Personally, I feel like it's damaging to men and women because it gives a completely different worldview of what normal sex is. Normal sex is people flopping around in an unflattering way on eachother with exploration (because we're disgusting little monkeys and have to know if a toe feels good in our butthole, or other weird shit), it's not facefucking someone to the point of them barfing on your dong or being obsessed with watching someone's butthole prolapse. Porn now is just extreme and disgusting, and almost a parody. The guys that would joke and brag about how they just came to someone shitting glass is becoming a normally accepted kink, and no one is supposed to shame them about it.

A lot of men have gotten sucked into porn and jerking off so often that it fucks with their sex lives and ability to get off or even keep their dicks hard during normal sex. Other men have given up on women altogether in pursuit of waifuism and an unrealistic expectation of other human beings. There are a lot of women now that are fed bullshit about how empowering it is to barf on rando weiners and be abused, about how awesome sex work is and that it's totally not depraved and that women who live in squalor should be proud to be an STD farm, beaten by their pimps, and provide holes for random johns while risking their lives with each encounter. Porn work is great, they say, as her asshole now permanently leaks from all of the prolapse porn and ass-work she did for the past three years, getting paid nothing close to enough to regain dignity after not being able to work in the field anymore for being too old or leaky.
