It actually looks worse for them to claim he wasn't trans. If he was trans they could just play it off as every group having predators.

But since he isn't trans that means he abused the Self ID bathroom rules to gain access to a victim. Something we were told no one would ever go to the trouble of doing. As if putting on a skirt is that hard.

Self ID is a danger to women and girls everywhere, and it's not just because some trans women are predators, it's because predators will claim to be trans women to gain access.

Shocking. The previously trans-identified male lesbian is now no longer considered as such after a crime was committed. But "this never happens", right? Disgusting.

He asked me how I was doing, and I said, ''I'm broken, I'm shattered, you shattered me,'' the mom recalled. ''Do you have any idea what you've done to me, what you've done to your family?

His mother is a narcissist and her opinions should have literally no bearing on anything. Her son is not his own person, and neither is the victim. They are both pawns in her story of herself.

She sounds like Brock Turner’s dad. The only difference is people aren’t losing their minds because the rapist ideas identifying as a woman. Oh, but magically, he’s suddenly not trans and everyone is still afraid to drag him through the mud? Interesting.

Also, no, he wasn’t having sex with someone who wanted to. Going into a single-sex space and shoving your dick in an unwilling woman’s mouth is rape. Her son raped two women and she’s going to have to learn to cope with that.

'What is the end game on this?' she added. 'My son's going to be going on the sexual registry and be committed to Meghan's Law for the rest of his life because he had 15-year-old hormones.'

What a gotdamn enabler.

Plenty of teenage boys manage not to rape.

The mawm is unmarried, apparently. If Brock "The Rapist" Turner's dad and mawm have divorced, perhaps this creature and he can get together; they obviously share a very similar philosophy of childrearing : My son is entitled to do whatever he wants to whoever he wants.

This she-dog is even more tone deaf than Brock Turner's dad and his infamous comment about how his poor son can't enjoy steak any more. /sadviolins

And I really wonder just how "consensual" those two previous sexual encounters were : Was the girl actually consenting, more or less enthusiastically, or was she bullied into sex for fear of being called a bigot-?

And in any case, just because a female has sex with a male one time, does NOT mean he is entitled to her body from then on, whenever and wherever he wants. We don't lose the right to say NO ever again, just because we said yes ONCE.
