Why wouldn't they? Appreciating other cultures and their food or entertainment does not mean you want them to live next door or have them voting to make decisions for your community, state and nation. In fact I'd argue that the most fascist and nationalist thing you can do is appreciate and learn from other cultures. Nationalism and fascism is all about preserving culture; when you study and learn about other cultures you also learn about your own and how unique it is. If people around the world didn't preserve their cultures we'd just have this big globo homogeny melting pot and we wouldn't have any variety and diversity. Fascism and nationalism preserve diversity. Globalism destroys it.

Funk and jazz aren't really very original to blacks. They are both jewish music producer creations. I'd absolutely say blues is closer to a black music creation but even that is debatable. Blues is more like a low income southern culture (both white and black). And again blues only became popular because of Brits copying it and Jewish record producers selling it.

Blacks don't create much culture on their own in America. All black culture in America is heavily influenced by jews (white culture as well). Blacks certainly have culture in Africa but it's not very comparable to western culture. It's tribal culture as are most non Caucasoid cultures. Non white cultures all share common subsistence lifestyle cultures because non whites don't produce a surplus. They simply survive day to day and can't sustain themselves through disasters or away from equatorial and coastal existences because the further you get away from the equator the more you have to plan, save, invent and think abstractly. Survival cultural creates cultural relics related to day to day living. Another way to look at these differences is R selected and K selected haplogroups. K selected haplogroups produce more intricate and civilized cultures because they have fewer offspring, invest more time in raising those offspring and produce more surplus.
