I wonder if the authors of such articles understand what they write.

According to them, the employment-population ratio (first chart) shows that Latinos are the most privileged group in USA.

Then the chart "Black Americans are underrepresented in high-paying jobs" shows that

54% of employed Asians worked in management, professional, and related occupations — the highest-paying major occupational category — compared with 41% of employed whites, 31% employed Blacks, and 22% of employed Hispanics.

So does that mean that Asians are favored by Whites? I thought it was the contrary.

Not to mention that these charts fail to include Asians in most of them, and certainly don't include Jews (for different reasons).

Actually traditional martial arts were outlawed during the Cultural Revolution. Certain forms were allowed as a form of calisthenics for the shake of exercise and exhibition.

In the People's Republic of China (PRC), taijiquan was supported by Mao Zedong as part of his initiative to develop wushu (martial arts) as exhibition sports. All martial arts were standardised, and in 1956, the PRC government tasked a team of experts with the creation of the first ‘modernised’ taijiquan form, the ‘simplified 24-step Taijiquan’ (based on Yang style). The official face of taijiquan changed during the Cultural Revolution; practice was particularly difficult due to persecution of martial artists.14 As a result, many martial artists retreated to Taiwan with Chiang Kai-shek and to other Asian countries where there was greater freedom of practice. However, as Deng Xiaoping's rectification programme progressed in the late 1970s and 1980s, there was significant uptake of taijiquan in China.

https://read.dukeupress.edu/easts/article/2/4/525/25984/Globalisation-and-the-Internal-Alchemy-In-Chinese

In an radio interview conducted for BBC Radio’s Eastern Horizon programme, noted Chen Taijiquan teacher Chen Zhenglei explained: “The biggest setback for Tai Chi and all martial arts was during the Cultural Revolution when people were not able to practice freely and martial arts became outlawed. Tai Chi and other martial arts diminished in China. When China opened its gates again to the rest of the world, its rich culture was promoted and martial arts became standardised and simplified in the process. This had its pros and cons too, allowing more people to learn, but this ultimately diluted and changed the virtues of the traditional form”.

Altogether, maybe the regime feared the possibility of a revolution and permitted only "government approved" martial arts?

Greece appealed in 1954 to the United Nations to demand self-determination for Cyprus. Britain had the ruling mandate over the mostly ethnic Greek island, and wanted the Cyprus dispute to be resolved without being taken to the United Nations Security Council, where it could be problematically framed as an anti-colonialist struggle.[13][22] To this end, Britain diplomatically encouraged Turkey to agitate Greece. The British ambassador to Greece also incited, saying in an August 1954 speech that Greco-Turkish ties were superficial, so nothing would be lost if, for example, something were to happen to Atatürk's house in Thessaloniki. More bluntly, an official of the Foreign Office said that some agitation would be much to Turkey's benefit. In any case, said parliamentarian John Strachey, Turkey had a large ethnic Greek minority in Istanbul as a card to play against Greece if it considered annexing an independent Cyprus to Greece.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Agia_Lavra

It was built in the 10th century but was burnt to the ground in 1585 by the Turks. It was rebuilt in 1600 while the frescoes by Anthimos were completed in 1645. It was burnt again in 1715 and in 1826 by the armies of Ibrahim Pasha of Egypt. In 1850 after the rebirth of modern Greece, the building was completely rebuilt. The monastery was burned down by German forces in 1943.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mega_Spilaio

According to tradition, the monastery is one of the oldest in Greece, reputedly founded in 362 by the Thessalonian brothers Symeon and Theodore, who with the help of Euphrosyne (a local shepherdess, honoured as saint for her part in these events) discovered in the cave the icon of the Theotokos painted by Luke the Evangelist.[1][2][3]

On 8 December 1943, the German 117th Jäger Division destroyed the monastery and executed 22 monks and visitors as part of reprisals that culminated a few days later with the Massacre of Kalavryta.[6]

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Distomo_massacre

On June 10, 1944, for over two hours, Waffen-SS troops of the 2nd company, I/7 battalion, 4th SS Polizei Panzergrenadier Division under the command of the 26-year-old SS-Hauptsturmführer Fritz Lautenbach went door to door and massacred Greek civilians as part of "savage reprisals" for a partisan attack upon the unit's convoy.[1] A total of 228 men, women and children were killed in Distomo,[2] a small village near Delphi.[3] According to survivors, SS forces "bayoneted babies in their cribs, stabbed pregnant women, and beheaded the village priest."[3]

(After the Germans left, the communists returned and murdered the survivors. Now the communists try to have any reference to their victims removed.)

And for WWI and the French occupation:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/French_occupation_of_Thessaly

The chief military confrontation of the operation occurred when the French attempted to disarm the 1/38 Evzone Regiment in Larissa, under the command of Lt. Colonel Athanasios Frangos. The regiment refused to obey the command to surrender its weapons, and retreated west towards the mountains. The French launched Moroccan sipahis in pursuit of the unit, encircling it and forcing it to surrender after clashes (named "Battle of the Flag", as the Greeks carried the regimental standard with them) that claimed the lives of 59 Greek officers and soldiers, as well as seven killed and 15 wounded on the French side.[2][3]

At the same time the Allies issued an ultimatum to Constantine threatening to bombard Athens. As a result King Constantine I of Greece abdicated.

At least 200 royalist Greek MPs, municipal leaders, lawyers and doctors were introduced into a prison camp in Thessaloniki. The Thessaloniki concentration camp was surrounded by double rows of wire mesh, and the guard was made up of Cambodian and Senegalese soldiers.[2]

EDIT: Concerning the atrocities committed by the Arabs in Greece during WWII, there are articles in Greek with testimonies about their typical African behavior. However, articles in English tend to omit their presence and attribute all atrocities and massacres to "Germans".

Communists in the Balkans would ambush a German soldier so that they would challenge the Germans to retaliate by burning nearby villages and killing their inhabitants. Afterwards, the communists would try to recruit the survivors and would murder them if they refused (or just murder them without further explanation).

National Socialism is not the same as Hitlerism and is not a strictly German ideology. For example, the Romanian Iron Guard had a completely different attitude towards religion.

This started earlier, as Africans were used as troops who often went after women and committed attrocities. During WWI, African forces were used against Europeans, especially by the French. During Spanish Civil War, African forces were used by Franco as well. During WWII, Germans used Africans in Greece and other places, where they committed massacres.

So the concept of using foreign troops when you don't have enough of your own gradually gave place to the concept of using foreign workers when you don't have enough of your own and so on.

OP said he didn't post any actual content, yet you assume he was advocating violence. Doesn't that mean that you find the topic of the sub inherently violent? At least that's what I understood when you wrote this:

What is this modern trend, women going through sex change operations so that they can be railed by gay men? Wouldn't they be better off finding a normal man as normal women?

What was really amusing was how she reassured herself there was no health issue because that happened pre-covid. So the worst thing you can contract at a gay orgy with total strangers is covid?

Anyway, she could appear naked infront of a man and get what she wanted and probably more instead of putting herself through those bizarre situations.

Where does the idea that black communities are "over-policed" come from? by tantamle in debatealtright

[–]asterias 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

The same happens with gypsies and similar "minorities". They will play the victim card, claim that it's not their fault and it's all because of their "culture". Leftists will flock in to show "solidarity" and the true victims of crime activity will be given a speech about how they should be more tolerant and so on.

As for the "over-policing" claim: If policemen appear near the gypsy ghetto, all gypsies will start attacking them with rocks and guns and try to kill them. When a gypsy commits a crime, he will instantly try to run into the ghetto so that it will be almost impossible to arrest him. They attack the same way even firefighters and ambulance crews.

Why exactly doesn't the Alt Right support anti police brutality measures? by ayotollahsinIran in debatealtright

[–]asterias 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Can't speak about USA or Alt Right, but a similar situation in Europe shows that the police are an instrument of the government, which serves a certain agenda and gives the police specific orders. Members of the police care mostly about keeping their job and it's a rare incident when someone objects the unconstitutional orders. It might be a different thing in USA, where constitution is still somewhat upheld.

And it's a joke that European governments declare their sympathy for protesters beaten in Belaruss, when protesters in Europe get brutally beaten all the time for objecting giving their land to "refugees" and becoming a minority in their land.

But if you speak about police brutality in the general sense, which is often a problem in many societies, certain circles, often in the far right, insist that people should shut up about it because for some reason you aren't supposed to criticize the police. The result is that police becomes unaccountable and disliked by common people.

The Muslim laws justify murdering anyone who converts to Christianity and this is well known in countries which have suffered from Muslim occupation in the past. It's a fact that the West pretends to ignore.

Muslims also go after Christian women, so that they will be obliged to convert to Islam, but they don't take it mildly when their women decide to marry a Christian man. Here is a recent incident.

Many see reasoning as "boring", and life is supposed to be exciting according to American cultural norms.

I think that this is generally a Western thing, though American cultural influences might have played a role here. Somehow this has intersected with the current sentiment of living to satisfy vice and nothing else and now we ended up with this materialistic society where hard facts are not accepted well and are even perceived negatively.

While it's sad that someone dies this way (even if he starred in some bad movies), it's really irritating that "antiracists" all over the world gave this piece of news an almost religious perspective. There are white countries that suffered because of colonialism, and those "antiracist" types care only about Africa, which in some cases even benefited from colonialism.

In white communities, a rare genious engaging in academia would be considered a "nerd", blacks have taken it one step further with this "Uncle Tom" nonsense. The bottom line is that when people can choose to listen to some wise words and prefer to stick to their smartass ways and listen to fools, they are the ones responsible for their condition.
