They probably figured they couldn't get away with 33 years with this one.

The guy named two of his kids Quincy Mason, and Connie Mason.

Floyd likely died in a ritual sacrifice; that he was probably aware of.
Supposedly, he even worked for the cop who did it (both as bouncers).

You can't make this stuff up.

There's a huge crime spike across the US now and its the number one concern for people. Blacks are now almost above the law as police are afraid to touch them.

I recall Richard Spencer and the other big brains talking about how Biden would bring back neoliberal normalcy and Kamala the cop would clamp down on crime. The opposite has happened, they've given carte blanche.

A lot of cops are allegedly quitting the force now.

There won't be any winding down of the negromania. The worship of blacks is religion to the left. The Jews simply can't keep it in their pants. They have to be ever more rapacious and extractive. Its in their blood.

Negromania and negrolatry are the new normal

The worship of blacks is religion to the left.

George Floyd is a liberal demi-god

The Jews simply can't keep it in their pants.

They are just getting warmed up. Just wait.

Richard Spencer overestimates the competency of the left. Obviously, if the left wanted to win they would be tough on crime, stop catering to degenerates, pedophiles, LGBT and go back to the 90s color blind liberalism. This would mollify Whites long enough that they could go mask off "kill whitey" once they have the demographics. The left refuses to hold back their viciousness and snarky behavior which will ultimately be their downfall.

A plurality is still a majority. A state can probably find away to mitigate anti-white legislation and Jewish propaganda. If Florida is attempting to pass laws to fine social media companies for banning politicians imagine what you could do if you could fine advertising agencies, television channels and social media for anti-white propaganda. They would probably jump ship and boycott the state or try to use the supreme court to instill the kritarchy. If that happens, the state can just ignore the courts can use the national guard as a private military.

Blacks are now almost above the law as police are afraid to touch them.

Then why is it when police departments release pictures of people who were recently arrested, most of the faces are black if they are "almost above the law"?

I recall Richard Spencer and the other big brains talking about how Biden would bring back neoliberal normalcy and Kamala the cop would clamp down on crime.

Richard was talking out of his ass. Just like the time he had his little hissy fit over Jewish people.

A lot of cops are allegedly quitting the force now.

And there will be plenty of people to take their jobs. Being a cop pays well for a job that does not require great skill.

    Its in their blood.

    Jews are crafty people.

I understand what Chauvin did was probably bad police work. I would even countenance the position that he is guilty of involuntary manslaughter, although it is unclear to me what duty of care a cop has in this circumstance. 22 years and the circumstances under which he was convicted are en absolute mockery of justice.

    [–]ActuallyNot 2 insightful - 3 fun2 insightful - 2 fun3 insightful - 3 fun -  (19 children)

I understand what Chauvin did was probably bad police work.

His colleagues testifying for the prosecution would certainly have given that impression to the jury.

although it is unclear to me what duty of care a cop has in this circumstance.

Minneapolis Police Lt. Richard Zimmerman said on the stand that from the moment an officer places someone in handcuffs, their “wellbeing is your responsibility.”

He also said that since 1985, the Minneapolis Police Department has taught that once a person is handcuffed, if they are in the prone position (on their stomach) it is difficult for them to breathe and so they should be turned over immediately. "You need to turn them on their side or have them sit up".

22 years and the circumstances under which he was convicted are en absolute mockery of justice.

It seems light considering the cruelty of the murder, but the sentencing recommendation for a first offense would have been 12 years. So the judge tacked on another 10 for the circumstances. It's probably about right.

Lol. Imagine being this much of a disgusting, establishment shill.

Are you Jewish? Your comments are a dead ringer.

Imagine. A comment on saidit by a racist, with no content.

A lot of people on saidit were sure that there would be a retrial. I don't think some mainstream media outlets in the US reported accurately on the situation.

You think Jewish people are against slow murder in front of a crowd?

How do non-jewish people feel about that.

The first time a cop is jailed for killing a black man in the US is not establishment. For something too be established, it has to be the most regular thing in the society.

    Did you mean anti-establishment?

On the other hand, 11 ng fentanyl.... At the very least, it is much more grey and murky than the BLM black victimization kabal would have you believe.

    [–]ActuallyNot 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

On the other hand, 11 ng fentanyl

A number that came up in the trial because it's the level that 25% of people who were alive and found to be driving with fentanyl in their blood had a higher level than.

    George's fentanyl was 9.6 ng/ml.

It's not grey nor murky, which is why the 12 jury came to the same conclusion. Dying to a fentanyl overdose does not look like struggling to get air into your lungs, and the physiological response is clearly different. A doctor looking at the video can see that George died of asphyxiation, not fentanyl.

I believe that expert witnesses at the trial. And to be fair, given that the jury had all the evidence, I'd trust them over yourself. Nothing to do with a kabal.

Having said that BLM is a movement because of murders like this. Without the video evidence, Chauvin might have got away with some of the charges. Over an alleged $20. In context, Chauvin and his wife have been charged with nine tax-related felonies stemming from $21,853 in taxes owed.

dying of a fentanyl overdose does not look like struggling to get air into your lungs

Yes, it absolutely can. I’ve seen it with my own eyes.

Now heroin - like we still have in the UK - won’t usually do that. You’re more likely to fall asleep & choke on your own vomit when od’ing. But fentanyl is a different beast & respiratory failure is not uncommon.

    [–]ActuallyNot 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

    Okay.

So you'll recall Dr. Tobin's testimony looking at the video, when he describes George struggling with his chest and back muscles, and the pushing with his cuffed hands to try to get air into his lungs.

And finally before losing consciousness making fists as his struggling body recruits the last strength of his muscles to try to breathe.

Do you see that in a respiratory failure by fentanyl overdose?

Because you do not. You can die of fentanyl overdose by stopping breathing yourself. If you were struggling against it, you would keep breathing unless someone was compressing your chest.

The forensics were clear, Floyd died from Fentanyl overdose, not asphysiation. His oxygen saturation level was 96%. That technique was developed by the Israeli army and taught to police across the US. Its nothing fatal or wicked. Its procedure.

    [–]ActuallyNot 1 insightful - 2 fun1 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 2 fun -  (5 children)

The forensics were clear, Floyd died from Fentanyl overdose, not asphysiation.

Other way around. Floyd clearly died from asphyxiation, not Fentanyl overdose. What trial did you watch?

His oxygen saturation level was 96%.

That came up late in the trial, about whether there was monoxide poisoning contributing to George's death. The measurement was taken back at the hospital. After artificial respiration. The defence did not try to claim that that was his oxygenation at the time of death. That's something you yourself has made up just now. Not part of the trial. Because it doesn't refute that he had too low oxygenation when he died.

That technique was developed by the Israeli army and taught to police across the US.

One of the police withnesses said that when someone is cuffed, they are taught to get them on their side or to sit up, because being prone makes it hard to breathe.

Its nothing fatal or wicked. Its procedure.

Again, which trial did you watch? I saw Chavin's colleagues of 19 years say that it wasn't procedure and it was unwarranted use of force, given the subject was cuffed and subdued.

i also watched the video of floyd's arrest.. he behaved like a dope fiend

What does a dope fiend behave like? Sit around giggling and their shoes?

he had just tried to pass a fake twenty dollar bill.

      Allegedly.

Chauvin, on the other hand had nine felonies for tax evasion to the value of over $20,000.

it is easy to suffocate when you are fkd up on fentanyl.

The autopsy was clear George did not die of fentanyl overdose. He died of (and I quote) "cardiopulmonary arrest complicating law enforcement subdual, restraint, and neck compression."

get over it, he is dead.

And Chauvin got 22.5 years. Get over it, he's a murderer.

if you want to call people racist, go tell the bloods and the crips to stop using the N word and when you finish with that task i will be here holding my breath.

Who are the bloods and crips?

for a greenhorn like you, this video shows an example of a crack addict, and he actually looks like floyd a bit.

It seems light considering the cruelty of the murder,

I didn't bother paying attention to the trial. Did they claim he snuck into the hospital where Fentanyl Floyd was being treated, and then murder him an hour later?

It took over an hour after Fentanyl Floyd arrived at the hospital for him to succumb to his Fentanyl overdose.

        [–]ActuallyNot 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (4 children)

No they showed with expert witnesses that George didn't die of a fentanyl overdose, but of not getting enough air into his lungs.

That was a finding of the autopsy, but they also had a doctor go through the video explaining how he could see George's physical response of struggling to get air into his lungs, for seven minutes. It's quite different from an overdose death, in which the body pass peacefully into coma.

Right wing media may have given a false impression of that.

        [–]Node 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (3 children)

No they showed with expert witnesses that George didn't die of a fentanyl overdose, but of not getting enough air into his lungs.

I read the autopsy when it first came out. The 'expert witnesses' are simply saying what they're paid to say.

        [–]ActuallyNot 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

I read the autopsy when it first came out.

Did you. Did it say "CARDIOPULMONARY ARREST COMPLICATING LAW ENFORCEMENTSUBDUAL, RESTRAINT, AND NECK COMPRESSION" at the top is it does now?

Or did they retrofit that later, and no one noticed?

The 'expert witnesses' are simply saying what they're paid to say.

That's a big piece of knowledge you have there. How did you come to this knowledge that the expert witnesses were perjuring themselves for a payment from someone, when the defence didn't know that?

        [–]Node 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

Looks like the same version. I got mine in June of 2020.

If you're new to the concept of 'expert witnesses', they're people with some level of experience in a field or on a topic, with opinions that match the viewpoint needed in a legal case.

While it would be possible to hire someone who would say the opposite of what you want them to say, it would be foolish to pay them to verbally destroy your legal efforts.

Ideally, the opinions they state will be framed in a way that makes them seem both plausible and credible.

the expert witnesses were perjuring themselves for a payment from someone

Where is this coming from? That's not how 'expert witnesses' are supposed to work. You don't hire an expert witness, then tell them what to say. You hire an expert witness who already says what you need them to say, then you pay them to say that.

        [–]ActuallyNot 1 insightful - 2 fun1 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

So when you say " The 'expert witnesses' are simply saying what they're paid to say", you don't mean that they've been paid to give misinformation, they are giving their genuine expert opinion.

In this case that George didn't die of a fentanyl overdose, but of not being physically able to get enough air into his lungs, due to police restraint.

Reading the sentencing document it appears that committing an "unintentional second-degree murder while committing a felony", appears to be deserving of 12 years in prison. However, given that:

          (i) That Mr. Chauvin abused a position of trust and authority;
          (ii) That Mr. Chauvin treated George Floyd with particular cruelty;
(iii) That children were present during the commission of the offense; and
(iv) That Mr. Chauvin committed the crime as a group with the active participation of three other individuals, former Minneapolis Police Officers Thou Thao, Thomas Lane, and J. Alexander Kueng, who all actively participated with Mr. Chauvin in the crime in various ways.

He was judged to deserve an extra 10 years in prison.

He still faces the federal charges from the incident, and 9 felonies related to his and his ex-wife's tax evasion.

It's framed as a racial issue by BLM but this happens more to white people than anyone else. You just never see it in the news. Frankly, there is a police problem. At this point I don't know how anyone can ignore all the rapes and murders. Maybe because you think it can't happen to you?

Unless you're wealthy, you're not immune from police abuse.

The sentence had to be harsh to appease the protestors -- let's be real, Chauvin's life isn't worth the $1 billion dollars the protestors have already caused -- and to hopefully send a message to police that they can't continue to abuse civilians without consequences.

The attempted coup was an interesting piece of US history. The reason for prioritising the finding and prosecuting the those involved is because the threat isn't just to people and property, but also to the nation.
