I think it's a good reminder how often people in this world adopt positions that are the photo negative of those they deem their political opponents. I don't think many on the left -- the rabble not the elite -- would actually look at this film and do the amount of cope and rationalization with this film if it weren't for the backlash from the right -- which is entirely justified BTW.

I've only seen the few clips that are always being posted online and have read an unsympathetic review and from what I've seen it's filmed in a way that almost glorifies the acts. It's fromt he voyeur's perspective. It looks like a film clip for a pop song.

As much as I dislike the left I truly have a hard time believing that most of the people -- a lot of them women oddly enough -- who are out there defending this film which is basically softcore CP don't actually, somewhere deep down in their souls, consider this disgusting. Their defense is more like an extension of TDS where they just have such a visceral reaction to whatever conservatives do that they lose all perspective. (I've seen dozens of tweets that actually mention Trump defending this stuff it's unbelievable.)

Also it still is one of the most baffling things I encounter to hear people claim that you must be a pedophile to actually find the film unacceptable. Strange days.

They can't see the forest for the trees is what I think, getting furious at the symptoms and not the cause of this degeneracy. Anyone of good character obviously opposes pedophilia. The problem is the people in charge of our institutions aren't of good character, and a ziocon will never get to the heart of this issue. Without the Juden there will be no one pushing this degeneracy on our countries, we need our ethnostate now.

it hasnt been made punishable by capitalists to talk against paedophilia yet, that comes in the coming years. just like abortion but that issue will become unsafe for cons very very soon.

Hey, have you read Hitler: A Global Biography by Brendan Simms?

It's actually very good in my opinion. The author highlights Hitler's anti-capitalism.

I think the trend helps to hide the actual issues of child exploitation. Because pedophiles are people that have inappropriate sexual urges, that they can keep under control. when the media lumps, child traffickers, rapist, molesters, statutory rapist, and the producers of child pornography in with this a group of people who simply have urges, they give themselves a silent minority that will help to shield them from criticism or prosecution.

Just so we are clear, I am not saying urges are the same as orientations. urges are something your neighbor may have for your German Shepard. Where as, an orientation takes place between consenting adults.

We need to start being very specific about the terms we are using. Stop being lazy, and start framing these acts with the correct criminal terminology. The correct term for these people comes from the prison yards, "ChiMo" as in child molesters. This should be the preferred term to be used with these individuals, as it shows criminal intent, unlike the term pedophile.

If we start writing laws using the term pedophilia, you'll get into a whole weird area of pre-crime and thought crimes. Because thinking about an act is not the same as performing said act. Notably, I may have the urge to kill my neighbor for giving my dog weird looks, but that doesn't make me a murderer.

That being said. Vulgarity laws need to return. Because speaking inappropriately around a child, can be just as harmful as acting inappropriately. And "Cuties" is vulgar. I think it's self evident why a film such as "The Blue Lagoon" was acceptable, and non exploitative, where as "Cuties" makes us feel sick to the stomach. The penalty for creating such a exploitative piece of media should be X10 the Gross earnings, minimum, with the rights revoked to the property, to prevent future profits.

Valid issue that will likely be a temporary release valve that will be forgotten or disappear as the news cycle moves on.

It's weird that we are alone in this. Leftists are strangely silent, and even worse, their overlords release content such as that Netflix show (I believe it was called Cuties?) which glamorizes the sexualization of minors.
