the air; said CO² would then be injected underground (where it originally was, before we dug it up and burned it). What I like about this idea is that if we discover unexpected negative side-effects to our tinkering, we would be able to tailor it as necessary (remove "trees" or other adjustments).

But dumping a bunch of dust in the air with no possibility to undo what is done as an engineering solution to solve an engineering problem we created by thinking we understood the world better than we clearly do? These morons keep coming up with ways to add potentials of making a bad situation exponentially worse.

In many ways I agree with you. But all the same I do think something major has shifted in the past 4 years. Having lived through the past several decades in the US, I have never before seen the culture (popular, not just political) shift away from freedom of speech. The establishment has always worked to suppress it, but never before were they explicit about it. They would pretend they weren't doing precisely what they were.

That's the change. No more pretending. There is now an explicit conversation that the first amendment should be annulled. They aren't yet putting it in those exact terms, but the meaning of the rhetoric is 100% identical with that goal.

That is a huge change. The origins of the US model were individual rights being superior to group rights. In the past four years, that foundational idea is being explicitly cast aside. The ignorance which allows a change like this is mind-boggling.

Liberalism is a religion. It fulfills the same "create meaning from the chaos around us" function that religions are designed to do. It has its priests and its doctrine. Those who disagree with it are considered heretical, and we all know that heretics end up dead.

The difference is that because there is no God or Heaven, there is no hope in the chaos among liberals. All they have is their obsession with their doctrine, which keeps leading the areas they dominate into shithole status, and then they proceed to execute witch hunts to explain the failure of the same thing that keeps failing, again and again and again...

When people realize that this is a religious movement, their actions cease to be a mystery and become much more predictable.

This is a very bad look for MSM. By attacking a movie with this theme, the knee-jerk reaction of people reading these articles is "MSM wants us to ignore child trafficking?" This will only lose them more readers/listeners/viewers as more people wonder why it is important to the MSM that we don't pay attention to a movie about trafficking. After Epstein, they really think people are going to buy the "nothing to see here..." line? Smacks of desperation. They are completely out of ideas of how to keep this problem under the rug.

By March 2020 a major discrepancy was already clear in the way the disease acted (those dying were all old or with co-morbidities) and the way the disease was presented (everyone's going to die! While a marginal benefit appears in the data specific to covid infection (small even at that), that benefit is absolutely overwhelmed by the non-covid illness resulting from the shots. Anyway, interesting to see the government in Canada amplifying this beyond a protest about mandates into a political attempt at overthrow. From what I have heard from the convoy side, it sounds like "Drop the covid restrictions and we go home."

Pause a moment to see just how vital to their purpose the government sees these covid measures to be. Rather than heed a clear (and clearly with backing from significant portion of their population) demand to end the covid regime, they would rather turn the volume on this up to a "civil war" scenario. What then is the actual purpose of the regime? What do the covid restrictions provide them such that the alternative (no restrictions) must be stopped even if that requires suppression of their population at a level that only a civil war can offer them?

There is something deeply alarming about just how violently the sociopaths in the west are willing to defend their claim on the bodily integrity of their citizens.

Two things.

One, as highlighted in this video, EDUCATION is absolutely front and center as a destructive force in the west. The education system from K-Higher Education, top to bottom, got totally fucked up. The people "educating" the population are now dominantly insane. The use of language, exemplified in this video, long ago left reality behind in the effort to "demonstrate sophistication", which ends up being not sophisticated but obscure pedantic garbage. I feel for students like this girl being faced with the impossible task of translating stupidity when it is presented to them as wisdom.

Two, chemical destruction through the lie of "psychiatry". The percentage of the population that has now had their cognitive function effectively destroyed through prescription drugs is a tragedy. In their attempt to "control behavior" and create "happier people" through drug application, psychiatrists have not only failed, but created unmeasurable harm. Depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders are through the roof. The majority now suffer from these conditions.

At a larger scale, this is the endpoint of industrial society. Treating humans as interchangeable parts viewed as useful only for their "contribution to the economy" leads to where we are now.

We MUST return to individual dignity and tolerance of individuality. If we don't, our populations will actually descend to zero. The trend has begun. It's unclear at this point if these processes are reversible.

It's always useful to see these men/women in their own words, with their own gestures. His speech is very emotional when you watch the body language.

One of the greatest masters of the media declaring that the panic he has done so much to engineer is a natural phenomenon. Again, his body language shows his panic, and his goal is to transmit that to us, so the burden is lifted somehow from him.

Zero acknowledgment that people form their opinions based on information and interpretation he gives them. He tells the population to panic - using a variety of channels to amplify the message, the population panics, and he then says they did so as a natural phenomenon.

The raw arrogance is depressing, because it works. People trust him and believe him, willing to accept his opinion as the standard rather than allow healthy debate within the medical community which he is so actively suppressing.

Gates plays God, and far too many allow him to get away with it.

The greatest casualty of the Covid panic has been the destruction of the word "science".

Regulatory bodies around the world have re-defined "science" to mean "policy". This is a very rapid, very effective way to undo hundreds of years of learning made possible by critical analysis. In its place, we find ourselves in the same environment in which those who disagreed with the the Catholic Church found themselves in the middle ages. To say the health consequences of this are going to be severe is a radical understatement.

The WHO's re-definition of the phrase "herd immunity" is singularly the most destructive change in thought I've seen in decades.

The suicide of the enlightenment. It's logical, given the guilt embedded in our social consciousness associated with the carnage of centuries of Europeans slaughtering millions of people around the world militarily, but it's still so hard to watch all the good that Europeans accomplished be flushed down the toilet in our desperate effort to purge this guilt. Is it not possible to acknowledge the damage that was done without simultaneously destroying all the real positives that Europe also brought to human thought?

So you voted to follow the Democratic platform. Every item on your list is a vague platitude. No substance there at all to describe the details of how any of that would work. The answer is that it doesn't work. I have come up with a term I like: observational politics. What you have written in your statement is theoretical politics. But in reality, watching the Democratic machine in action over the past 50 years (and Biden is the absolute epitome of that machine), they've made things worse. That's the simple truth. You're voting for a platform which is a simplistic, overgeneralized summary of a real-world ideology which has been dominant for most of the past 30 years. During that time, our country has become consistently less free, less representative, and less peaceful. If you keep voting for mirages, this is the result. Again, this is observation, not theory. I didn't vote for either candidate because neither has any desire to address the simple imbalance behind our society's decline: we consume more than we produce. Until we decide to address that imbalance (which involves the monetary system), the decline will continue. Your platitudes just keep the wheel spinning faster.

I'm not voting this election, because Trump does not represent my beliefs. I see neither candidate as productive. The reason I start this comment as I do is not because I am a Trump supporter. It's not about Trump. It's about consistency. Twitter, Facebook, Google, Reddit are enforcing their "rules" in an obviously biased and arbitrary manner. For this, they have lost all credibility. It would be the same if they were biased in the other direction. But they aren't. They have chosen a side, and are quite obvious in their partisanship.

Yet another place where liberal orthodoxy is fighting the tide. For 60 years now, the official message has been "sex work is okay. It's just another way of expressing ourselves." This construct is in contrast to how most societies and individuals have treated sexual leniency for thousands of years. So all those thousands of years of society limiting and "repressing" extreme sexual leniency must be wrong, because now we're so enlightened?

OR perhaps those societies were right, and for the past 60 years, our own has gotten badly off track.

The point is that for all the explicit and heavy-handed messaging to the contrary from our "societal influencers" (=self absorbed elite), most people still see a person trading sex for money as making an unacceptable equivalence. Our individual instinct (the motivation of the two males in this exchange) is usually to treat sluts as sluts, not to celebrate them. There are some instincts which are powerful enough to resist any quantity of official messaging.

Why? Because societies that break this set of rules fall apart (look at the end of the Roman empire).

We are witnessing a massive die-off of those who were the population of "western civilization" because we didn't realize that sexual mores are there for a reason. You can't just let "everyone be okay" without consequences. The current set of consequences is explicit lack of population replacement (people aren't having kids and forming families), exacerbated now by even more explicit literal castration and sexual mutilation (trans movement). We're in an ugly phase in our current society. This is not the direction societies move during their growth. They move this way as they collapse.

I am baffled as to how people like Moore cannot see obvious political violence - from both sides, though more broadly and frequently from the left in recent years - and realize that people see the writing on the wall.

I'll make it simple for you, Mike: the people are demanding guns to defend themselves against their political opponents, who are making it quite clear they find the gun-owners' presence on the planet unacceptable. This is self-defense, not only against street-level crime, but against political violence. You're telling people to disarm?! Seriously? When the government has declared half the population "deplorable"? What world do you look out and see?

A thought exercise for you, Mike: imagine your scrapping of 2A goes through. Then another Trump is elected, only not friendly and cuddly as Trump was, but serious about it. This new "Trump" is actually committed to wiping the left off the map, and he's willing and able (not stymied politically like Trump I) to use the force of the US government to do it. How are you going to stop him?

Political violence swings both ways. It is entirely ambidextrous. You are essentially telling people to trust the government to defend them. Seriously? Your naivete about the trustworthiness of government needs to have a serious meeting with the history of governments abusing their populations throughout history. The first step is ALWAYS to disarm the population.

Yes, there is a cost to having an armed population. We are paying that cost. It is not pretty, and I am in favor of all methods we can come up with to stop insanely unhappy people from killing large numbers of their co-habitants here on Earth. Giving sole power over lethal firearms to the organizations on Earth consistently responsible for the greatest loss of life (warfare and domestic repression) is a monumentally stupid reaction to a very serious problem. You are working to empower an aspect of human behavior (governmental authority) which is head-and-shoulders more lethal than any other we know - to replace the empowerment the populist aspect of human nature, which has a significantly lower death count. Orders of magnitude less. It's not zero. The shootings we see are tragic. Nobody disagrees with this. But your solution is like trading in the painful rock in your shoe for the boulder which will crush the life out of you.

The short-circuit in the moral wiring of these people is that they have no appreciation for the destructive aspect to sexual energy. Sexual energy is divided into the creative healthy side (procreation, love, family, etc) and the destructive deadly side (slavery, abuse, rape, etc). Somehow the people pushing this venom on to children are blinded to the reality that they are pushing the destructive side. They have thoroughly confused themselves into thinking "Sex is okay. Full stop." For them, the only problem is the suppression of sex. There is absolutely no other problem in sex. If it weren't suppressed, sex would be a wonderful garden, for everyone always. This is absolutely false and contradicted by the history of humanity, but they don't see it. Now they are grooming children, and allowing even their own children to be groomed. It's terrifying to watch.
