Saidit is 3 years old today!

We launched the original antiextremes.com website on Oct 4, 2017, so today is the 3-year anniversary of the creation of this website. Thanks to everyone who helped make saidit what it is! We look forward to many years to come.

I've never been an official part of the "staff" myself. But I've been responsible for helping getting income and users to the site for a long time. I like to think of myself as one of the fathers too.

    Which of those is easiest for non-crypto users (of course bitcoin is the biggest, but that doesn't necessary mean its easiest) and which has the least trail (in case the attacks against the community changes targets)?

    Bitcoin is the easiest, but it's really down to whatever you can get at whatever exchange you sign up for. Not sure which of the ones we have has the least trail

        I really appreciate having this place to talk about how I really feel about things. I need spaces with real free speech, where the KGB isn't breathing down my neck with every word I type.

        I also have a Gab account, but I don't use it much. The format's entirely different: Gab's mostly designed for small circles of followers, but Saidit is more like a forum where you can easily meet people, perhaps based around some interest or hobby.

        Saidit's small compared to, say, Reddit, but that's actually an up-side. Even on this post — the top post for today — my comment will probably be read by someone — even though I'm pretty late to the party. May I say: the birthday party. Also: it helps with my anxiety when there are less people. Furthermore, I've gotten to know a few, so it's less of a problem now. (Even though I've only been here for a few months).

        Thanks so much to everyone — especially the admins, who work to make sure the website works! Yall've done such a good job! It can't be easy, with the host breathing down your neck, and the SJWs on the offensive.
