Some of the co-plaintiffs included survivors of the death camp, who gave chilling accounts of the suffering and mass murder that were part of daily life.

Some detainees were tricked by SS officers wearing white aprons and pretending to be camp doctors, who would line the prisoners up against the wall and pretend they were measuring their height before shooting them through a narrow slit.

Another example of jewish treachery. There is absolutely no reason prison guards would go through those theatrics to execute anyone. This is so blatantly a lie, yet the jews who tell it have no shame or hesitation. Nor do the jews running the kangaroo court.

If you see the rates of drug addiction in the SS you'd understand why they wanted to remove themselves as much from the killing as possible.

However, the idea they tricked people into dressing up as doctors is cleanly BS. It's not like it's unknown that jews helped out with the killing to stay alive.

I'm curious how far down you wanna go for culpability? I'm of the mind that essentially everyone alive in Germany at the time who wasn't an active rebel against the Government was "contributing" in the sense they share some moral responsibility for what happened. Be that via funding it through their taxes or voting for the people that allowed it to happen. That sort of widespread societal responsibility shouldn't really translate to courts or jail time though. Otherwise you have to try everyone.

What I see, is a society desperately trying to punish anyone they can to ease their guilty conscience. So much that they'll drag a 97 year old woman who as a child that grew up brainwashed by the Nazi state worked as a typist when she wasn't even on this world for two decades. Are the children brainwashed by the Hitler youth movement responsible for the crimes that the adults told them to do?

This just makes clear that Germany at it's core still really hasn't dealt with the social evils that led to Nazism in the first place. They are a very cruel people.

    I agree with both of them. Patton said the bad guys won WW2 and he was 100% right. Why do you think we are living in Wiemar like conditions now? The difference is we will see a similar solution to Wiemar conditions, with the added benefit of a heavily armed citizenry.

    Would you use that same logic for every situatuon? Are you guilty by association for every crime commited by your country, your family, your friends, your co workers?

    In a democracy? The power of government is supposed to lie with the people. So the moral guilt of the government's actions theoretically is one that is shared with the people.

    Naturally in practice I think we are all well aware that the actions of an elected government is not reflective of what the voters actually want.

    Can you be held responsible for the crime another person committed if you helped them commit the crime? If you go rob a bank and your partner suddenly decides to murder the teller, are both parties guilty of murder? Or is only the one who pulled the trigger guilty?

    You are talking about willing collusion. Aiding and abetting. But what the person on trial did was nothing like that. They were a cog in a system controlled by others, like you are a worker in a country that commits crimes, a member of a family that commits crimes, a participant in many groups and cultures that are guilty of crimes.

    Most jewish crimes involve many jews working together because they are jews. Nepotism is how they get away with it. Is the jewish diaspora not guilty of crimes it enables? Should all the members of that diaspora be held accountable?

    In the Ukraine the Germans just asked the locals to round up the Jews and shoot them while they got drunk. It wasn't as if ethnic violence was a thing people in Eastern Europe needed teaching. Some even started before the Germans got there.
