It seems that Lewis and Huxley were both already at death’s door after long illnesses, and although Huxley apparently did choose that day to die, I don’t know of any evidence that Lewis’ death was not a coincidental event. Interestingly all three were catholics, and some do equate that day with the final takeover of the US by the vatican so who knows ;)
