Then why is it when police departments release pictures of people who were recently arrested, most of the faces are black if they are "almost above the law"?

trump was removed because he lost a fair election. trump himself could not point to any examples of wide scale voter fraud. His lawyers provided no such evidence in court when they sued different states to challenge the election results because trump lost.
