Bisexual is "queerphobic"? Good. I’m queerphobic as well. I’m fine with bisexuals, heterosexuals and homosexuals, but queer people? No.

Phobia is an irrational aversion or fear of something, and it's not irrational to hate queers, after what they've done. Same goes for transphobia. They're both genuine threats, and therefore phobia wouldn't apply to disagreeing to their claims and demands.

This. We need to nuke the "phobia" nonsense, here. It ain't one to want to avoid abusive creeps as much as possible. That's just healthy and prudent.

I am no more transphobic for not wanting to date a trans person than I am arachnophobic for not wanting to date a spider.

The phobia nonsense is also kind of insulting to people who actually have issues with phobias... My aunt has very bad anxiety and OCD and some damn specific genuine phobias, for example of buses and and a specific fast food joint. Her reactions to those things are very extreme and entirely illogical. Putting "phobic" onto everyone who ddisagrees with you is such a fallacy and frankly rude

It's also, dare I say it, invalidating.

And I have also known people with real phobias, which are no joke. Not liking what an asshole someone is, or the body modifications they've done which materially affect the quality of your ability to be attracted to and intimate with them, isn't a phobia, it's discernment + biological reality; a minority sexual orientation isn't some self-torture (abuse, discrimination, tiny dating pools, wholesale slaughter in some cases—I mean who wouldn't want to trade their easier, safer existence for these things?) we woke up one day and decided to put ourselves through.

Yep. If anything, dysphoric transpeople are the ones with phobia towards their own body.

I kind of wonder what it’s like to live with a worldview completely removed from physical and linguistic reality.

Probably Hell on Earth. I’ve tried to imagine it and the only conclusion I can come to is that everything would seem to be a swirling, chaotic, unknowable vortex. Is that a man? Is that a cat? Is that a German? We can’t know!

I can tell you that it’s quite fun. I identify as a billionaire so am I one, and the lifestyle I claim to have is brilliant.

Jfc you can’t “reclaim” a word that exists to define an identifiable group factually not pejoratively and that is well-understood as referring to that group, and then just redefine the word so that it now refers to a group that now includes you but excludes many if not most of the people of the original group and in doing so leaves the original logical unit of people with no word to describe themselves. This is the colonialism they’re accusing others of.

People need to get their own words and stop trying to redefine other people’s lives by coercion through linguistic shenanigans.

On the surface, this looks like a discussion about sexuality, but sexuality is merely the proxy, and you can ignore it. It is instead a woke-currency holier-than-though exchange of social status. That's it.

20 years ago, in 2001, I don't recall anyone making dumb statements like these... although I didn't really venture out of black chatrooms such as on the TLC, Defjam and blackplanet websites.

Straight people liked the opposite sex. Bi people liked men and women. Gay men liked men. Gay women liked women. There wasn't anything else. No gender identities. No sexualities based on gender identities.

"bisexual" doesnt have as much cultural cache as homosexual so theyre comfortable harassing them, but they know they'd be laughed out of the fucking room if they tried to do what they REALLY want since most transexuals are straight people who want to fuck homos...."homo-genderal". I wonder what kind of garbage terms they'd come up with to attack homosexuals. For bisexuals, they ALWAYS have 500 different sexualities to throw in their face, especially pansexuality (sex doesnt matter) but they have nothing for straight and gay so they just end up looking like fucking stooges when they say theyre homosexuals Im sure some idiotic real gay or lesbian will be super woke and help them out in harassing gay kids to brainwash them with a proper new term.

The prefix Bi means 2 in every word other than Bisexual. Makes perfect sense..

Noobs. Constantly employing the appeal-to-authority and bandwagon fallacies to depersonalize all of these arbitrary word-meaning changes to things like "is used"—as if everybody is doing it and that everybody consists solely of qualified experts, instead of it being their infantile wishful thinking and bullying. Just like "nobody is saying."

Yup! Nailed it. Doesn't mean that the phenomenon of attraction to both sexes (bisexuality) is made up.

Yeah. I love how all these horrible dingbats all act like they are supreme experts in social/linguistic/LGBT/anthropological/sexual/medical/ history, which they completely mangle and get wrong all. The. Time.

Holy Fuck boys and girls.

Always remember before engaging that you can't reason with crazy. It is literally impossible.

You can feel for them. You can try to steer them towards help but will likely fail. You CAN NOT reason with crazy.

Lily is gender critical. She’s being sarcastic but it’s difficult to discern when opponents say the dumbest shit so effortlessly.
