Would you use that same logic for every situatuon? Are you guilty by association for every crime commited by your country, your family, your friends, your co workers?

Are the jews all responsible for all the crimes of other jews? Was Hitler not then justified in what he did?

In a democracy? The power of government is supposed to lie with the people. So the moral guilt of the government's actions theoretically is one that is shared with the people.

Naturally in practice I think we are all well aware that the actions of an elected government is not reflective of what the voters actually want.

Can you be held responsible for the crime another person committed if you helped them commit the crime? If you go rob a bank and your partner suddenly decides to murder the teller, are both parties guilty of murder? Or is only the one who pulled the trigger guilty?

You are talking about willing collusion. Aiding and abetting. But what the person on trial did was nothing like that. They were a cog in a system controlled by others, like you are a worker in a country that commits crimes, a member of a family that commits crimes, a participant in many groups and cultures that are guilty of crimes.

Most jewish crimes involve many jews working together because they are jews. Nepotism is how they get away with it. Is the jewish diaspora not guilty of crimes it enables? Should all the members of that diaspora be held accountable?

Yes we must understand that the Jews are all guilty of all crimes that even non-jews commit because Jews control everything. That's why your honor I'm not guilty of sexual harassment. The Jews made me do it. They were the ones that made me gay. It wasn't my fault. Culpability solely lies with you Judge Goldstein. If your Jewish falafel wasn't so tasty looking I would have never stuck my dick into it. A simple "I see your point, guilt by association is wrong and this trial was unjustified and immoral" would suffice.
