I'm not sure where the 19% figure is coming from. Pfizer claims via an unreviewed study that theirs is 95% but that's generally considered optimistic at least, if not greatly exaggerated. At this point Q seems to of done more good than not from what I can tell. But, I would be looking at more of the long term effects. I mentioned the possible complacency via just voting that Qanons may be embracing instead of effective activism as well.
