When I searched for evidence that masks work, in order to convince a friend, and found plenty of evidence that they do not work for any virus, never had and never would. Worse, as I tried to share this information found those studies being systematically removed from the web.

That convinced me there was a PR push of some kind that had nothing to do with health. It was about theater, hysteria, control etc.

Then I researched previous corona vaccines, to see what might happen with the ones they were talking of developing. Read we never had a coronavirus vaccine before, because all previous attempts made the animal test subjects more likely to catch the disease and/or to suffer or die more from the disease.

Even back then, was reading how it was impossible to make an injection that would prevent a lung disease, because the lungs are effectively like an external organ. That any vaccine would only ever prevent severe disease but could not prevent infection and transmission. If little old me knew that before they were even developed, then I cannot for a moment believe that the governments and pharma companies didn't.

So the entire masking and injection thing was a farce from the very start, and they knew that.

Pretty graphics but gameplay no better than the 90s.

If anything the gameplay is WORSE, because now they push micro-transactions n shit, and much of it HAS to be online, and even though my current net connection is blazing fast compared to most of my 25 year love affair with the net and PCs, it's still not fast enough to play games. Not least because as usual, they make the game pretty, so just wasting your time with lag etc.

I dreamed, wrongly, that modern games would have real computer simulation of car physics and crashes, for reals, not just pretending with the illusion of that. Yeah, Beam shit, which even on a machine built for games runs choppy, I know, I have it, on this machine. Meh.

I dreamed, wrongly, that shooting games would simulate real-world physics, with actual trajectories and penetrations, explosive energy effects and so on, of different weapons, armor and items. Nope, nothing like it. Same old shit, pretty graphics.

Remember, my 'better than the expensive Amiga' PC had a 650 MB hard drive, and it could run decent racing games like TOCA, which worked with my MS Sidwinder force-feedback steering wheel and was a blast. It played Doom and later Quake and all that 3D shooty goodness. MS flight Simulator looked awesome, to me, back then. Bit by bit I would upgrade, rebuild or even build a game PC from scratch, but...

But...

From a 650MB hard drive, this PC has 16 fucking GIGABYTES of fucking RAM, and today's games are still the same shallow illusionary glitchy shit as before, just pretty graphics.

I absolutely loved Colin McCrae rally on an old PC, so returning to games and 'Dirt' looked like it would be amazing... amazing!

Nope, same "pretending to be a simulation" feel, and actually worse in many ways, plus, and why I quit playing it, even playing alone as I prefer, the fucking thing keeps needing to connect to the internet and sits there annoying me as I wait for it to do some online bullshit I don't need or want, before I can proceed.

I hate that shit, and I hate the cheap-ass lazy programming that hasn't changed. Modern racing games STILL feature rubbery cars that bounce off things, if anything they are dumbed-down worse than in the past, where a mistake would cost you the race. A few years back I bought an HP laptop, installed Linux Mint on it, cos I was told HP was Linux-friendly and Mint was the best for Windows users.

Constantly having to keep entering my password, physically incapable of using hotel Wifi, bizarre bullshit to install anything, having to use some 'repo' thing, and constantly getting an error message about some repo I deleted already.

Then a bunch of text over the screen every boot, which went away after a few mins but disturbing. And most of the software I loved wasn't available.

Not to mention the various errors and fuckups and the snotty-assed attitude of the developers, who sneered and assured me Mint wasn't developed for Windows-using noobs like me, but for their own use and the fun of making it.

I deeply hate Microsoft, especially the latest Windows, but Linux is still utter crap for normal people who just want their PC to work, without diving into technical bullshit.

I've travelled a lot, and can tell you the difference in pollution is wealth.

Take East Malaysia and Indonesia for example, parts of which share a border. On the Malaysian side there are some bad things but overall, nature is respected, things are reasonably clean, areas are set aside as national parks (because they're too steep to build on) etc.

Over the border people are poorer, still operate "slash n burn" agriculture, polluting all of SE Asia each year, their rivers and drains flow with plastic garbage, which is everywhere you look.

Same people, on the same island, same culture, same religion, virtually the same language - the difference is Malaysia is wealthier, via capitalism. To give you an idea, one Malaysian ringgit is worth over 3,000 Indo' rupiah.

When I hear Westerners talk of poverty I recall a rural trip in Indonesia, where I saw adults arguing and haggling over the prices - of empty plastic bottles. There's plastic crap everywhere, but good, clean, large plastic bottles fetch a few rupiah, apparently too many for some people.

Ironically enough, the only remaining humanity would be in Africa, in the few communities still surviving without any modern technology - because all modern tech relies on fossil fuels. From plastics, to medicines, to fertilizer and the means of transporting it all, it's reliant on fossil fuels. The Africans would die a bit later, when the nuclear reactors around the world melt down due to the lack of workers and electricity.

By the way, the Russians proved 10 years ago that it's not dinosaurs but a natural process from deep within the Earth. You can find oil virtually anywhere if you drill deep enough (like miles deep).
