just makes no sense, how do you know who is low risk especially at the start and how does that gain highly effective therapeutics?

It became apparent fairly early that the elderly and obese/co-morbid were at the highest risk. This is basically the default for risk groups for most diseases, i.e. already sick, frail, immuno-compromised, etc. It's axiomatic.

how does that gain highly effective therapeutics?

Convalescent plasma is a highly effective therapeutic. Convalescent plasma is from previously infected people that have recovered. It has a plethora of antibodies in it.

I take it you didn't actually read the link I put up above. Here it is again.

https://www.bmj.com/content/371/bmj.m3939/rr-5

It's a critique of a paper that came to the conclusion that convalescent plasma therapy was ineffective. The comment in the link is pointing out a fault in the original paper, namely that for what amounts to antibody therapy to be effective, it must be administered as early as possible when someone is infected. This makes sense since a virus multiplies in the body and if you give a therapeutic that destroys the pathogen after it has already caused a bunch of damage then of course it will seem that it's ineffective. The original paper basically administered the plasma too late for it to be effective, i.e. they did optimally utilize it.

Given that SARS-COV-2 is forecasted to become endemic, this is why I think purposely infecting low risk people on a voluntary basis is a smart thing to do. Upon being infected they will also produce a diverse and comprehensive antibody profile and then their plasma can be used as a therapeutic for others should they need it. Our immune system already produces therapeutics and the whole billions (trillions now?) spent on ineffective mRNA "vaccines" was entirely pointless and a waste of resources.

When you can, it's best to work with nature, not against it. Our governments have chosen to work against nature in a way that will inevitably fail. It's already established that the mRNA "vaccines" are leaky and don't train the immune system to neutralize the virus. A single infection of a virus results in between 109 to 1011 new virions. The mutation rate of SARS-COV-2 may be anywhere between every few thousand bases to a few million.

Original SARS

The mutation rate in the SARS-CoV genome was estimated to be 0.80 – 2.38 × 103 nucleotide substitution per site per year which is in the same order of magnitude as other RNA viruses. The non-synonymous and synonymous substitution rates were estimated to be 1.16 – 3.30 × 103 and 1.67 – 4.67 × 103 per site per year, respectively.

https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2021.05.19.444774v1.full.pdf

We estimate a genomic mutation rate of 3.7x106 nt-1 cycle-1 28 for a lineage of SARS-CoV-2 with the originally described spike protein (CoV-2-D) and of 2.9x106 nt-1 cycle-1 30 for a lineage carrying the D614G mutation that has spread worldwide (CoV-2-G).

The SARS-COV-2 genome is 30,000 bp. If we take the lowest rate of mutation and the lowest number of virions produced from an infection, then during a single infection approximately 109 virions produced, times 30,000 bases per virion, gives a total of 30,000,000,000,000 bases during a single infection. Divided by the mutation rate of 2.9x106, gives 10.34 million mutated virions produced in a single infection. If the mutation rate is towards the lower end and every few thousand bases, then a single virion replication event will produce a new virion with low tens number of new mutations. I don't know the number of cycles of infection that a single virion will undergo in a single infection but if it's more than one, which I think is likely, then you can see how quickly mutations can become cumulative. As far as evolution pressure and chance go, a viral infection is evolution with a warp drive. This is no different than the problem with antibiotic resistance. It's a numbers game that we cannot statistically stay ahead of.

Anyway, unless you're living like Ted, it's very likely that you'll be able to avoid an endemic virus. This virus originally had a quite a low lethality overall and what we're doing is likely to make things worse. Time will tell, let's hope I'm wrong.

[–]Nombre27 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Why do you think that?

Back when stricter lockdowns were in place, cohorts of low risk people could have been infected to generate highly effective therapeutics for the vulnerable. Doing it in a controlled manner with regular monitoring and available support would have ensured the safety of the process. This would have provided a much more useful data set than the mess we have now.

Scientists are already talking about covid becoming endemic like the seasonal flu and vaccinated people are still being infected and transmitting the virus. The mRNA therapies are not neutralizing the spread of the virus, i.e. they haven't properly trained a persons immune system to neutralize and prevent the replication of the virus. The mRNA vaccines have between 4000-5000 of the total covid genome, which is 30,000 bases. So someone who has become infected naturally will have a more robust and comprehensive immune profile of the virus than someone who was given the designer mRNA one. This is just the math of the situation.

I think it makes more sense to work within the confines of our immune system than gaslighting the public into taking unproven experimental mRNA therapies. I can understand being more cautious with vulnerable groups, but that simply isn't the case for over 95% of the population.

[–]Nombre27 3 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 0 fun4 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Not really.

Convalescent plasma therapy is highly effective and could be readily administered in people that you know are infected and having a severe reaction. It's a very cost-effective way to treat people that need it, and by knowing who is infected and has antibodies, you create a larger supply of therapeutics. It literally builds on itself.

https://www.bmj.com/content/371/bmj.m3939/rr-5

I think this would be far more beneficial and work organically within the parameters of our immune system instead of the Frankenstein project that's currently being imposed on society.

4 - The vaccine is unnecessary for most people. Old people should get a clean traditional vaxx like sinopharm. Everyone else should just get covid, just like how we all got chicken pox as a kid before the chicken pox vaccine. I got covid and now a natural immunity.

I suggested such a thing to a doctor friend of mine and they were appalled to say the least.

I think the consequences of voluntarily exposing low-risk people in controlled numbers would have been far less than what we have currently had to deal with.

Excellent points btw, although I'm still skeptical of no. 1 but hope you're right.

In the new study, the researchers created a “pseudovirus” that was surrounded by SARS-CoV-2 classic crown of spike proteins, but did not contain any actual virus. Exposure to this pseudovirus resulted in damage to the lungs and arteries of an animal model—proving that the spike protein alone was enough to cause disease. Tissue samples showed inflammation in endothelial cells lining the pulmonary artery walls.

The updated article claims that the mRNA "vaccine" spikes don't do this, but I have never seen data indicating that.

Now, a major new study shows that the virus spike proteins (which behave very differently than those safely encoded by vaccines) also play a key role in the disease itself.

“Since both of us have a background in retroviruses, which integrate into the genome as part of their normal life cycle, we hypothesized that the SARS-CoV-2, which does not integrate into the genome as part of its normal life cycle, could be hijacked by retroviral-like transposable elements and get integrated. This could give rise to long-term expression of viral sequences, detectable by PCR, in the absence of infectious virus,” Jaenisch told GEN in an exclusive interview.

People love to conflate that mRNA "vaccines" and live-attenuated (or variation) vaccines are the same when they're absolutely not. mRNA "vaccines" don't get to ride the coattails.

It'd be like you had a new drug and since other drugs had been approved and had a safe track record that yours should be approved too.

If it could guarantee the same quality of life, sure.

Remaining in those places pretty much guarantees a lower quality of life in the long run. You will become a minority or already are, you will not have any preferential treatment in your job and will likely be discriminated against (see s15.2 of the Charter which already allows this), so what exactly do you have to lose? Start building the future you want somewhere where you will have autonomy and sustainability.

Western Canadians simply need to realize that the demographic distribution of this country negates them from actually having any political power federally, i.e. so why continue participating in a system that de facto does not allow your participation? Separatism is the only solution to that problem.

Most Canadians outside the GTA don't give a shit about Toronto. I couldn't care less about it and neither should you. Perhaps you live there, but as you've quite clearly stated, it's not the place for you to be putting down roots if you care about what the future will look like. I know the sunk cost fallacy all too well and that's often one reason why people are hesitant to leave but once you do, you're literally free of the pull from that blackhole.

Just my opinion, but as things get worse I think we'll see separatism and resentment grow. The hypocrisy of the acceptability of minority tribalism, who are not inhibited from acting on this very natural trait, either internally or externally, will become too glaring and to the detriment of EuroCanadians for them ignore.

It won't be 10 years until Whites are a minority in Canada, closer to between 2035-2040 based on data from current mortality, immigration, and birth rates. Kind of a moot point though considering the future of the country is based on the demographics of the young and immigration. The boomers might as well all be dead today, it wouldn't make much of a difference as far as any political solutions or resistance goes.

At best it's a window to be taken advantage of to organize and prepare.

From the people I know that have gotten injected, it seems like employer or license requirements were the primary factor (call it job-related), second would be an apparent pre-disposition to defer to authority (trust the science).

The second type seems more naïve and thinks that their compliance means things will go back to normal. I've tried my best to get them to think, mention goal-post moving, setting a hard line as to what metrics need to be met to go back to normal, how long/when based on what our authorities have said. Seems like everyone has short memories like in 1984.

This is going to trickle down to small businesses and other areas. Say you have a small electrician business, go some commercial jobs or tender for contracts/projects. I am certain that we will see medical exclusion for small businesses based on the actions of larger businesses, e.g. not being allowed to go work in XYZ Corps building if you're unvaccinated, or doing the wiring for a new school/building, etc.

Very Reagan to have trickle down vaccine coercion. Maybe that will be a selling point for conservatives?

FYI, afaik, there is no EBM supporting weekly testing for unvaccinated. It's just being used as coercion via pain and humiliation to force compliance. Won't be surprised if there is a rise in instances of workplace violence as a result. Hopefully not, but when you back people into a corner, there's only one way to go.

It will be quite funny in a few months when an all-vaccinated business tests positive and they won't have any unvaccinated employees to blame. Obviously the blame will be externalized to an unknown entity, completing the all-versus-all totalitarianism that we're headed to.

With the online courses that are available now, you can learn all you want without burdening yourself with the time and cost of university. There's nothing special about a university curriculum other than the questionable credentials that are bestowed.

In a lot of trades, people with work experience are often allowed to challenge the levels of the trade, or even the entire license. I see no reason why the same shouldn't hold true for university courses, especially considering how many universities are publicly funded. Why shouldn't the materials be made available to the public and then people just challenge a course and write the final. Obviously Big Education wouldn't like this. You'd still have to do the lab work, but that could be done separately as night school or on weekends.

If the vaccines are leaky and the bulk of the population are getting them, then there is no benefit to not getting vaccinated, is there?

Depends. It will just continue to make the variants more lethal and then you're in an arms race against a quadrillion or more virions (each person during an infection makes billions). That's not something we can win. No different than antibiotic resistance and that microbial arms race. If that happens and you're not vaccinated and things get really bad, I'd stay away from major population centers.

This “bioweapon” talk makes us look like paranoid nutters.

Once vaccination becomes a subscription service, the unvaccinated will be like the American Indians at first contact and the vaccinated will be like cattle.

Up to and including August 20, 2021, a total of 180 reports with an outcome of death were reported following vaccination.

US percent fully vaccinated is 53% of 12 and older, while for Canada it's 82.72% (27,462,852) for 12 and older (and 72.50% (27,555,473) of the total population). Canada is about 1/9 the population size of the US.

If Unz is right, then it appears it was likely the US that attempted to use it as a bioweapon against China. How did it jump to Iran and nowhere else so quickly?

Regarding the bioweapon angle, if the "vaccines" are leaky, then these "vaccines" are only going the improve the lethality of the virus.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marek%27s_disease#Prevention

The first Marek's disease vaccine was introduced in 1970. The disease would cause mild paralysis, with the only identifiable lesions being in neural tissue. Mortality of chickens infected with Marek's disease was quite low. Current strains of Marek virus, decades after the first vaccine was introduced, cause lymphoma formation throughout the chicken's body and mortality rates have reached 100% in unvaccinated chickens. The Marek's disease vaccine is a "leaky vaccine", which means that only the symptoms of the disease are prevented.[12] Infection of the host and the transmission of the virus are not inhibited by the vaccine. This contrasts with most other vaccines, where infection of the host is prevented. Under normal conditions, highly virulent strains of the virus are not selected. A highly virulent strain would kill the host before the virus would have an opportunity to transmit to other potential hosts and replicate. Thus, less virulent strains are selected. These strains are virulent enough to induce symptoms but not enough to kill the host, allowing further transmission. However, the leaky vaccine changes this evolutionary pressure and permits the evolution of highly virulent strains.[13] The vaccine's inability to prevent infection and transmission allows the spread of highly virulent strains among vaccinated chickens. The fitness of the more virulent strains is increased by the vaccine.

Based on the evidence I've seen that vaccinated people are still being infected with and transmitting SARS-COV-2, that leads me to conclude that these mRNA vaccines are leaky.

https://www.medrxiv.org/content/10.1101/2021.07.31.21261387v1

Here we use this viral load data to compare the amount of SARS-CoV-2 present in test-positive specimens from people who self-report their vaccine status and date of final immunization, during a period in which the delta variant became the predominant circulating variant in Wisconsin. We find no difference in viral loads when comparing unvaccinated individuals to those who have vaccine “breakthrough” infections.

That doesn't change the validity of what I said. RNA can in fact alter DNA, and there are multiple mechanisms that achieve this.

As far as the damage viruses are capable of doing, it's their genome that enables all of it, so it is a big contributory factor. Without it they likely wouldn't be able to multiply and continue infecting more cells, amongst the other things that their genome and proteins may do.

Article from May 12 2021: Strongest Evidence Yet Shows SARS-CoV-2 May Insert Itself Into The Human Genome

The study cited:

SARS-CoV-2 RNA reverse-transcribed and integrated into the human genome

Prolonged SARS-CoV-2 RNA shedding and recurrence of PCR-positive tests have been widely reported in patients after recovery, yet these patients most commonly are non-infectious1–14. Here we investigated the possibility that SARS-CoV-2 RNAs can be reverse-transcribed and integrated into the human genome and that transcription of the integrated sequences might account for PCR-positive tests. In support of this hypothesis, we found chimeric transcripts consisting of viral fused to cellular sequences in published data sets of SARS-CoV-2 infected cultured cells and primary cells of patients, consistent with the transcription of viral sequences integrated into the genome. To experimentally corroborate the possibility of viral retro-integration, we describe evidence that SARS-CoV-2 RNAs can be reverse transcribed in human cells by reverse transcriptase (RT) from LINE-1 elements or by HIV-1 RT, and that these DNA sequences can be integrated into the cell genome and subsequently be transcribed. Human endogenous LINE-1 expression was induced upon SARS-CoV-2 infection or by cytokine exposure in cultured cells, suggesting a molecular mechanism for SARS-CoV-2 retro-integration in patients. This novel feature of SARS-CoV-2 infection may explain why patients can continue to produce viral RNA after recovery and suggests a new aspect of RNA virus replication.

Supposedly they think this might be incorrect and due to genetic artifacts, but who knows. It's molecular biology and requires further study and validation to determine what is happening. Obviously those people are still shedding the virus despite no longer being infectious, so the question is why.

They are and are not the same. They're both RNA, messenger RNA (mRNA) is simply a designation for RNA that is supposed to be converted into a protein. RNA viruses behave exactly the same when they infect a cell. They either have their own polymerases that replicate their genome or they hijack our polymerase. After infecting a cell, the viral genome also has it's proteins produced. Whether it's from DNA or RNA is largely irrelevant, if it's RNA then it skips transcription and can immediately produce proteins that are then packaged and put together as virions which usually go on to lyse or leak from a cell. Although this depends on whether it's a positive or negative sense RNA virus. Overall the variations from DNA or RNA and positive or negative sense simply mean a few more steps, but the end result is the same. For positive sense RNA viruses, they're basically mRNA.

Yes mRNA often has modifications at the beginning and end to make it more stable, signaling sequences, and other features relevant for whatever protein is encoded, but given what I've described above regarding how RNA viruses, and viruses in general, behave, the differences between a retrovirus and mRNA is pretty much taxonomical.

Retroviruses are RNA viruses that are capable of inserting themselves into a DNA genome. By doing this they allow the usually permanent propagation of themselves.

One of the more well-known retroviruses that does this is HIV.

Ryan paused for a second and then continued: “Of course, you’re right when you say that your dentist and the Jew who runs your neighborhood newsstand aren’t participants in a conspiracy to destroy us. I’m sure that most Jews in this country have their hands full just making the payments on their condos and putting their kids through dental school. They don’t have time for much conspiring.

“But you’re also wrong. It depends upon how you look at it. I’ll give you an example. The United States fought a war against Germany a few years back. It was a bloody, hard-fought war. It was a deadly serious war. Americans were told that Germany was our enemy. Germans were told that America was their enemy. We killed millions of them, and they killed hundreds of thousands of us.

“Now you can easily convince me that there were lots of German dentists and newsstand operators and university professors who didn’t hate Americans and who weren’t conspiring against us. They were just ordinary Germans, whose hands were full earning a living and raising their families. Some of them may not even have agreed with the policies of their government. Is it fair to say that all these Germans were our enemies?”

Ryan paused for effect and then answered his own question: “Of course, it is. They were our enemies because they paid with their taxes for the bullets their soldiers used against us. Even if they weren’t in the trenches and the tanks, they were keeping the home front going, in one way or another. They thought of themselves as members of the German nation, and we were at war with the German nation.

“Do you get the idea, Yeager? Your Jewish dentist pays his taxes too, with his contributions to the United Jewish Appeal. He may not be in the front lines with the fellows from B’nai B’rith, but you can bet that he does his part on the home front in lots of little ways. He votes for the politicians who vote for your taxes to be sent to Israel. He writes letters with the right slant to the editor of the Washington Post. He’s probably very civic minded, working with the PTA, where he can keep an eye on the teachers hired by the school board; serving on the county library board, where he can have some input into the types of books the library stocks; and acting as a patron of the local art museum or theater group, where he can ensure that we get a few carved African masks and tom-toms in the museum or some really freaky stage performances, with an affirmative action cast.

“Or maybe your dentist is one of those really rare Jews who doesn’t pay a bit of attention to what the B’nai B’rith tells him and doesn’t even buy Israel Bonds. He still thinks of himself as a member of the Jewish people, and the Jewish people— the Jewish nation, the Jewish race, whatever you want to call the damned thing— is at war with our people, make no mistake about it."

No one's perfect, take what they say that is true à la carte. For him to be a "complete moron" he would have to get everything completely wrong, which I don't think he does. Perhaps some of his reasoning is flawed on some subjects, but I think it's a stretch to say he is wrong on everything.

I think the (blank) pipeline to dissident right is real, so I don't see any reason to dissociate, it's better to simply point out what they get wrong. I think the foundation of the pipeline concept is that someone begins questioning one subject, and then continues to move down the line (taking in more redpills) because they're on a search for truth. DR weltanschauung is one based on truth.

Not surprising. Being a minority has become heavily subsidized and rewarded. I don't blame people for playing that game. The fact that they're doing this suggests their aware of the racial reality of our times and that it's likely they're resentful of having to play the game this way.

Just press them on it.

I had a similar encounter re: FBI crime statistics. Their suggestion that these are somehow manipulated would require a conspiracy of such a great magnitude that it's unbelievable. The worst offenders, with respect to the cities/communities, often have blacks in places of authority, and yet these statistics are still not favorable to the people being described.

Their denial is delusional, confront them that they're being delusional and incoherent.

You'd think the number of democrat/black controlled cities that are ruined, lawless, and bankrupt would wake people up to the importance of demographic change.

Which environment do you think would require greater intelligence to survive in? The equator or the arctic?

Yes and no. Would depend on which group. The Inuit for sure, but the Plains Indians were more migratory/nomadic, so probably more variable.

I remember coming across some organized information about power mapping, not sure if any of these are it but they seem similar.
