Do you have any data that would indicate that Africans are genetically more inclined to such undesirable behavior, as opposed to environmental factors, or possibly both?

That's not supporting evidence of... anything. It's more like an opinion, and like assholes, everyone's got them. Seems I can't get a straight answer from anyone as it's just sjw jerks too trigger happy with accusing everyone of racism, or others who jizz their pants imagining they're fellating the kkk grand wizard every time they say nigger. It's not an opinion, it's a personal observation that 90% of the gypsies (who are the European equivalent of niggers) live a life of causing damage to others and even passing through their areas is enough to get you robbed or attacked. You can collect as much data as you want about their environmental factors, which by the way are their own doing as they like to live in squalid conditions.
