Racism exists for the same reason why does Red,Orange and Green show up on a Traffic Signal instead of having one mixed color? Nature has decided that groups of Human beings will always be different, based on the simple fact evolution made us that way.

And contrary to what the mainstream media says, there is no evil or malice in recognizing that Blacks, Whites, Asians etc will never be the same.

Everything from IQ studies, to physical appearance, to group behaviors confirms we cannot eliminate these biological gaps no matter how much money we try and throw at it. You can start by asking 2 Black African people to move to Norway and challenge them to produce a child that is completely fair skin, blond hair with blue/green eyes. Chances are, it could never happen. Yet that would be counted as "racism" because African literally people can't create European babies and vice versa.

Freedom is a loaded word with amorphous subjective definitions, and Western "civilization" is very limited, much like the rest of the world - and they are a large part of the problem in Latin America.

So if Freedom is everywhere or even subjective, what exactly would be the point of having Libertarian Parties? Or a constitution that is suppose to protect free speech? Or why do people clearly flee countries 3rd world dictatorships they claim oppress them? Even you should see how flawed that original sentence is.

If there was a venn diagram showing all the nations of the world, and their contributions or respect towards giving people individual rights, then I am willing to bet that Western nations would skew heavily towards that.

And limited in what way? If you're saying that nations come and ago, that might be true. But the people who were responsible didn't just disappear.

I'll use the USA as an example. Technically, it is still a young nation compared to other world players, but remember that Americans can trace their roots back to Europe. Look at what the Europeans did and we'll still see patterns that indicate something special only happens when you have a bunch of White people in a room, compared to say... the thousands of years of what Blacks or Asians had accomplished in their own continents.
