I'm not convinced any gay men really do have relationships with them. It's just virtue signalling bullshit. Both of the biggest white knights for gay transmen that I know of (one in AGB, one in real life) admit they have never been with a transman but feel entitled to lecture all the poor ignorant plebs about how transphobic they are for not accepting them as gay men.

I say this because I know cases of guys that, for some reason, decided to go and date/fuck Aideens only to regret it later.

One was a Gold Star and had a huge identity crisis/meltdown after he discovered he was basicly fucking a female on steroids. He now overcompensates exclusively because of this.

The other was a huge LGBTIdiot who decided to date a FtM for a while only to cheat on her multiple times, which resulted on them opening up the relationship, which only made his dick chasing more frequent and blatant until the whole thing imploded.
