None of what you typed out there is relevant to the establishment of the fact that Darrell E. Brooks acted with intent as a racially motivated domestic violent extremist.

Every part of your representation of the driver's behavior is refuted both in the WPD's public statements and the police radio feed of the incident. Brooks was not being pursued by police as he drove through the sawhorses.

There exists no publicly known evidence that there was a prior incident for Brooks to flee from. Rather, the WPD's radio chatter indicates that two individuals approached a police unit nearby the parade route at a point which the tail of the parade had already passed to report a "knife fight" some five or six blocks from the parade route. Units were dispatched to the location. Responding units indicated "no sign" of an altercation. The reporting individuals then offered an adjusted location for the responding units to investigate. Responding units again reported no sign of the reported "knife fight". Shortly afterward, Brooks drove through the sawhorses and onto the parade route.

Brooks swerved around vehicles and solitary pedestrians before reaching a block of parade participants, a group of young girls called "the Dancing Grannies". Brooks then accelerated and drove through the center of the parade route to its end. These facts are recorded in affidavits to the court submitted by the DA. Brooks is charged with explicitly intentional acts.

The federal agency definition of a Domestic Violent Extremist does not require a defendant be explicitly enrolled with a group. Rather, the DOJ (and lower jurisdictions) will refer to classes which are defined in their own rubric. Social media content and network activity is sufficient to establish membership of one of these classes.

Here is the public statement from his dear ol' mum

("The Lord spoke to my heart this morning and said to me it is time to speak. I've been contacted by numerous media outlets for a statement and have until now been reluctant to speak. Because of the way that my family and I have been and attacked in the media and whatever I say will be taken out of content. It is my hope that what I am about to say dose not get edited and will be made public in it's entirety. We the family of Darrell Brooks want to give our condolence to the families of those who lives were so tragically taken and all of those who were injured as well as the community of Waukesha. We are deeply saddened and our hearts are torn to pieces over what happened on a day set aside for a community to come together and celebrate. What was meant to be a joyous day became a day of tragedy and heart ache. A day that we wish with all our heart would have never happened. Darrell did not come from a bad family like many people have said. He came from a loving christian family and is the grandson of ministers. Darrell has suffered from mental health issues since he was very young. In those years he received counseling and was on medication. When he became an adult a decision was made that he no longer suffered from a mental illness. That decision left him with no insurance or financial means to pay for medication and when determind necessary counseling. Mental illness is not cheap to treat but what's more important dollars spent on treatment and recouses or lives lost. Instead of offering help and resources to combat the problem a jail cell was given. Over and over again. When mental illness is not properly treated the person becomes sicker and sicker. It doesn't go away once a person becomes an adult. We are not making excuses but we believe what has happened is because he was not given the help and resources he needed. Institutions that are equipped and have trained staff is what was needed as well as resources in the communities where people who suffer with mental illness live. Jail is not the answer, because they get released back in society sicker than what they were when they entered . We all see what a tragedy that can turn out to be. We as a society must take mental illness seriously by fixing a broken system or suffer the consequences, sad as it is to say what happened in Waukesha will keep happening all over this country, in one form or another with more innoncent lives lost and grieving families and communities. Mental illness is real and the system is broken it can and must be fixed NOW, not next year or with a new legislation NOW. So many like Darrell that have fallen through the cracks because of a broken system that no one cared to address, can get the help they so desperately need. Mental illness affects every walk of life and dwells in every community. It's lives in our homes, it lives next door, it's in our school's, the grocery store, shopping malls, movie theater and other places of entertainment, and places of worship, and many other places in our communities even at parades. What next you say, first our hearts have to heal and we have to come together roll up our sleeves and get to work and do what ever is necessary to fix a system that has for far too long been broken. Myself and my family pray that our Lord and Savior Jesus comfort and strength each of you, and give you all peace that is beyond understanding. I also ask respectfully that the media please to not invade my home, not to call or send emails, myself and my family need out time to grieve as well. May Bless each and everyone of you. When the BLM terrorist goes to trial, it will be under a cloud of obscurity. He will beneft from pro bono work done by white shoe attorneys. He'll maybe be sentenced to twenty years. This too will be met with consternation in the media, who will have framed his prosecution as a lynch mob. Any media which mentions the disappointment of the survivors and the families of the victims will digress in the second paragraph to an explanation of how white supremacist groups have taken up the cause of exploiting this tragedy for which, in a kind of way, the accused and the black community at large are among the victims.

All of those and also it's not like the riots were spontaneous forces of nature. They were made to happen for political purposes and they were not undertaken in the wake of the verdict for political purposes. Expect the left to do a lot of fake "attempting to reach out to breach the divide" in coming months. This of course will all be undertaken with the assumption that the left themselves already stand at the point to which the rest of society needs to do all the bridge-building. And at every point of the way, the left will proclaim their disappointment at society's failure to meet their challenge to "bridge the divide". That's the playbook.

A parent this vigilant would simply not permit unsupervised access to the internet or internet enabled devices. This is probably a joke. But does the joke illustrate an irrational parental response to exposure to something as toxic and potentially life-wrecking as reddit? Consider instead meth. Not everyone who tries meth becomes an addict, shitting on the street, sucking dicks for meth. Some people try it once and don't like it. Many people don't have an addiction response to meth. Should a parent wait to see if their child becomes addicted before smashing the pipe they found in their child's sock drawer?

There is a District Attorney office whose jurisdiction a Jury Tampering case against MSNBC would fall in.

The DA, Michael Greavey, is a correspondent in a tranche of released text communication between he on his county-issued phone and BLM organizer, Whitney Cabal. In the exchanges, she threatens to burn Kenosha to the ground if the officer who shot Jacob Blake is not indicted. He explains that it's complicated. Ultimately he suggests they get together for breakfast and discuss it further.

The DA has tasked his ADA, Thomas Binger, with conducting a showtrial on Kyle Rittenhouse. The fact of the DA office's decision not to prosecute the officer in the Jacob Blake incident demonstrates that the trial is a political trial.

When ADA Binger presents his case that Rittenhouse's presence on the street that night was the only presence without legitimate purpose, he is telling us that Rittenhouse's crime was political. The rioters' were exercising the political authority of the sovereign by their operation in the streets that night. Rittenhouse stands on trial for defying the rioters' authority. The charges against Rittenhouse are only nominally "homicide". His actual offense is "Interfering with a riot". He is on trial for cleaning BLM graffiti and using a fire extinguisher to put out a fire set by BLM rioters. These were the actions which justified, in Binger's purview, the rioters' violence.

By the same token, Grosskreutz is not charged for illegally carrying a weapon and he isn't charged with lying to the police. We can be certain that, had Grosskreutz succeeded in killing Rittenhouse, Binger would not have indicted him for that either. Had Huber succeeded in braining Rittenhouse, Binger would not have indicted him. Had Rosenbaum succeeded in taking Rittenhouse's rifle and murdering him with it, Binger's office would present a contrasting theory of self-defense.

We must then consider that the delivery of a showtrial for Kyle Rittenhouse was the cost DA Greaveley agreed to pay to Whitney Cabal in exchange for the liberty to decline prosecution of the officer in the Jacob Blake incident.

This is the extent to which things have deteriorated in Kenosha WI. Kenosha WI is not commonly thought of as a site for revolutionary ferment. The fact of this happening in places like Kenosha indicates that there are no apples in the barrel which are not rotten.

However, it gets worse. We also know that the federal government is involved. We know that the FBI had captured drone footage of the entire incident Rittenhouse experienced. We know that the FBI manipulated access to it's footage with the effect of advantaging the Prosecution. This raises an enormous number of very dark questions:

  • Who, among the rioters who initiated interaction with Rittenhouse that night, may have been Agents of CHIs of the FBI?
  • What was their conduct?
  • How many drones did the FBI have in operation that night? Was it happenstance that the drone captured the incident?
  • Did the FBI deploy drones on other dates? In other locations at other sites of BLM activity?
  • What other incidents did the FBI capture in their BLM drone footage?
  • Are there other criminal and civil proceedings which could be affected by drone footage in the FBI's possession?

No. That's the silly thing. The country in which Colin Kapernick is a "hero" is this country. The country where Kyle Rittenhouse is a "terrorist" is this country. For Christ's sake, the kid is at trial as we speak. His legal defense fund was shut down and people who donated to it were identified publicly and fired from their jobs. Meanwhile Colin Kapernick's "cause" redefined the culture around sports and for not playing football he is lionized by the same hegemonic media institutions which demonize Rittenhouse.

This is the thing with shitlibs and why they are a problem. Their minimum requirement from others is total conformity. If the last person left free to post "Let's Go Brandon" is a man anonymously mailing it out in a mimeographed newsletter through the post office, they will demand that the USPS open people's mail and ban mimeograph machines in order to ensure "safety".

I don't know this person but I'm going to go ahead and point out that his willingness to speak to Rittenhouse's innocence literally does mean he isn't a leftist. The Rittenhouse thing isn't a valid prosecution in the liberal democratic tradition. It is a bolshevik show trial. I don't mean this as a characterization. It is conscientiously being carried out as a show trial. Rittenhouse is on trial for resisting bolshevik rule and he is plainly guilty of this. His acquittal will not be the end of it. Rather, sentiment in support of Rittenhouse will be punished worse after the acquittal than it's been already so far.

So yea. If you're a liberal who was foolish enough to believe that BLM was about black people and police and you believe that having liberal opinions about abortion and gays and stuff puts you on the left, be ready for a rude awakening. This is exactly correct. I've read this "not trans, just a boy who wears skirts" cope all week from various outlets. As if the "Queer" and "nonbinary" stripes fell off the rainbow flag for this one case. As if there were any way to falsify whether a boy in a dress is or is not 'transgendered' to begin with.

I suggest that the story from here on out needs to be about her with general address to two themes: - Leftism is pathogenic; LGBT politics and Queer Theory and the general sexual antinomianism of the left creates dissociative, mentally ill people with maladaptive value systems. - The identicality shared between this type of community member and the people who populate the teaching profession.

The Hunter Biden laptop. Shortly before last year’s election, the New York Post reported that a laptop belonging to Joe Biden’s son Hunter had been handed over to Trump’s attorney Rudolph W. Giuliani. The Post picked out some emails from the trove of documents, ones suggesting obliquely that the Democratic presidential nominee was in some way connected to his son’s business activities. (This, of course, was a focus of the effort to defend Trump during his first impeachment in 2019.)

That report spurred an unusual reaction. Social media companies, concerned about having been vectors for Russian misinformation in 2016, limited the sharing of the Post’s story. This was framed by the right as being an effort to protect Biden (though the allegations being made were unlikely to significantly affect a campaign centered on Trump’s own popularity), but, at the time, was instead generally presented by the tech companies as a question of provenance. If the laptop was seeded by Russian intelligence, for example, should it be elevated in the national conversation?

That question is a difficult one to answer, but there was good reason to ask it. The story of how Giuliani obtained the laptop was itself unusual, centered on a device being left at a store in Delaware years before. There was also a report from Time indicating that some of the material found on the laptop had been circulating in Ukraine in 2019, during a period when Giuliani was actively seeking dirt on Biden. Had Russia managed to hack Hunter Biden’s online accounts to obtain material? Was Giuliani being duped? That he picked the Post to report on the laptop out of concern that other outlets might “spend all the time they could to try to contradict it before they put it out” didn’t engender confidence.

When Politico last week reported that some of the emails included in the Post’s reporting had been verified by a reporter, critics of the decision to mute the Post’s reporting heralded the news as vindication. Here was evidence that this wasn’t misinformation after all!

But again, the idea that what was being shared might have been edited or invented was only part of the decision. The question wasn’t simply one of misinformation but one of Russian intervention. The release of material by WikiLeaks in 2016 was similarly accused of being fake, but the broader issue that emerged was whether an effort already linked to Russia at that point should have been incorporated into election coverage. Much of the response last year centered on that same question. Twitter’s rationale for limiting its spread, for example, indicated that it might violate rules against sharing “content obtained through hacking that contains private information.” That some of the emails were legitimate doesn’t actually prove that initial response to have been unwarranted, nor does it prove that the genesis of the information wasn’t dubious.

Pardon me if this has been asked and answered already, but what happened with Rukkus? Never visited.

Without knowing what the specific story with Rukkus was, I'll say one thing: Being kicked off of essential web services due to targeted adverse interference by the ADL is not an example of "Free speech gone wrong". It's a case of the ADL being a literally evil organization, possessing too much power and enacting tyranny.
