I especially like the trans men (just a few, not many) who were certain they'd beat the crap out of a gay man who refused to "validate" them . Yeah.... Someone really , really needs to tell these people the truth : That GRS is cosmetic, does NOT actually change biological sex, and it most CERTAINLY does not make a biological human female suddenly equal in strength to a man.
On a different site (or maybe it was here, this was quite awhile back) someone recounted the sad tale of his friend, a trans man, who decided it would be a good idea and fun to go to a bar and pick a fight with an actual man or two. Apparently an ambulance and an extended hospital stay was the end result, and not for the men with whom the fight was picked, either.

Sooner or later, one of them will rape one too many little girls in a bathroom.
No one seems to care about women behind bars ; no one seems to care about the humiliation and degradation of teen girls at the hands of their "trans" male classmates, by being forced to be in the same rest rooms and showers as them ; no one cares about older women forced to share hospital rooms or rooms in elder care facilities with trans women.
It's going to take multiple pre teen girls being raped by trans age autogynephiliacs, and sooner or later, there'll be one too many.
IOW, there's a lot more suffering to come.

[–]Porphyria 3 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 0 fun4 insightful - 0 fun4 insightful - 1 fun - 8 months ago (0 children)
Agreed. I can remember people in the 1970s getting angry when forms asked for their "Gender" instead of Sex, because they knew using gender to mean sex was incorrect : It was a grammar term not applicable to English, but to Romance and other languages that have masculine/feminine/neuter words.
The Victorians were a lot more forthright in their speech than their idiotic pop culture image suggests, and they had no problems using the word "sex" to mean male/man or female/woman.

Maybe at least some of them do know.
When I was a teenager, I was convinced that most parents utterly loathe their children. That they envied us for being automatically considered attractive, and for having "our whole lives ahead of us". I believed that was why so many "old" women wanted to force their pregnant daughters to carry to term, AND wanted to force them to forgo college to raise the baby, instead of choosing adoption : Pure spite, because THEIR lives "sucked".
As I got older, I mellowed, and thought I had just projected onto other parents the misery I felt with my wretched egg donor and sperm donor. But now I have to wonder if my younger self was smarter : I mean, turning your teenage daughter into a trans "boy", breasts removed, maybe hair falling out, acne, God knows what else-? Literally castrating your teenage son, and apparently permanently reducing his IQ and stunting his adult height-?
I'm sorry, but while maybe the vast majority of parents of trans children are just bewildered, and are trying to do the right thing, I can't help but wonder if the worst and most narcissistic/abusive of the bunch are only too happy now.

Agreed. The funny part is, the target of the humiliation ritual (working class and middle class men , as no one thinks women actually matter in their own right) don't even realize they're the target. They're supposed to feel shame that their daughters can be forced to parade in the nude for any teen boy psychopathic enough to proclaim he's a trans "girl" and hence entitled to the girls' showers, that their wives cannot safely use a public restroom or gym. But they think it's what women deserve, for wanting to actually go to university and get a career, instead of just being housewives. A lot of them take that view, per what I see online anyway.

That's awful ! Both for the surgery victim and her poor wife. But I cannot help but feel a particular stab of pity at the idea of losing the capacity to orgasm FOREVER. There are people walking among you (post menopausal women) who were so devastated at losing the capacity for multiple orgasms (and then any orgasms at all) , we decided a 3% greater probability of CANCER every day of our remaining lives was a price worth paying, as anorgasmia is worse than cancer to some of us. And these people chose this, albeit because of ignorance and other peoples' lies!
The wife needs to accept that her spouse is GONE, and leave , before the simmering violence becomes overt. No one should accept that. It's sad, but divorce exists for a reason.

Reminds me of the speculation that's been going on since the 1990s at least : Are the carefully staged and choreographed 'fight scenes' in movies , in which 110 lb actresses beat up men without breaking a fingernail, tricking young women into NOT understanding the strength difference between the average man and the average woman-? If that trans man actually thought artifical testosterone is going to make up for being a biological female who did NOT go through male puberty, and IF that's a common misconception...then yeah, there's going to be some major problems, starting now.
I read a post elsewhere from a concerned uncle, whose 16 year old niece (whom he described a s a "tiny wee girl") actually believed GRS would literally make her a man, AND that she'd become tall, because men are taller than women. Just what the HELL are doctors telling these kids-? GRS is only cosmetic ; it does not literally change one's sex, and a 16 year old's growth plates are almost certainly 'shut down'. She's not getting any taller, if she goes though with the surgery.( Look at poor Ellen/Elliot Paige, who looks like a 12 year old boy. )
(Worse , too many people still think trans women are all Sad Gay Men who are uninterested in women sexually and who have all had GRS anyway. This misconception is getting multiple girls and women assaulted. I hope it's a misconception, and not that normies like the idea of other women being set up for assault, if they're incarcerated, or too poor to go to private schools, or can't find more prestigious work with private toilets, etc.)

(The book I am mainly thinking of is a disgusting pile of crap called Perv, by Jesse Bering. The author found it necessary to let us know multiple times just how hideous women's genitalia are to him, as if anyone asked for his opinion. The book is no more science than is Morris' The Naked Ape-which I realized was shit when I read it as a 12 year old-but at least the Morris book is a fun read and written reasonably well, while the Bering book's prose is completely wooden. )

Speaking as a post menopausal woman, and going only by the words there (IOW, no idea if that's taken out of context) , I think this is about the way menopausal relief is often presented primarily as a way to deal with PIV pain from vaginal atrophy. As if ONLY women who have sex with men via PIV need to worry about sexual dysfunction from vaginal atrophy. As atrophy can lead to anorgasmia and pain, it's obviously of interest to all sexually active women, regardless of if they have sex with men.

Turning helpless women over to other men to abuse, on a platter.
That's all it is.
Too many men think life was "fair" when little boys could grow up to [in theory] be anything, while little girls could be mommies. Maybe elementary school teachers, nurses, secretaries, cashiers, or waitresses, if they failed to find A Husband. And that's IT.
From what I've seen online, too many men really don't think women are people, probably don't even feel their own sisters/wives/daughters/mothers are fully human, nd think it's "payback" to force trans women into spaces (like showes, restrooms, shelters, prisons) set aside on basis of biological sex for good reason, after being 'forced' to let us into colleges, universities, law school, medical school, Congress... How can men be happy unless they've arranged things so they can automatically feel superior to half of humanity-?
Trans "women" are being used-deliberately, and with malice aforethought-by wealthy, powerful men , to shove women back into the pre WW II lifestyle, maybe further, but minus husbands that actually earn enough to support a wife and child(ren) on one salary. Probably because jobs are going to become harder and harder to find, between outsourcing, automation, immigration, etc, and women just work for pin money anyway. And a bonus : If women have to get married to not starve, that means there'll be fewer incel shootings ! (Since they're allegedly the most dangerous terrorists in North America).
All because [too many] men want women pigeon holed into a very few roles, so they can automatically feel superior.

I let the subscription lapse, and they're so desperate to keep people that they sent me weeks more magazines than I had signed on for in my initial subscription. It will be related to children. But I am sure the backlash will come because of something that is done to children.

A young woman wrapped in a white blanket wandering about campus turned into a ku klux klan rally. How did the college-age men and women, people as old as if not older than the soldiers of the revolution, of the civil war, of world war II, respond to that rumor-? By standing in circles, arms wrapped about each other's shoulders, sobbing. Grown-ass men and women confronted with the mere thought of people with differing and hence obnoxious opinions, and all these mental and emotional perpetual children can do is stand in a circle, helplessly sobbing. Not just them ; that's something I've been ranting and raving about for years now. Feminine=what a woman looks like, NOT her personality or character traits. If she's young, pretty , slender, with long flowing hair, she's automatically feminine.
And some do indeed just winnow it down to using consumer products (makeup, trinkets, etc) : Nicholas Wade in the PS edition of Sex at Dawn , claiming that French women are 'more in touch with their femininity' because they tie scarves around their necks. Seriously. That ws the only thing he cited as proof, that they tie fucking scarves around their necks (oh, and allegedly "European" women are more approachable by men they don't know at bars and other minglers ; I guess that counts too).
It doesn't matter how sterotypically womanly (nurturing, kind, or gentle) a woman is , if she's ugly, fat, middle aged or old, she's not feminine. QED.

All trans women are men.
MOST trans women are not even trans.
I think the percentage of transbians/transtrenders who are even autogynephiliacs is shrinking ; the men who plop on a wig and a dress to get into women's shower rooms, changing rooms, and rest rooms (not to mention women's prisons, homeless shelters, DV shelters...) are increasingly just predatory, misogynist heterosexual men. As more predators get away with feigning transness to gain access to vulnerable women, the percentage of trans women who are actually trans, or who are even "sincere fetishists" aka autogynephiliacs will shrink : that cop who laughed and joked about "identifying as a woman" is the wave of the dystopian , nightmarish future.

I think the first four volumes of ElfQuest deserve a place on that list, but at least the compiler added Conquering Armies ; that's a fine GN that doesn't get the attention it deserves( or at least, I only saw it it mentioned once in Heavy Metal magazine, back in the day).
Forcing women out of workplaces, sports and politics? by eddyelric in GenderCritical
[–]Porphyria 9 insightful - 2 fun9 insightful - 1 fun10 insightful - 1 fun10 insightful - 2 fun - 2 years ago* (0 children)
"...Out of workplaces, sports, and politics..."? How about out of SCHOOLS, when parents know it's not safe for even the youngest children to go to school, because their students' restrooms are being invaded by trans-identified middle aged teachers (WITH the full backing of their respective school boards) ? And there's been a [thankfully, very] few cases where young children have been assaulted by fellow students , who are "trans identified" ; sexual acting out is a known sign of previous molestation, but no one seems to care about that any more : Too busy being all "woke" and trans-supportive, I guess, to actually care about vulnerable children. When parents know that at any moment , a teen "trans girl" can demand not only access to the high school girl's restroom and showers, but can demand the cubicle curtains be removed so girls are forced to strip in the public area for his amusement (with the full backing of the school board ...a bunch of middle aged MEN going out of their way to shake the young predator's hand for making his demands). Out of retail stores, because "gender neutral" restrooms and changing rooms mean that any trip out of the home can bring a woman in contact with an entitled, possibly violent autogynephiliac-?
If taken to their "logical" conclusions/extremes, we're right back in the middle of the 19th century, in which women can go work only at the very few low paying, low prestige jobs men don't want ; where any trip to the market has to be carefully planned to avoid a need to use the restroom, and where on paper domestic violence is illegal , while divorce is legal : But how many women can afford to have their husbands arrested and prosecuted or their marriages ended, if women no longer have access to work which will actually allow them to make enough to keep a roof over their heads and food on the table? If companies are encouraged to hire "women" who will never menstruate, get pregnant, give birth, nurse...A world in which our mere survival is contingent on finding A Man (any man) to support us.
Why are most trans people white? by BiologicalMolecule in GenderCritical
In other words.
I don't have a link because I didn't save it, but quite a few months ago (maybe even in 2019), someone in reddit's gendercritical posted a link showing that black and Latino boys and men were OVER represented for receiving GRS , while white boys and men were UNDER represented . IOW and IIRC , the black and latino males were 2-3 % (or 3-4%) more likely to get GRS than is their percentage of the US population, while white males were about that percentage LESS likely to get GRS. Where white males overwhelmingly seem to dominate (especially online) is in being "transtrenders"/autogynephiliacs, who choose to define themselves as "feeling like a woman"/renaming their penises as "lady dicks"/"girl dicks"/threatening lesbians and bisexual women with being called Bad Words if they don't perform sex acts with their 'girl dicks'/threatening women with violence for not accepting them as women, and hence welcome in changing rooms, shower rooms, etc etc etc. IOW, white men are overrepresented (especially online) for being exceptionally violent, entitled, rape-y heterosexual men. While I did email quite a few articles and studies I saw posted to r/gc, I did NOT send this one to myself or I would post the link ; hopefully someone else has it handy.
JK Rowling claims society is on brink of 'medical scandal' over transgender issues by RADFEM90 in GenderCritical
I read it as a child when I was lucky enough to live across the street from a college. I used to walk there and read the magazines, back when pre teens were all "free range". Since we moved away in 1980, the letter is in ONE of those magazines published before then (I think 1973-1976 is a good guesstimate of the likely publication date). Real useful, I know...

Waaaaay back in the early to mid 1970s, I read a letter to the editor of Ms magazine , which I have never been able to forget. The letter writer was a woman, who wrote her letter in the form of a fairy tale, about how [from memory as best I can] "Once upon a time, a wizard looked into his crystal ball, and foresaw that his daughter was going to be six feet tall. How could she be feminine ? How could she be submissive? " The letter then recounted the "magic potions" she was forced to take , to stop her from getting that tall ; she topped out at 5' 7" , which was "taller than he [her father the "wizard"] would have liked". She recounted the various health problems those "potions" had left her with, I recall crumbling teeth (and jaws-?) was one, but there were more.
I was 9-11 when I read that letter, and it's been in the back of my mind for years ; now I realize she was put on something to bring on early puberty. I wonder : Back then, was her permission needed, to have her body altered , or was she treated as a piece of property that didn't even need to be informed? I don't recall if she gave her age at the time she sent in the letter, but if the letter was written in 1974-1977, she was probably "treated" in the mid to late 1960s (assuming she was at least 21 when she sent in her letter). It bothered me then and it bothers me now : That that woman was condemned to a lifetime of pain (and infertility-?) because one man felt entitled to alter her body to what HE thought was more feminine and attractive.
So puberty blockers and puberty starters have been around for decades, and at least by the 1970s, it was known that they had bad side effects . Since then, lots of girls have been "treated" to prevent them from winding up "too tall"/"too short" by either bringing on puberty early or delaying it, even though such treatments are known to cause health problems. So how could anyone have truly believed that puberty blockers were a "pause button" that could be administered to young people with little or no problem? The information on what the things do to girls was already available, and why would anyone think that they were any safer for boys, or that giving them to girls OR boys, for reasons other than fiddling with someone's adult height would be any safer?
Apparently not stripping in front of TIMs is "transphobic". I never thought that they'd come up with something more rapey than the "cotton ceiling", but here we are. by justradfemthings in GenderCritical

Or the 1850s, when women who did anything the slightest bit masculine were "unnatural creatures" who had "unsexed themselves" , and one thing that's interesting to me is that the Victorians, for all (mostly exaggerated) nonsense about how mealy-mouthed they were, had no problems with the word sex, eg, Lucretia Mott telling women to stand up for "the dignity of their sex" . It was the 20th century that started using "[have] sex'" for "copulate", and that made it a Dirty Word, so people started using gender to replace sex-and here we are. I distinctly remember my own mother getting angry back in the 1970s, when people used "gender" to mean "sex" : "That's a grammar term!" I didn't understand why she got so upset then ; now I do.

Do we know the effects of puberty blockers on childrens' bodies? by blackrainbow in GenderCritical
WARNING : WHAT FOLLOWS IS MY SPECULATION. Nothing has been proven yet, but this is for what I am watching :
Women make up the overwhelming bulk of alzheimer's patients-possibly as high as 90%. Since no one cares much about women's health matters, those few who have noticed this have just hand waved it away with women "live longer". But the difference in male and female life spans amounts to about 2 years, nowhere near enough to account for such a disparity, plus women with alzheimer's begin showing symptoms in their late 50s , while men generally don't show symptoms till they're in their 80s (plus women alzheimers patients retain their verbal dexterity better than do men patients).
Researchers are currently investigating a link between menopause (specifically the sudden decline in estrogen) and alzheimer's . Here's is an interview with one rearcher-Lisa Mosconi, who has also written a book on the subject, The XX Brain :
Medium Mosconi interview-LONG
I keep seeing speculations as to what will hopefully end the anti science reign of terror. Some think it will be transed kids killing themselves en masse or suing the doctors and foundations responsible. But if transing children results in them having an IQ a full standard deviation lower than it would otherwise have been, AND if not going through puberty keeps their brains from maturing (as puberty is also about mental and emotional maturation), then will they ever get to a place where they can truly comprehend what they lost? That plus their own susceptibility to the "sunk cost fallacy" will likely prevent transed kids from being what finally peaks the world and makes GRS/SRS (and the efforts to make sex and gender synonymous is the root of the problem) something to be spoken of in the same breath as lobotomies.
But what about transmen/TiFs?
If it is true that menopause and the sudden drop in estrogen is what makes women so much more susceptible to alzheimers than men, what happens to women who have been subjected to high dosages of testosterone and to extreme body modification surgeries to help them pass ? For girls put on puberty blockers , Lupron is said to leave ovaries "shriveled like raisins" (I've seen that phrase more than once in articles on puberty blockers and their side effects) , even though they are usually left intact just because of their role with hormones. What about transmen who were post pubertal ; they may have escaped lupron , but what are doses of testosterone great enough to cause male pattern baldness, facial hair , and voices changes doing to them internally?
If menopause /sudden drop in estrogen is what causes women to get alzheimers at so much higher a rate than men, then women who have had their ovaries "shrivelled" by puberty blockers and/or high doses of testosterone may be at elevated risk for alzheimers, possibly early onset, especially those with a genetic or environmental predisposition (there may be a genetic link , but environmental factories-especially crappy diets-may play a role too. I have seen alzheimers disease called Type III diabetes.)
A disturbingly high percentage of transmen/TiFs getting alzheimers (IF my speculations are correct), especially early onset, may be what peaks the world and gets the surgeries banned for anyone except the tiny percentage of males and females who have genuine, diagnosed dysphoria. A reset to how it was in yesterdecade, IOW.

The neovagina subreddit was a public service. I saw more than one post from a by then detransed person who credited it with saving him from a terrible mistake. If nothing else, it warned anyone wanting to transform intact healthy male genitalia into a neovagina to avoid The Butcher of Montreal at all costs (he's a Montreal surgeon who seems to specialize in MTF surgeries , with dubious success).
