I've got a relative with an IQ in the eighties who can barely read. Owns a home, never been in trouble, no out of wedlock kids. Always worked (cleaner).

I've also never known her turn up late for anything, follows societal norms to a T.

I think the good time keeping is an indicator of 'adherence to norms' that stop people going off the rails if they aren't bright enough to make non standard life choices work.

Conscientiousness just represents the will to do a good and thorough job. So, I'd say it covers this behavior. Her following social norms to a T would be conformity.

Time preference just represents someone's will/ability to formulate and act upon plans that require a long time investment. Eg, if I save $200 a month I can get that thing I want in 3 years. That is a solid simplistic example of something a high time preference individual will do that a low time preference individual can't conceive of. Average black attributes in both of these areas are atrocious / to the extent that many African languages have only vague concepts of time and lack words representing abstracts like contracts or promises.

I think you missed a few steps.

      And for the record, being impartial, some of the things listed on there are pretty much true and annoying. It's not just blacks that think it's annoying. Some other things...are the reason why black people can't get ahead. Being on time for things is a big example.
