Two things. Based on that article, it seems less than 50% is going to vouchers, because it says they give out $7000 in vouchers and thereby save $7500. It's not clear what they do with the money saved, could well still go to public schools. But if the vouchers did get 100%, then why do you assume private schools couldn't operate on the same per-student budget public schools were getting before and continue to serve the needs of families who can't afford to chip in anything extra?

Overall, when this situation feels especially bleak, I'd suggest that you remember three things:

Most of the ones who want to "hide their sex or make it ambiguous" are not even trying to make the rest of the male community behave better.

But even if they were, most of those men "flee" the male community by engaging in misogyny, using women as shields and props, appropriating womanhood, spreading and legitimizing sexist stereotypes, changing the law to damage women and silencing/canceling/censoring women, so even if they were doing it for a somewhat understandable reason, it still isn' t something I am willing to justify.

My lived experience is as someone who people believe is a woman. How are you sure every woman who isn't trans has the same exact set of experiences? Or, if you acknowledge that no two people have the same experiences, which of those are "essential" to womanhood? I'm not making assumptions about what being a woman is, there a million right ways to be a woman because there are millions of women. I'm just a woman in my own way.

It does and it's actually really really cool. It's actually amazing to me that I could take hormones and stop myself from becoming a man, I wish it were more complete but it's way better than nothing. Before, my relationships always ended because I was extremely uncomfortable with my body and turned down anything physical, because I didn't see myself as deserving any love. Transitioning has slowly helped me change and realize that now, I might be okay to receive a little bit of love.

This is what I keep thinking! Like, in order to actually live on a diet of insects, you'd have to eat ENTIRE BOWLS of 'em! For multiple meals! Every day! Who the hell would (or could) do THAT? Plus, how much nutrition do you get out of an insect? Including calories? Not much, I'm guessing, at least for a non-insectivore species like us humans. Sorry, wokesters, we just didn't evolve to subsist on bugs. Probably the same people advocating this who think that veganism for cats (or, yanno, humans), and low-fat diets for babies, are also a good idea.
