Speaking as a post menopausal woman, and going only by the words there (IOW, no idea if that's taken out of context) , I think this is about the way menopausal relief is often presented primarily as a way to deal with PIV pain from vaginal atrophy. As if ONLY women who have sex with men via PIV need to worry about sexual dysfunction from vaginal atrophy. As atrophy can lead to anorgasmia and pain, it's obviously of interest to all sexually active women, regardless of if they have sex with men.
