Yep, that's AI.

The reality isn't better.

Indeed the reality is worse. Every morning I see on /r/Palestine and /r/worldnewsvideo and sometimes on /r/anime-titties the worst kind of carnage, often with children who've been blown to bits. It's not a war; it's clearly the war crime of the bloodiest genocide and ethnic cleansing we've seen in a while. And to make matters worse, Palestinians had to send a list of the dead to Biden in order to deal with the lie that he told of death toll numbers being unreliable in Palestine. Insane....

It is war. That's what war is.

This is why half of the images being shared are from Syria and other places which no one claims are genocide.

Definition of war: a state of armed conflict between different countries or different groups within a country.

The armed conflict is from ONLY ONE country. A few assholes lobbing pathetic rockets, or also carrying out one terrorist act does not warrant the war crime of the wholesale slaughter thousands of innocent people. That's NOT war. It's Israel war crimes, slaughtering an imprisoned populace. There's no excuse for it. Israel and allies have lost all credibility, fomenting division globally.

This is just plain bullshit as per usual.

Hamas is the government of Gaza.

You know this, it's just the usual tribal "my team are angels and the other side are devils" baby talk you always indulge in.

Meanwhile here are the stats for Gazans killed. Nearly all fighting age males. https://twitter.com/cremieuxrecueil/status/1719382565402866043

Also - stop spreading lies.

Numbers confirmed by Al Jazeera (and the numerous videos you can see at Reddit): https://twitter.com/wk25_/status/1719399265171067292/photo/1

The A.I images could be controlled opposition meant to distract from real deaths.

[–]ActuallyNot 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

That would require us to attribute a lot less incompetence to the agent.

I wish I thought highly enough of humanity that I were confident that that was more likely.

when Islam controls an area, no muslim will ever be charged or convicted or jailed for killing a non-muslim.

I don't think that's right:

i did not get my information from a website, as you did.

i was told this by two respected members of tablighi jamaat, both of which are licensed medical doctors.

let me guess that you have never stepped inside of a masjid?

Tablighi Jamaat is a global Islamic missionary and religious organization that focuses on spreading Islamic teachings and values, particularly among Muslims. The term "Tablighi Jamaat" translates to "Society for Preaching" or "Proselytizing Group" in Arabic.

Tablighi Jamaat is known for its emphasis on individual spiritual reformation and personal religious practice, as well as its commitment to encouraging Muslims to become more observant of their faith. The organization's primary activities include:

  1. Dawah (Preaching): Tablighi Jamaat members, known as "Tablighis," travel to different mosques and communities to invite fellow Muslims to engage in religious activities, such as prayer, recitation of the Quran, and studying Islamic texts. They aim to rekindle and strengthen the faith of practicing Muslims and encourage those who may have lapsed in their religious duties.

  2. Congregational Prayers and Religious Gatherings: Tablighi Jamaat encourages Muslims to participate in congregational prayers, especially in mosques, and to attend religious gatherings where they can learn and discuss religious teachings.

  3. Short-Term Preaching Missions: The organization is known for organizing short-term preaching missions, typically lasting for three days, 40 days, or four months. During these missions, Tablighi members travel in small groups to different regions to engage with the local Muslim community and encourage religious practice.

  4. Apolitical Stance: Tablighi Jamaat claims to be apolitical and focused solely on religious activities. It does not involve itself in political matters and refrains from taking positions on political issues.

Tablighi Jamaat has a presence in various countries around the world and has millions of followers. It operates independently of any government and is generally regarded as a non-political Islamic movement. However, it has faced controversies and scrutiny in some regions, with concerns related to its strict interpretation of Islam and its perceived lack of transparency.

It's important to note that Tablighi Jamaat is a decentralized organization, and its activities and practices may vary from one region to another. Some people view it as a positive force for religious revival and personal piety, while others have criticized it for being exclusive or for not addressing certain contemporary issues.

Which information? The stuff commented above with the heading tag by HonkyTonky?

Are you a HonkyTonky alt?

let me guess that you have never stepped inside of a masjid?

Close. I've stepped inside the Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque. But only just inside.

Might the hasbarats be distributing the AI versions just to create doubt over it actually happening?

[–][deleted] 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (3 children)

No image or video can be trusted anymore.

which is the plan ?

[–]jet199Instigatrix 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

That's always been the case. Fake photos have existed since photography was invented.

Who took it, where was it taken, what was cropped out, what was the sequence of photos? All things people should always have been thinking about

Why are these Palywood AI images flooding my facebook recommended feed? I immediately tell facebook to stop sending from this sender, but they keep coming from random (Urdu? Bengali?) accounts.

[–]zyxzevn🐈‍⬛ 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (6 children)

I suspect Israel is making AI images to hide the human disaster.

Update:
I see another one posted on 9gag, with a joke about it..
Seems more and more like a cover-up operation.

On real news channels I see more horrifying images:

Then why is it only pro-Palestine accounts sharing them?

Because they are coming from those accounts in the first place.

[–]zyxzevn🐈‍⬛ 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (4 children)

Why are Qanon accounts sharing fake crap. Same propaganda strategy.
That is why I think it is from IDF, but we'll see.

[–]William_World 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

I guess the logic is that Israel would like for liberals to become pro palestineans and more antisemitic because then more conservatives win elections in USA and other countries in the West and they'd want that because those cnservatives are the ones who traditionally supported israel the most. Or maybe they want liberals and conservatives to argue more with each other and hate each other more so that then they are more easily divided and conquered.

[–]zyxzevn🐈‍⬛ 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

Maybe you are right. The US political system is preparing the opposition against Israel to become a minority.

I don't think there is a real opposition. Based on all US politics Israel is the first state of the US.
For example: There are carriers protecting Israel, but not much to protect the US borders.

[–]William_World 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

even if Israel was a US state, a lot of conservatives want to spend less govt money, on foreign AND on domestic things. Like they worry alot about all of the trillions of US debt. So they'd be against spending to help Israel for that reason. Spending to protect borders shouldn't cost that much, a wall is cheap and would pay for itself with it's benefits but it's just hard to get the federal govt to agree to it because the rich actually do want more cheap workers and more crime to divide people. They're talking about $100 billion in aid to Israel which I get is a lot but they basically aren't spending anything to control the mexican border, or if they are who knows where it's going because illegals come in with ease.

Over in Israel they actually have their own conservatives and liberals. The liberal Isrelis don't want to bomb or invade gaza, they just want to negotiate with Hamas and trade prisoners for hostages, they don't think that out to it's conclusions.

Why do liberals in USA want to help Ukraine but not Israel? One side is fighting white people, the other fighting brown people, really that simple. But conservatoves correctly realize the brown people are savages and it would be good to stay allies with the Russians.

You can literally trace most of these back ordinary guys in Pakistan. Maybe base what you think on reality.

Everyone's speculating about whether it's sophisticated Palestinian propaganda, Israeli false-flag propaganda, whatever.

Any fifteen-year old with an 8GB GPU and a free copy of Stable Diffusion could make this.

One of them probably did.

I disagree with the assessment of the image. Most things pointed out seem reasonable to me and a failure of the viewer criticizing to envision geometry, lighting, and perspective.

[–]jet199Instigatrix 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

7 toes normal where you live?

[–]SoCo 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

I only counted 5. I'm sure the low quality of the image and huge amount of JPEG compression image artifacts help to make it difficult to see, but a high toe-count wasn't even mentioned on the picture's callouts.

I used to do a bit of image analysis, especially back in the days when people though JPEG ELC could elude to image modifications in a meaningful way (I learned it can't really). I'm just throwing an opinion out, not trying to be overly critical.

Oy vey goyim! Ignore all of the hundreds of actual images and videos of children getting murdered by the IDF. Look, I managed to find one fake image and hence everything is fake! Don't question the 40 babies and the 6 million though.
