That space is full of men and "Be nice queers", so those comments can be written by them.

Thought if speaking about lesbians specifically, I've noticed that main TRA enablers are in three groups - first is older already married lesbians, whom this is not affecting at all, second is young teen lesbians from local "queer communities", and third group is ones who were abused by transwoman, and it is their way to cope as to "normalize it, so it is norm and abuse wasn't something bad". The rest of lesbians are in general either neutral or very negative on this topic.

I am finding those conversations exhausting and useless - ones that leading away from real problems.

They are saying "sex and gender are not the same" and then doing the opposite - saying "there no differences between transwoman and woman in sports" or calling transwomen - female.

They say one thing, but do the opposite.

I even saw sometimes them saying GC points and that it is what Gender Identity Activism is trying to achieve, while in reality doing the opposite. People reading it - seeing that their points are legit and reasonable, and going away. Or they are pushing the goals. They will say "we only want to pee", but will demand all the other things. They will say "all we want is people to stop killing us", but then sneaky from behind demand much more (like in that comic https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qBJv5D-ZRyA).

It is so full of DARVO. Thought, I must admit that most likely most of them actually believing in what they say - because if they made themselves believe that one lie is truth, and made all this mind-dances to turn off logic and make believe that men are women - then this will affect their general thinking and will make it much easier for other similar lies to become reasonable to them. Just like in cults - words and ideas are "changed" to mean something else, same is here.

The thing that she and Zoe were victims of GamerGate and on opposite side, among bullies - transwomen were in big numbers. Their houses were stalked, windows broken, both moved from their homes to new ones in secret, so they are not harassed, Zoe was physically attacked over it. And whole story was fabricated by former Zoe boyfriend, who was crowdfunding on 4chan campaign against her, every claim there was just a lie (especially one about "bad journalism", because Kotaku never had an article about her games and she never had a voice in big media UNTIL GamerGate happened).

And then, years later, Zoe became "non-binary" herself and recently had an outrcy about "I am not a woman anymore, then why harassment haven't stopped? It is transphobia now, I think!" - and now focused on "transphobia" against her, not realizing that nothing has changed, she was attacked for being a woman and now she is attacked for the same reason, not because she "transitioned" her pronouns. And Anita became super corporate, other women on her channel were getting small income, while she was taking all the money, then she went to work with big corporations like Ubisoft or Activision, who are known for their hate of women, so she started supporting the very people who transformed her life into living hell just few years before that.

I am pretty sure it will not help much. It will grant acceptance to WRONG people and will leave "free to harass LGB" card for others. Like it happened within trans community.

Transgender changed from transsexual - and acceptance and laws all became about transgender people, ones who do not even have gender identity disorder, ones who are not even planning to do surgeries, take hormones or pass at all. While ones who were called before transsexuals - are still lacking everything.

Same would happen with homogenderal. There would appear heterosexual couples, who would say "I am a man, but I like pink color, so we are in homogenderual relationships". And such couple already made into news recently, they said they are part of LGBT Pride as "queer couple" and harassed real lesbians. In that couple husband was washing dishes and helding house, while wife was working in tech field and wearing pants. So they became "homosexual queer couple", even LGBTQ+ organisations named them as such.

So it will be really harmful for real homosexual people. And, well, sexuality is about sexual attraction and sex. Just hanging around is called friendship.

I have yesterday discussion about transman in one lesbian group, and it was very confusing discussion until I realized that by "transman" they mean trans-identified male who pretends to be woman, and they thougth that transwoman is a woman who pretends to be man. Some of them thought that transwoman is homosexual transsexual male who pretends to be woman, thought.

People outside of this debate are very confused and have no idea about the discussion at all, and that all is achieved by this confusing change of meaning of words by gender ideology activists. Same was done previously by scientologists. So people outside of debate would be thinking they are speaking about one thing and that it is a good thing, but in reality scientologists would be speaking about opposite thing and it is a bad one - just because they reversed meaning of some common words inside their cult.

That would be just called - acceptance and lack of prejudices.

Normativity means that something is mainstream and everything around is supporting that something as "the norm, that majority do". So it will be like - majority of movies will show only homosexual relationships and not heterosexual, marriage will be assumed to be homosexual always, and so on.

And because LGB are minority, there never can be "normativity" around us. "The norm" means not "normal", it means that something is accepted and that majority are like that, and in this regard "abnormal" does not mean something bad, it just means that it is not mainstream and small percent of the society.

You could then sort athletes based into brackets based on these scores.

There already such scores.

Thing is if remove sex, then in categories for "best women" we will also get "retired men after 50s" or "mediocre top 10 000 men". It is just unfair for women and is not giving equal opportunities for women, as "after 50s" or "mediocre top 10 000" women have nowhere to go like men. It will be just men taking women's places, and women gaining absolutely nothing from it. Men would not suffer from this either, only benefit.

Looks like they have a lot of inner mental problems but instead they being told "you will be cured once transition", but it never happens and after cosmetic surgery nothing really changes, as real issues were never adressed. And now they went full way, got no solution, there nowhere else to go for "more" solution, as endgoal was reached, and there is no way back anymore, so they are ending suiciding.

lol how exactly?

Democratic party is pushing against freedom of speech and using authoritharian methods, while Conservative party is not (which is not making them less bad or retarded, thought).

I think they understand, which is why they think the second an immediate threat of being stoned or starved disappears, they think there are no social pressures pushing women towards these things, despite very much being there. Kinda like how people think that just because most women aren't beaten anymore by their husbands and they can vote, that misogyny is a thing of the past.

Still, the thing is that for MAJORITY of women in the world all that is STILL true. Around third of women in the world can be legally murdered if they say "no" to men in some circumstances, a lot of women in more poor countries can't gain enough to sustain themselves and kids if father/husband leave.

Libfems are just privileged and/or rich and think that everyone in the world can make same choices as them and have no consequences for them. It is clearly seen when they are saying "those women were transmen in 1700s" when speaking about women, who were trying to do "forbidden for women" jobs or education. They think that women could just have that education, but they just chosen to identify as men because they just wanted to, not because they were forced to and otherwise they'd be killed, imprisoned or would not be able to get education or work where they like.

Especially funny it sounds when look at modern versions of Sharia, where women are rightless, but if woman's husband (and his father) died and she has no sons and her husband owned a land, then she can take his name, wear "manly cloths", deny any womanhood (so can't have sexual life, become pregnant, can't do any "feminine" jobs) and pretend to be her husband for the rest of her life. And she will get almost all rights that men have. Obviously it is "just a choice" too and "she just transman".

[–]ZveroboyAlina 5 insightful - 1 fun5 insightful - 0 fun6 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

I think they were referring to the liberal feminist notion of women being judgemental of other women who sexualise themselves for the male gaze or wear hijabs, which is, ya know, the real misogyny. And that's bad because according to liberal feminism, all these women choose their own oppression as the true individual snowflakes they are and the real misogyny is criticising their choices

Ah, choice feminism.

They never tend to understand that chosing between "be stoned to death or wear burka" and "starve to death or sexually please men" is NOT a choice.

(a great example of why liberalism is utterly incompatible with progress for women)

"Classic" liberalism would help to progress women's rights, but "liberalism" in definition which came from the USA institutions is not really liberalism at all. It is post-modernistic take on liberalism and "everything left-wing is liberalism" (while it is not true, for example right now Conservative party is more liberal than Democratic party in the USA, but both only partially liberal).

Same as "marxism" in woke circles is not marxism at all, but post-modernistic deconstruction of marxism.

Men and women are different biologically, so to have equal opportunities, equal rights and equal possibilities - we require different things. I would recommend you to read book "Invisible Women" by Perez, there are a lot of examples on how "unisex" or "made for men" is not working for women.

Clearest example will be sports. For women to have equal field of play, equa opportunities, chances to win - sports must be segregated by sex, otherwise women would not be able to get any scholarships, whould not be able to equally compete and participate in sports.

I think main stigma with gay men is still coming from two sides - first is fear of losing sales, and second is that wokes are seeing gays in very homophobic way. Plus wokes are promoting the idea that gay men are all very focused on sex and wearing bdsm costumes. I still remember when in USA Democrates removed politician because he "was not really representing gay people" - as he "was not looking gay". That man was just normal looking lawyer in suite, but seems for them gay is "way of life" (identity) and not sexual orientation.

In cases with lesbians it is mostly bisexual women, who have, had or will have interest in male characters. And even if those are real lesbians, - it is mostly seen in movies - then they are often either raped or have some other relationship with men, like "forced marriage", etc.

Lesbians are oversexualized in majority of cases and there to get more attention from male audience. In japanese animation there even more kinds of this, especially with something like "Yuri bait" - when two women or teen girls are shown as almost girlfriend and in almost intimate relationship, but in the end they will both end without any real relationship between each other and dating men. Thought korean media have the opposite "gay bait", when two androgynous "non-threatening looking" young men are doing same as in "Yuri bait" (I wonder if that is the reason why so many transmen who are harassing gays are listening k-op?).

There are dozens of charities and organizations Trans-only, who are not for LGB at all, just trans. Yet, they don't want LGB to have even one organization/charity without T. It is pretty abusive relationship - they can do whatever they want, and we can do only what they want and not what we want.

I prefer Dumbledore way than how it usually are. Thought, it would be much better if it was revealed somewhere in the middle of story, when people already established that character in their head.

In cartoons it is often "licensing" problems too. Clearest example is Adventure Time. There two characters were clear lesbians, but it was never named directly until the very last episode, where they kissed - because show was airing in Russia, Turkey and few muslim countries, so they were not wanting to lose audience there by gettign show banned, so they waited until the very last episode, which was not shown in those countries.

Them wanting more money makes them censor shows or depict LGB as they are depicted in those countries - as perverted freaks (in Turkey and Russia anti-gay propaganda is showing transwomen from Pride's and saying "it is how people becoming gay and it is what gays are").

That is why I like how Dumbledor was presented - he was just a regular normal person who just happens to be gay, it was never focused on it in story and he was not shown as some "special snowflake" or "perverted freak" like LGB is depicted in media in most cases. Almost like to be gay you need to "look and act gay", and not just like same sex as yourself.

That is exactly how conformism and oppresion works.

You are rewarded for being like people in power want you to be, and you are punished for being what you want yourself.

That is why so many lesbians (and female leaning bisexual girls) are transitioning early in life nowadays - they are love-bombed for "becoming a trans", for "being normal among woke", and they are hated and harassed for being lesbians and refusing to date men in dresses.

It would be more like "if they let him shoot themselves, then he would not shoot others".

As here they are basically saying "if lesbians let him rape themselves, then he would not rape other women and his own mother".

I see this argument about rapists very often, mostly about prostitution - "if prostitution in our country was legal, they would pay women to have violent sex with them and would not rape women (of 'higher class')". So women in prostitution are just a fodder and "sacrifice" so no "better women" would be harmed. And in this case in place of those women in prostitution - lesbians. They are just "sacrifice" for transwomen, so they will be less violent to others.

Hubbard is age 43, white, millionaire. Because of him - 20 years old indigenous woman from poor family lost her chance to compete on Olympics, lost her scholarship and maybe chances in life. She was told that either she drops 15-20 kg and performs in "under 87 kg" category, or she will have no chances. So she dropped the sports alltogether.

At least one life was ruined by Hubbard, one life of poor female of color by white male millionaire. Even without taking medal - negative effect is already there.

Where else it is seen when 43 years old athlete, after injury and 5 years after retirement is competing against athletes in their best athletic form and has a chances to get 2-4th spot on Olympics among the best?

Carl Lewis five years ago was running, and was running around same time as best female athletes, at age 55. Should he compete against best women too, as he is now "around their level"? Is it fair for mediocre men or best men to have "second chance" in women's category instead of women?

She transitioned and still being silenced, not given voice, not focused anywhere, treated like sub-par human - and then was told by transwomen (who hold all the power, have voice and focused everywhere) that it is "male privilege" and she is privileged over them? I afraid that nothing changed, she is still being treated like a female, but now thinking that "everyone hates her because she is a man, and this means everyone hates men same way they hate her" - because it was told to her. I wonder how young she is? Sounds like 16-20 maximum.

QT claims this is proof of gender-identity, since the boys knew they were boys despite socialization and surgery that said otherwise.

???

It disproves QT points. Boys were born as boys, they are male sex. And even thought they were growing up with other gender identity, they still found out biological reality of being males. This means that gender identity is not overriding physical reality, even if you force different socialization on kid since birth and lie to them that they are biologically female.

Females can be gynephilic. Isn't that a lesbian? Lesbians can be attracted to femininity in others.

No one can be just "gynephilic" - as it would be just regular sexuality. And sexuality is not paraphilia. Lesbians are attracted to females, not to femininity. "Lesbians attracted to femininity" is one of main ideas behind state homophobia, and main idea of TRA arguments. And obviously it is not true, because lesbians are loving butch women/females, lipstick women/females and in general any kinds of women/females.

I think you mean autogynephilia?

Autogynephilia is impossible in women, same as autoandrophilia is impossible in men. Imagioning yourself as woman while being a woman, and imagining yourself as man while being a man - is not strange and is normal. When watching romance or porn and imagining yourself on a place of a person of your own sex is not something strange either. There are cases when person is aroused from their own body and from themself - it happens very rarely, and I don't remember how it called (gender identity crowd is calling it "autosexuality", but obviously it is not a sexuality, and word "autosexual" means masturbation or sex act on your own, not attraction to yourself). Women can be autoandrophilic and men can be autogynephilic.

But then women who identify as same sex attracted are more likely to be gnc.

Sexuality is not an identity.

If there was no relationship to sexuality it would the same as the gay straight ratio.

In blanchardian terms "HSTS" are over represented.

Previously majority of transitions were homosexual men. Later (around late 70s) around half of transitions became heterosexual men. Nowadays homosexual men are very small minority among transgender people. Only demographics where majority of transitioners are homosexual - are kids and teens, but anyone older is mostly heterosexual men or women. It is not strange that in research made in 80s with collected info from 70s - homosexual men are big percentage of those transsexuals. Especially considering that those times were very homophobic, and pretending to be opposite sex was almost the only way for homosexual people to openly live together.

But then women who identify as same sex attracted are more likely to be gnc.

Which is mostly because of how society see them and because they are already "non-conforming" in at least one thing - sexuality. For lesbians it is also some sort of freedom, as there no need to be pretty for men and conform to stereotypes to have chances to find someone. Same with women who decided to be child free or to never marry - they are similarly (or even more often) are gender non-conforming, because "conforming to feminine gender" is exhausting and what most women do not like, as it takes a lot of effort, time, money and it hurts both physical and mental health. Outliers are very often gender non-conforming.

[–]ZveroboyAlina 7 insightful - 1 fun7 insightful - 0 fun8 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

One of the things that are hard to explain through pure socialization is the heterosexual/homosexual differences. In studies homosexuals are on average more gender non-conforming than heterosexual people

That is the easiest part to explain, actually.

I saw that I am different to others in my sexuality, so I just went different in other ways as well, just because I already was not like others in some aspects. It was very strange not to see any other woman loving women, everyone was with men, so I thought I am just weird, and when I rebelled against "you need to date boys" - I went full GNC for few years during my teen years. I am bisexual, but with very strong preference for women, and because of social pressure, I decided I will only ever be with women. I know many similar stories about going GNC from lesbians and gay men. Especially gay men who were bullied - went even more GNC. Most transsexuals I know are gay men, who were victims of homophobia, who went full GNC and later full "feminine" to a "I will be a woman" degree.

Anyway, it's worth mentioning I don't believe in the blank slate.

It is hard to say. Boys and girls have different experience and different capabilities based on our biological differences. Same situation will be perceived differently by boys and girls, even if both will receive same treatment, same socialization and will have everything else the same. Our bodies are different, we can't escape this. Same goes with hormones - progesterone is working like sedative, while testosterone is working as anti-depressant and energetic. I don't think it will ever be possible to clearly know are we born with blank state or not, but just because our biological bodies, needs and experiences are different - we will be different as groups (men and women) always. We are - our experience and our biological needs.

When girl is said that she is "other" or she is laughed out for having facial hair from the very childhood - no wonder she will not want to comply with gender stereotypes.

2016

Poor women with CAH pulled into this gender nonsense.

For example, boys tend to prefer playing with toy vehicles and weapons, whereas girls tend to prefer playing with dolls and tea sets.

That's a lie, which was already debunked in studies in 90s and 00s, as all this is imposed on kids. There was study, that younger boys will always play dolls with their older sister and will not find it girlish or anything, until tell it in school or elsewhere and be laughed out for doing this, only then those boys would start doing "what other boys do" - to "fit the group they belong".

This study says this later themselves:

In regard to gender-typed toys, parents, teachers and peers all encourage gender-consistent toy choices more than they encourage gender-atypical choices.

But they are still making assumption, that it is what boys and girls like and that it is natural. Which is not.

I'd ask /u/ColoredTwice experience on this, as she has CAH herself.

All the girls with CAH had been assigned and reared as girls, and treated with hormones postnatally to normalize their cortisol and androgen concentrations. Similarly, all the boys with CAH had been assigned and reared as boys, and they were treated with the same hormones as girls were to normalize postnatal hormone concentrations.

This is very weird statement. As far as I know, if they receive treatment for "wrong sex" - they will simply die. So there no "assigment" involved - it is just what medical personel was required to do to save lives of those kids.

You reminded me incels (they weren't calling like that back then) from CiS region decade ago. Among them around 10 years ago there was popular idea to "become crazy on purpose". Someone prominent in their movement went to budhist school and found there this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tulpa

Idea was to imagine "perfect woman who loves you near you all the time and will never say no to anything", so they were taking drugs, different budhist meditations and techniques to become crazy and all the time see that woman nearby them, so now "they have girlfriend". I saw few men really going crazy from this and ended up permanently in psychiatric asylum.

Some men would go so far to fulfill their sexual desires, that consciously damage their brain and sanity.

That those rules are existing for 10-12 years in this form (and even longer in different versions, up to 30-40 years), and they are perfectly describing why modern gender ideology movement is misogynistic. How perfectly those rules are covering all the actions and words of TRA and MRA, even thought were written long before anything happened on mass scale. the question is whether the behaviour differences in men and women are natural or cultural

Obviously both, but not in a way it is often shown.

We have different bodies and capabilities, different needs. So our experience of same events would be different, and from different experience different behaviour and character are shaped in the end.

Some role are playing natural instincts (protecting kid by women) and hormones (progesterone is sedative and light painkiller, testosterone is increasing sex drive and agression). That is one of reasons why men are so much more hysterical in general (thought they are showing this in violence or "fighting back" what makes them uncomfortable, reacting to much smaller problems as they are huge ones) and less tolerant to physical pain, thought male body is much faster regenerating injuries because of faster metabolism, more oxygen in blood, faster blood flow, etc. Sorry for using word "hysterical", I just don't know another word in English to describe the situation. In English this word is pretty bad one, as it was mostly used to misdiagnose women in the past by saying "your health issues are just tricks of your mind and hysteria".

However, in social cultures, all those differences can be ignored, as socialization can completely change them all. Social mammals have great capacity of "going against nature", we can see that in dolphins and monkeys. And even among smart birds like crows it happening, when they are going against their instincts if it is what is the norm in their local group.

Biology is just facts, it is not "cisnormative". That's first point. Second point is that - majority of people are not transgender, this means that majority of things in world would be done by them for them. It is normal. Being inclusive does not mean being exclusionary to 99% of population and only cater to 1%, being inclusive means being inclusive to 99% AND accomodating to 1% needs.

I wasn't part of reddit one.

Found this one - after all lesbian subreddits for lesbians about lesbians were banned, I started wondering what the hell is happening, and found LGBDropTheT, found news about situations like with Dana Rivers case and many harassment attackes on lesbians in real life, closage of majority lesbian events and clubs or making them mixed sex, found how Stonewall and GLAAD dropped any lesbian support and sometimes not even mentioning them at all (/s/LGBDropTheT/comments/7pyp/). Previously I thought it is just Reddit thing, because Reddit in general is very male-centric, incel-filled and anti-liberal, so I thought it is natural to have places like /r/LGBT and /r/ActualLesbians to be filled with heterosexual men mostly, who aren't even part of LGBT, and for /r/Lesbians to be completely porn-only sub, but after those bans, I found out it is not just Reddit - such behaviour and views on female homosexuality are normalized, and I thought after 90s we are past that. I am not lesbian myself, just febfem (female exclusive bisexual female) and only interested in relationship with females, most of my friends and surrounding are lesbians too, so I feel more in line with them, than with other bisexual women, as most bisexual women are still male-leaning.

If trans activists are not respecting women and calling everyone "cis", even when asked not to (even in this very sub this is happening from GB), then why the opposite should be happening? Why only one side need to respect other when other will answer with disrespect back? Especially when by "respect them" this means to disrespect yourself with "becoming a body-part owner".

"AMAB" and "AFAB" are very nieche termins, which are unknown to majority of people, even among transgender people many do not know what it means.

Originally "AMAB" and "AFAB" were the malpractice healthcare institutes were doing against people with DSD conditions which often were leading to IGM or FGM without consent of a kid or parents."AMAB" and "AFAB" are existing less than half a century, and only in English speaking countries, and they started being used more often only oround 15-20 years ago, they are very new phrases, which are unknown to majority of people. And do not forget that those term were very toxic, they are misnomers, and almost slurs (like "hermaphrodite"), until recently when they were appropriated by gender ideology movement. Same with word "queer", which is still used as an offensive slur almost 100% of the time by society I am currently living in (I am temporarily returned home from Europe).

Many of languages does not even have words to say that at all. So it would be weird for someone to communicate like that, when previously "man" meant "being human male" and "woman" meant "being human female", which is still the main understanding of those words even in Anglosphere countries by casual people, who are not interested in any politics.

This is complete lies. Majority of people just ARE, they are not identifying with anything and question about identity is putting them off guard, in a state of complete incomprehension or in stupor. People just don't understand what that even mean. Especially working class people - they do not have time to think about "existentional crisis" and "humanism and what it is to be human". This is mostly prerogative of privileged and/or rich people with a ton of free time, who can focus on themselves more than on trying to live and survive.

In my language (and in most languages I know, except English) there even no such word with meaning "woman gender identity", only "female human" and "female animal/mammal" ones exist, so you can't even explain to people what it means and why it is different. And everyone is saying that explanation of Stonewall as "taking gender role of woman and living as woman" - is very sexist.

Plus majority of people would be non-binary, not "cis", as they are performing both male and female traits. And if take into account GLAAD's definition, then at least half of population are trans, because GLAAD's definition relies on very American stereotypes of masculinity and femininity, while in Asia and Africa they are completely different.

So I'd say only minority of people have gender identity at all - be it cis, NB or trans.

Indeed, but this is not evolution of language. When language is changing - old phenomena are not dissapearing, there are still words for them. Most often new phenomena are getting new word instead. So if language would evolve like that, then instead of word "woman" we'd have some new word which would be combining both women and transwomen together, while old word either stayed or meaning of old word would go to some new word too. While now word for half of a population and for sexes is dissapearing, and only in western world in post-modernistic way.

It is not philosophy, it is what language is and why languages were created in the first place - to communicate and explain different experience of different people to each other, that is why words meanings should mean the same for everyone. Only time when word meaning are changed to mean something else than for majority - is done in cults. Are you cultist?

And newslaters, TV news outlets are mostly protecting those men and blaming their victims instead.

Have you seen that "prominent pro-trans feminist" saying that "it is 6 years old and 9 years old girls fault that they were looking at penis, when that poor marginalized transwoman stood in front of them"? And then her answer was "then do not go spa and sit at home if you don't like that your kids are in danger now" to one of the mothers. We got to a situation again, where women don't have our safe spaces, so we can't have social life and we are back to not being able to work, receive education and live social life - just like in 1800s.

Then majority of people in the world are neither men nor women. And that does not make sense and is not useful anywhere, as somehow muslims are finding who is boy and who is girl to do FGM, chinese and indean parents are finding who is girl and boy to abort them - much earlier before those kids can ever realize what the thing "identity" is at all.

And we have a winner: you was totally correct. After that event a lot of males calling themselves "anti-fascists" went to "protect ability of men to flash penises in front of 9-year old kids" and with big groups of men surrounded, intimidated, attacked lone women stqanding there in protest.

They even physically attacked some men, who were protecting women.

It was so hard to watch parts where gang of 7-10 young tall men were surrounding, intimidating and pressuring sole women with signs "women can say NO" or similar.

That is what we get with those Biden laws - now misogynistic men "finally" got the ability to harass women and not get judged or jailed for it. Even more - so many press is praising or justifying them, misrepresenting the situation.

Is in USA tetanus/diphteria vaccines are not mandatory and not forced on everyone? Or is it because of anti-vaxxers being strong in the USA - it is not the case? Or is it because of private healthcare in the USA, controlled by private organizations and need of health insurance?

I was charged $100, when avoided tetanus/diphteria vaccination for two years (I was just lazy to go there, and by not being vaccinated - I am endangering people around myself). If you got biten by a dog - you are forced to take tenatus shot as well. All for free. If it was wild or stray animal who bitten you, then course of anti-rabies injections is prescribed as well.

So it sounds really wild and barbaric to me, when people are being denied such basic and free vaccines or injections.

so it is safe to say the trans community is divided on this at least in practice anyway.

And divided based on sex. What a coincidence?

miss sex-specific

If transgender people would not filing compliants on doctors that they "found problem for wrong sex (I am now female by documents and they found male prostate cancer!)" - then maybe treatment for them would be better.

Or maybe if saying their original sex was not such a taboo either. I've read a decent amount of stories and even news articles on how transmen were hurt or almost died because they were passing very well and reported to be "a male" to doctors, so doctors were giving male-specific treatment, waiting for male-specific symptomes or for male levels of whatever hormone was wrong, but instead that needed to wait female-specific ones and transman should be receiving female-specific treatment. In many eastern countries, when legal sex is changed - it is changed everywhere but for medical issues and sports. This makes transgender people to receive correct treatment and be healthy. In Canada such good approach would be illegal - so they are exchanging health of transgender people for validation.
