Last fall the one cat was hit by a car and had to be put down, it was sad for all. This cat wants to go out all the time and I think he is trying to find his brother. He goes out looking, and waiting, and I think he will do this forever because we can't tell him that his bro is gone.

“Above all I have learned from the Jesuits. And so did Lenin too, as far as I recall. The world has never known anything quite so splendid as the hierarchical structure of the Roman Catholic Church. There were quite a few things I simply appropriated from the Jesuits for the use of the National Socialist Party.”

Adolf Hitler.

Grok says this quote is bullshit.

What do I think about your post? I think almost all your posts are Jesuit distractions. I've posted multiple times that the jesuits magically appear after jews start infiltrating the Catholic church and other major institutions and the infiltration picks up steam when the jewish messiah Sabbatai Zevi converts to Islam and tells all his followers to actively infiltrate religions and governments. There are lots of documents from catholic insiders questioning the Jesuit order and we know today that the jesuit order was one of the leaders in pro globballism and pro left wing academia. Jesuit colleges took the lead on cultural marxism, pro choice, post modernism, climate change and a whole host of leftist academic bullshit. The bottom line is that the world is not run by jesuits and the jesuits are not in some war against jews. The jesuits, if they exist at all, are a puppet group dominated by a jewish college of banking and hedge funds that are pushing for white genocide and global dominance primarily through divided and conquer tactics.

Jesuit narratives pushed on social media are a divided and conquer tactic themselves, positioned so dissidents fight among themselves and get confused about who the real enemy is.

I will repost an important write up for any genuine dissidents that are in this thread and being pulled away from JQ by jesuit bullshit.

Exactly! I think we need to understand that agreeing with someone on one point is not equivalent to endorsing them on every issue (nor should it be). Nancy Mace can arrive at the same conclusion as me on women's rights, but it's possible she did so for different reasons.

I don't understand how everyone got so tribal and so completely immersed in groupthink. I guess adhering to a cluster of beliefs you don't have to really think about is easier than considering each issue on your own. "What camp am I in?" is a much easier question to answer than "Why do I think abortion is morally acceptable?"

I blame the internet. We used to have books. Books used to get published with the help of clever people who decided what was of value and what wasn't. To get your message out there, you had to clear a number of quality checks. Now, any old turd can say any old thing and make broad and easy appeals to people of middling intellect--the people who don't want to think, but who do want desperately to belong. These people stumble onto correct opinions every now and then, but they haven't arrived at them through any virtue of their own.

So I agree with you! Let's assess ideas, not people.

Well, the story is actually correct.

If not, just show us what/where.

Oh, wait, you tried, showing instead that it's you that's being misleading (and then projecting), as you for example omitted the relevant part (the very part in question) from the quote:

“Every time I see those cars, I see Elon Musk saluting the country as a Nazi. I made a mistake because I’m basically living in terror every day that the country is turning into Nazi Germany. I’m truly terrified because Elon was unelected and they’re deporting migrants without a trial.”

She, in other words, did actually blame Elon Musk, demonstrably and unquestionably so, and, incidentally, proved herself both an easily manipulated imbecile and insane, as she hatefully acted on some character-assassination astroturf she'd been fed.

And, to boot, this stunningly stupid and disturbed moron is a ... that's right, a ... licensed therapist!!

Basically, it seems that it's her (and you) who rather 'need professional help', more so than someone reading a perfectly accurate Breitbart article.

He was the most impressive Pope in the entire history of the apostolic succession.

He's widely recognized for his radically modernizing reforms within the Catholic Church, his focus on social justice and the poor, and his efforts to bridge religious divides and to promote social diversity in the Church. He's also known for his strong advocacy for the environment, his efforts to address the clergy sexual abuse crisis, and his inclusive approach to pastoral care, particularly regarding the LGBTQ+ community.

He was known for his humility and calls for social inclusion.

He was very vocal in his support of Palestinian rights and his (unusual for a Pope) heavy criticism of Israel genocide of Palestinians.

He was also very much vocally against the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

He worked to modernize the Church's governance, including overhauling the Vatican's financial operations to improve transparency and accountability, addressing long-standing corruption issues.

He made the Church more inclusive, particularly through his outreach to the LGBTQ+ community, exemplified by his famous statement, "Who am I to judge?".

He convened synods on the family, youth, and the church in the Amazon region, sparking important discussions on issues like sexuality, gender identity, and the ordination of women as deacons.

He allowed laypeople to head offices in the Roman Curia, a key step in his reform of the Vatican administration.

He consistently highlighted the needs of the poor, marginalized, and refugees, demonstrating a deep commitment to social justice.

He organized events like the World Day of the Poor, celebrating and supporting the poor within his community.

He is known for his strong advocacy for environmental sustainability, particularly through his encyclical Laudato Si'.

He promoted interfaith dialogue, including his meeting with the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar and visits to Muslim-majority nations, strengthening efforts towards religious tolerance and unity.

He made efforts to bridge religious divides, including his visit to the Arabian Peninsula, making him the first pope to visit the region.

He played a role in international diplomacy, mediating between the United States and Cuba and advocating for peace and solidarity in various conflicts.

He made historic apologies to survivors of clergy sexual abuse, taking steps to address the crisis and seek justice for victims.

He called for a zero-tolerance approach to sexual abuse within the Church and has worked to ensure accountability for perpetrators.

He issued the Encyclical Laudato Si', which addressed the climate crisis and championed environmental stewardship.

He made numerous papal visits around the world, including the United States, Russia, and Canada, promoting dialogue and fostering unity.

He is widely regarded as a moral authority and a global leader, influencing international affairs and advocating for human rights.

He made the Church less Roman and more Catholic, human, and spiritual.

After meeting JD Vance, the VP's dark energy weekened him considerably.

I’m not sure what you mean? Anyone can join cekni and anyone can create their own subs. You don’t need an invite from admin to join the site. I just looked and creating a public or private sub seems to be as easy as pressing a button, and yes it’s in English. I don’t think the issue is whether it can be done, there’s nothing stopping anyone from joining and creating subs. But obviously we shouldn’t try to make it Ovarit 2.0 since that isn’t what the admin of the site signed up for lol. He came over to Ovarit and presented cekni as an available option, that’s all.

We’ll see how active it will be in a couple of months, but won’t that be the main struggle here too? People seem to not like saidit that much.. still, it’s easier to grow a public forum than a private one.

This is why I'm extremely cautious about rooting for any particular person when it comes to fighting gender ideology. Although I respect Nancy Mace and Riley Gaines for being willing to take on public roles, I also know they're likely to be problematic. Even JK Rowling can get into rhetorical zones where I think it was unnecessary (like recently commenting on asexuality, though I get the whole "genderspecial" spectrum is tiresome). So what can I do instead?

I just try to be thoughtful about how I talk to myself about these people. I frame it as, for example, "I'm grateful this person is speaking out," and "This is something we can agree on," and "I can look for ways to support this message." Even with Trump, and I am a longtime anti-Trumper, I could say before he resumed office that there would probably be some things he'd do that I agree with, but that the motivation and methods probably would not be agreeable to me. I try to focus on actions and choices rather than overriding qualities.

I try to stand up for reality rather than make anyone out to be a hero. We do not live in an age of heroes. And maybe hero stories have always been just that, stories. I realize this way of thinking doesn't motivate many people, but it does prevent disappointment, as well as being pulled over the cliff with someone who feels like jumping.

People always move on over time so if there isn't a source for an incoming population, it seems like it will simply die off - & be a stagnant community in the meantime if it's essentially a reunion tour of old Ovarit users meeting up to confirm things they've agreed to already... I'll keep checking in, though. The format is comfortable and maybe a safe space will have benefits.

Looking at my posting history here, I managed to use SaidIt in the past, so should be able to do so again. It's not ideal, but it's fine, and if there are more people around then it'll be better. I think it was when the Reddit subs were closed and before Ovarit started that I originally came here...

Everything at breitbart.com is misleading. She included Musk in her complaints, but in general: “I made a mistake because I’m basically living in terror every day that the country is turning into Nazi Germany.” Everything in the report is 'alleged' and 'reported' and is solely for the purpose of spinning her 'mistake' into hatred of non-fascists. The only good fascist is a dead fascist.

This is my 29th day of protest. Hi there /u/magnora7, I've been working on a project with the guys of DAR but I'm unfortunately banned from the group right now. Please listen before you do something, I don't want any sanctions against DAR, in fact, if there are any, I want them to be removed, but I still want my ban to be lifted. I think debatealtright has potential to become a decent counter-intelligence site but people over there need some serious guidance and the whole thing is pointless if I'm isolated from the group or if DAR remains isolated as well, we can think of something if they cross lines but DAR needs exposure regardless. I'll add that we need new mods, with site wide powers over here as well. Spam has gotten really bad so I offer myself for the position but overall we need a whole new team as well. I think Saidit is being affected badly so I can't stand still while all of this happens.

They do but there is a double standard, though a lot of that has to do with reporting because the side that believes in freedom of speech and expression usually doesn't go around reporting people for violations.

KillJKROWLING is a pretty overt incitement to violence IMHO so I wouldn't have much problem reporting that and seeing that person get into legal trouble. Think that obviously crosses the line.

"Bring Back Witch Burning" I would consider to be satirical. Or at the very least using hyperbole. Which I wouldn't consider incitement per say, though it does start to get close to the line.

Though personally I think one of the best things you can do to these people is just to ignore the fuck out of them. Most of this is attention seeking behavior. Stick em with a fine. Then ignore them. No publicity. They want publicity.

Personally I prefer it when crazy people feel free to make stupid statements like this if they otherwise don't actually lead people to violence. Similar to my opinion on Nazis. I prefer that Nazis are free to express themselves as they wish so that I can know who the Nazis are and avoid them. I prefer to live in a world where the murderous psychopaths identify themselves before they commit their crimes since it is far easier to avoid an obviously telegraphed crime.

Let the idiots slander themselves to their hearts content imho.

It's just a new form of the old mark of the beast conspiracy theories. Social security numbers, barcodes, all of that have been targets of it.

Real-ID is pretty much the feds just saying that states have to follow their ID standards if they want their ID accepted for federal purposes. Since in the past states have been pretty lax with certain ID requirements like drivers licenses, even allowing illegal immigrants to get them in some cases, along with other issues. Feds are just saying "follow our ID rules or you can't use it".

If you don't want to get a real ID then just don't. If you've got a passport you can just use that.

He is very engaged and loving with all of our kids - I don’t think I’d be with him if he wasn’t. I also have several Asian girlfriends who have biracial kids with white fathers - and I can’t imagine any of the dads being neglectful or abusive. This is so weird to me, and I’m curious to learn more.
