Which of those is easiest for non-crypto users (of course bitcoin is the biggest, but that doesn't necessary mean its easiest) and which has the least trail (in case the attacks against the community changes targets)?

Bitcoin is the easiest, but it's really down to whatever you can get at whatever exchange you sign up for. Not sure which of the ones we have has the least trail
