I might be a good person to answer this question on this sub since I spent a lot of my life working in corporate.

Every large company has a diversity and inclusion department, D&I officers, as well as multiple affinity groups dedicated to every kind of "minority". Call these the internal watchdogs. Outside the firm is the jew media and jew courts. Call this the external watchdog.

The internal watchdog is more powerful than the ceo. For example, they can set supplier diversity targets. They can demand X% of nigger management gets promoted. They can demand sleeping beauty in the next live action be casted as a tranny nigger faggot. They can demand whatever they want and the host must at least negotiate and satisfy them, or else!

Or else what?

Or else the nigger affinity group will coordinate with ABC News on a story about how [CompanyX] is racist.

The niggers will partner with jew lawyers, nigger civil rights lawyers, and the jewish kangaroo courts to sue [companyX] for 6 gorillion dollars.

The Chief Diversity officer will call her high ranking nigger friend at CL Logistics, who will pressure leadership to stop moving product for [CompanyX] because they are racist neonazis.

Then we start bringing in the politicians. Maybe [CompanyX] needs to be regulated out of existence?
