I have noticed this too. I don't like GC people that act like literally all lesbian transwomen are perverted fetishists, even if they seem normal. Itis one thing to call out people like Yaviv or Karen White, but acting like all of them are like that is wrong. Usually the more gender non conforming ones are rightfully concerned about how society tries to push this idea that feminine means woman or masculine means man.

I do too. I have been downvoted myself for saying that I have no problem with transwomen like Blair White or Natalie Wynn using the women's bathroom, and in fact I think it is pretty shitty telling people that look exactly like women to use the mens.

I also greatly dislke when men are into baking, sewing, dance, ect they get to be serious about it, while women are just kind of expected to be domestic:( I really like cooking and baking too!

[–]questioningtw 5 insightful - 5 fun5 insightful - 4 fun6 insightful - 5 fun -  (0 children)

I am very pro gatekeeping, and honestly, I think the only way transitioning can be fully ethical is to have it. I don't agree with this idea that everything should be ok as long as you have the money. Transitioning should be seen as serious, and if someone wants to go through with it, they have to show that they are mentally healthy and actually need it.

I find it insulting. You can tell by looking at me and by my name that I am a woman. If someone is transgender it is up to them to let people know they are transitioning and to use the correct pronouns, no one should be forced to be compelled into pretending that being trans ids something normal and common.

I feel the same. i feel like early liberals were smart and stratigic. For instance Rosa Parks wasn't the first woman to refuse to go to the back in the bus--it was a black teenager who was then recruited by MLK Jr....it was a strategic move to have Rosa Parks to it because she was an older, black church lady. This was actually a smart movie. The civil rights protesters were also smart enough to not riot and only wanted people that would help their cause in their cause. Of course though maybe this isn't the best example really; they were still hated at the time...but they did get most people on their side right?

i also hate this stupid shit: All work is slavery! No, it fucking isn't. STOP IT!

Exactly. Most people take people at their word and if they see say Blaire White as a woman, then they will treat her like one. But the aren't going to believe that she was always a woman or that she has a female body. Same with any trans person that is actally living as a man or woman. I don't believe for a second though that anyone actually thinks men get pregant or that there are genders like nonbinary or genderfluid but they don't want to appear mean so they don't say anything.

For women gender nonconformity seems to be being assertive, brave, have intersts in things over people, not liking make up or dresses, having a goofy sense of humor; and for men I would say being nurturing, taking care of their appearance, being a people pleaser and caring about people over things. IK think in modern society though we are becoming less strict, and most people woulld probably not truely see someone as gender nonconforming unless they went out of their way to defy stereotypes.

People flying is impossible. However planes can make us travel through the air.

As of right now men can't get pregnant, and their are two sexes. it will be this way for a long time, and who knows if we will even survive long nough for mad scientists to try to make these things happen. Yes, i sad mad scientists, I am tired of technology that is just making us less human.

So, basically we need to stop trusting anything then. if this was a hoax, then why where there a few people adament that it happened? Why would people make up a story like this for no reason?

I am finding it increasingly bizarre that a lot of progressives seem to just kind of excuse and dismiss bad behavior. Not all are like this of course, and i usually just see it online.

How do all these trans people remember being a toddler so clearly? I have like one or two vague memories from being a toddler and it was stuff like, wearing waterwings in a pool and being in the back of a truck. Also, how was she even able to play all those female characters if she was really a guy this whole time. And sorry El, but what music you listen to, how you drink and sit have nothing to do with being a boy.

so she is being selfish then. There is no reason she can't play in the mixed league.

Since she doesn't even want to be a woman why is she even playing on the women's team? This is why I honestly think a lot of trans people are narcissistic. If she is taking T, she has zero business playing with the girls and should try out for the boys team. And if she can't make the boys team....well that is too damn bad. They have the audacity to call us entitled when they pull stunts like this. I am honesty worried that women's sports are in danger thanks to stuff like this.

Apparently people are nothing more then huge gossips that talk about things that are none of their business too...and yes, I acknowledge that I am doing it too. I am just so sick of this let us pick a part anything girls do and talk about how wearing certain things makes them a girl or a boy!

What gets me is how damn angry they get when you point out how damn sexist this is. Pink is completely forced on girls, and it is way worse now then when I" was younger...plenty of girls don't like skirts and short hair has nothing to do with gender.
