By now it should be abundantly obvious that Project Veritas and OANN have absolutely no creditiblity because they only post disinformation and misinformation. If there were a "truth in advertising" law that applied to fascist propaganda websites, these two websites would be out of business. But what about free speech? OK: re-establish the Freedom of Information Act, so that these websites are required to include counter-arguments from others, along with their lies.

Are you OK? Or just some shill?

Don't worry about me. You got something relevant to say? Do you wish to argue that Project Veritas and OANN aren't shills? If so, how would you know?

What do you think Veritas is shilling for?
They're just exposing the reality

Because you say so? Because they say so? You do realize that they constructed a misleading narrative for their story, right?

Of course there are serious ethical problems at FB (and many other companies).
That's not at issue in this thread of for this post.
The issue is "meddling with election" which cannot be proven as a specific FB initiative, any more than CNN, Twitter, FB and other companies actively helped elect Trump by giving him so much attention.
In hindsite, these companies can look back at their practices and see how the social media worked. To say that they planned the whole process is another matter. Remember that Cambridge Analytica manipulated FB and other sites in order to elect Trump. Thus both FB and Cambridge Analytica 'meddled in that election'.
