It takes some serious dedication to stay for 2, 3 or 4 hours listening to a podcast. I just can't.

Best if you have a long driver or during cardio.

I can usually stay barely functional in bouts of 3-4 hours once a day and that's a good day.

Start eating better
Get enough sleep and proper sleep
Start exercising/workout/walking

Force yourself to do 5 mins of brain exercise a day too, it can be math, problem solving, etc.

Listen to classical piano music.

Doing these things will improve your life quality.

Make a list of these things. You wont be able to fix it from one day to the next, but you can do it slowly over time. Slow and steady wins the race.

Dude, you know NOTHING about me or my situation for all I've explained it countless times on this website. So please, respectfully, don't push that ultra-basic "health advice for imbeciles" on me.

It's basic because it works

Yes, again, you know nothing about me or my situation. Stop repeating yourself before you get humiliated. I don't want to do it because I respect you and your views, but if you insist on disrespecting me, I will be forced to. So, just don't.

This is BPD levels of emotional outbursts... s/Dragonerne gave you a simple but effective tip on how to live a fulfilling life. He had nothing but good intentions in mind & you raged at him in return.

Before you say “you don’t understand!’ I have suffered from chronic pain conditions all my adult life & I can say that his tips are things to live by for anyone who struggles with modern life.

struggles with modern life

What's emotional about this? Your monitor's pixels are having emotions? BPD? WTF does that have to do with me if the text YOU read on YOUR monitor looks to YOU like "emotional outbursts"? Maybe the problem isn't on the author's side, but more on the receiving end.

I haven't had any emotion or outburst, and if I had, HOW COULD YOU TELL? Unless you are claiming telepathy? WTF is going on here?

OK, let me backtrack here... Is it good etiquette nowadays to offer unsollicited advice that is utterly off-topic in a thread? Because from where and when I'm from, that is a serious breach of etiquette and manners.

However, if this is accepted form nowadays, I will readily and wholeheartedly apologize.

I'm from Denmark, we are often very brutally blunt about things, so it could easily be a cultural thing too, I apologize if I came off rude, because that was certainly not my intention.

From when and where you're from, in what way is it a serious breach of etiquette and manners? What did my behavior signal to you? Genuinely interested

I've been on the Internet since 1989 and two things that seems to have never changed is this: going off topic in a thread is a breach of etiquette, and offering unsollicited advice is the same. And doing both at the same time is just plain insulting. I thought this was known by everyone, but maybe it's just how long I've been around, people have forgotten this?

Otherwise they're just Facebook grade peanut gallery comments.

I can put out with it, but from all the podcasts I want to watch there's just too many for me to fit into extended periods of time.
