People like that are extremely rare. Far more common are people who hate white people "because they are racist". It is literally the same exact argument but one is treated by society as the greatest evil while the other is "understandable". Our society is racist against whites.

Every other race except most whites and Asians get a pass. Whites and Asians can get a Nigga-Pass IF they grew up in the ghetto around other black people and are nigga-approved, so Carmen Electra, Kendra Wilkinson, Scarlett Johannson, Eminem, Rachel Dolezal, Bhad Bhabie, and Woah Vicky get a free pass, cause they're ghetto-ass people anyway, and have voluntarily given up their whiteness in exchange for street cred. But not a Nigger-Pass; no one but us gets a Nigger-Pass, cause that's exclusivity. And well, people from Niger, I guess. "Nigga" can a term of endearment ("MY NIGGA!") or an insult ("Sneako and Andrew Tate are straight-up incel niggas.") but the hard-R only exists as an insult.
