There are more differences between men & women than only genitals. They never seem to realise that. Even if someone passes in a photo, they may not in person, if they do in person, they may only do so until they start speaking, or even of they pass almost all the time, certain gestures, a hearty laugh, their veins, limb length, etc. might trigger the uncanny T***** valley in observers.
