Eritrea

There is no war there.

They have been rioting all over the world.

There's a scam where Eritreans claim asylum because they want to avoid the national service. Then the Eritrean government charge them a tax on their earning to be all to be able to visit home. Most of the government's money is coming from this migrant tax.
