"Spreading the lie" that's Orwellian doublespeak. "Directly hurts." There's so much manipulation packed into that one little second sentence. Teenagers and middle aged sex addicts can't do this.

The mother is the cause of all of this. She's a child abuser.

I'm just gonna say it. This lady is weird.

Why go fumbling around blind in the dark to explain sex you'll never have to daughters who are unlikely to ever have it either? Unless this is her way of saying "I think one of my tween and teenage daughters might be gay" in which case lecturing her about safe scissoring is not the way to approach that.

Or am I wrong? I also get a feeling this might be a cultural difference between classes and ethnic backgrounds. I am obviously not the same group as this lady 🤣

Edit: just finished her novel. She claims to not think they're gay but wants to make sure they're prepared in case they have sex with women anyway. Just in case!

Twitter functions as a censorship arm for the American left, and that left is homophobic, there's no way around it anymore. There is currently no legal framework in the U.S. to punish social media companies for political suppression and censorship ☹️

There are glimmers of hope on the horizon, such as Justice Thomas's recent legal opinion eviscerating Section 230 protections, but that is essentially an invitation for interested parties to sue Twitter and the like so we'll be waiting years for the results.

Feminists don't believe that males and females are biologically the same, they believe men and women are of equal value. They also don't think that females have brain structures that prevent being of equal intellectual ability to men.

The sexes are not interchangeable, and I think New Social Movements, in a bid to build a better world, glossed over fundamental biological realities repeatedly.

New Social Movements used a majority of the tactics that we complain about the gender movement using- it's a continuation of an established pattern.

This is fantastic!

Their statement of purpose unrolled for easier reading.

English translation:

WHO ARE WE? A thread!

We are radical lesbians and feminists. We tackle the problem of male domination at its root: the sexual and economic violence of men against women. Gender is a socially constructed hierarchy imposed on individuals on the basis of sex. Gender is not genetic, not a feeling, not something "fun", it is the way in which men oppress women: by imposing alienating social roles and degrading and making people believe that we were "born for this". Gender is masculinity and femininity, not the physical fact of being a man or a woman!

We take a stand against: the porn-prostitutional and pedophile system, patriarchal religions and ideologies and the political system created by men.

We are anti-capitalist and anti-racist. We support the struggles of decolonial feminists and racialized [meaning people of color] and / or working class women. We denounce the communitarianism [french political concept that doesn't translate, read: ethnocentrism] of white and bourgeois men in power.

We want to inspire the creation of empowered lesbian networks and communities that do not depend on validation from men or queer and GBT groups.

The only way to fight lesbophobia is to get together with lesbians: to protect us from the daily attacks of patriarchy, to get rid of self-hatred, to flourish and love in freedom, dignity and equality.

We promote uncompromising lesbian visibility. We reject any fetishization of our sexuality made by the perverse and colonizing imagination of the patriarchy. Let us fight against heterosexism and against the compulsory heterosexuality that women experience. The heterosexual couple is not the "norm".

The eroticization of domination is patriarchal terrorism, and the sexual violence of BDSM is neither proof of love nor of sexual practice: it is hate.

Let us have a thought for all the women who spend their life denying their lesbianism and for all the Lesbians #resistancelesbienne #getthelout #gettheloutfrance #lesbiannotqueer #lesbiananoqueer #lesbiennepasqueer

Non-anglophones, do the "queers" in your countries call themselves queer without translating it? Queer in french is either de pédé ( short for pédéraste) or de tapette.

[–]PatsyStone 25 insightful - 1 fun25 insightful - 0 fun26 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

I think radical feminism has been erased so thoroughly it's difficult for young women to find the radfems even if they go looking for them. They have no presence in Universities anymore, no in-person organizing, just Ovarit and Spinsters. My guess would be Ovarit skews older because of the invite system. You have to already have an established internet presence in the right places to get an invite, not likely from teenage girls who were literally kids in the heyday of Gendertrender and r/gendercritical.

I can't imagine how painful it must be to be a teenage lesbian right now. There's no one to talk to and nowhere to go, especially trapped at home with your family the past year. I would have been clawing at the walls after a couple of months given what a mess I was in Highschool.

I do think there will be a wave of conservative and religious lesbians coming out of this situation, because those communities can be safer for them to be in than some queer communities. They'll have a choice between constant sexual harassment and being disapproved of but mostly left alone. The only alternative available most places in the U.S. to whatever aspect of popular culture you dissent from is the conservative subculture.

I've said this many times, but in the conservative Christian environment I grew up in "asexuality" was encouraged and rewarded.

This is being caused by liberal parents harassing their kids because they aren't sexually maturing fast enough. They think something's wrong with their kid if they aren't having sex by Junior year. I do think there is an aspect of homophobia to that as well, if your child is 17 and not having sex they must be gay. So obviously push them into straight sex as hard as you can or force them to come out. Like Eddie Monsoon telling Saffy to come out as a lesbian "so I don't have to keep explaining you to my friends."

I think all of those stats about anxiety and "tension at home" are likely accurate. Asexuality is not an orientation though.

Because of gender identities like non-binary and anything in between or sexualities like pansexuality or bisexuality, people are able to find a way into the community without putting any effort in, because apparently pronouns don't equal gender and pan or bi people who only intend to date the opposite sex are soo so valid (not an attack on bisexuality, just people like that).

I think there seems to be a fundamental mismatch in worldview between people who live in different areas about what the nature and purpose of a "gay community" is.

Who do you think is driving people away from left-wing policies?

I can give you a great example of how trans rights is killing support for Democrats- also from Ohio, and just from last Tuesday!

A Republican rep introduced an amendment to a bill concerning college athletes which would ban biological boys from girl's sports in Ohio. A very popular position, held by 65-70% of Americans.

Democrat reps pounded on their desks and screeched like howler monkeys trying to drown her out while she talked. This was done for optics. They think that made them look good. The main desk-pounder trying to shut a woman up while she was speaking was Cleveland Dem. Michael Skindell, who is gay and has championed gay rights in the past. He is now sponsoring bills which would force women to use the bathroom with men against their will.

A harsh but accurate summary from the opinion piece I linked above (obviously written from the Republican perspective:)

I think bullying and trying to force people to accept their sisters, daughters, and female friends competing with males will backfire. It's an ugly tactic in support of insanity. Feminist female athletes see their own status threatened, and they are for the most part creatures of the left. The whole transgenderism craze has been a top-down phenomenon, with institutions dominated by the left — corporations, schools and universities, and the media — pushing it. They may bully many people into silence, but so long as voting is private, and if the vote-counters are honest (I know, I know), this commitment to madness will hurt Democrats. Blinded by the lack of critical feedback due to their institutional dominance, they will persist in their folly.

That's a level of complexity I hadn't even considered. An autogynephile who wants some serious abuse as a girl who thinks she's a gay man? They did have a fondness for being girls with PTSD a few years ago, this could be the evolution of that.

The Stranger! Y'all, The Stranger used to be so cool. It was up there with The Village Voice, alternative newspapers I daydreamed about writing for when I was a kid.

Now it's sad, and kind of uptight and pearl-clutchy. This entire piece is fisking wealthy young people's etiquette like it's some philosophical cornerstone. This is like Anti-Oscar Wildean. He would have a field day with this woman.

She makes me think of Miss Brill, from the Ngaio Marsh story. Deluded and out of touch, scandalized by reality whenever it peeks through.

What's up with people not wanting to be called bisexuals? by ppja1995 in LGBDropTheT

[–]PatsyStone 18 insightful - 1 fun18 insightful - 0 fun19 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

In my personal experience, the term "bisexual" doesn't really exist outside of the gay community (and I'm assuming urban areas.) People for whom the gay rights movement is culturally alien, say a minority religious sect, don't differentiate between people who experience same-sex attractive exclusively and not exclusively. It's all gay and it's all bad.

Got me thinking about pedos specifically preying on kids seeking gender ID validation. Vulnerable, insecure kids looking for acceptance & to feel loved/special are their targets and the social media gender trend is like a public advertisement. by [deleted] in LGBDropTheT

I think a significant number of pedophiles have infiltrated gay institutions. Yes, they were booted out but they seem to have wormed their way back in through high dollar donations and volunteering/working as allies. Not a surprise that there is huge crossover between one group of sexual abusers to another (trans.)

The closet pedophiles are where the misuse of pride imagery to obviously attract and groom children is coming from, such as this:

The bullying and sexual aggression just started spreading to gay men in the last couple of years, beginning online. It takes a while for people out in the wild to have a bad encounter and realize what the trans movement is really doing.

This is just a general observation that I think this Twitter thread illustrates, but the gender community pits us against each other intentionally. They thrive off of infighting and vilification.

Edit: As OP noticed, the repetition of the phrase "weakest link" across all these accounts is an indication that this is a coordinated messaging push. I think the calls are coming from inside the house- a gay lobbying group or nonprofit is dehumanizing gay men.

I do actually wonder if this isn't a bot. The writing is uniform across all of the alts and he sort of regurgitates replies the way AI does. I have my doubts as to how organized and relentless an actual mentally ill man would be. AI will just generate a new account when an old one is spoiled, and can have multiple going at once.
