Gay men are still men, which means they will not be so easily run over or gaslit as us poor lesbians.

I'm cheering you on boys!

"Super straight" energy is taking over this sub and if you think that's a good thing, oh boy do you have a wild ride ahead of you.

wild ride TRA harassment.

All the SuperStraight thing did was tell AGB they were VALID. TRAs don't like it when anyone they try to control gain confidence in their own views and have actual opinions.

Then the Aimee Challenor thing happened and everyone realized that the Trans apologists on Reddit didn't have a leg to stand on.

Yes, narcissistic abusers hate independent people who see through them and can't be gaslit. That's who they always target for smear campaigns and other abuse.

TRAs seem unable to comprehend that they’re the ones living in an echo chamber. Between Reddit ban hammers, social media policies denying any criticism, and browser extensions to block “transphobes” they seem to believe that the people mirror their sheltered online experience. So, in the one space that doesn’t have to kowtow to them, they’re just wringing their hands and shouting about bogeymen.

Perfect encapsulation.

He means "super gay," which just means what "gay" meant (and still means to us non-Cluster-B people) when they created that sub. Damned fool.

Some of the TRAs on that thread are really dropping their homophobia-camouflage: https://imgur.com/a/lEyjg22 (https://www.reddit.com/r/askgaybros/comments/moobem/am_i_being_transphobic_to_my_date/gu5ktce/)

"You say you can't help being same-sex attracted? That's what pedophiles say too!"

"You say you can't help being same-sex attracted? That's what pedophiles say too!"

I wanna see 'em try THIS one on straight people! Somehow I doubt it'll have the desired effect...

Also: doesn't this argument invalidate EVERY sexual orientation? Since you can't, by definition, "help" ANY of 'em? So... wouldn't this apply to trans people as much as anyone else? Better be "open" to doin' those of the male sex then, transbians! Wouldn't want anyone thinking that you were pro-pedo, now would we?

Also: doesn't this argument invalidate EVERY sexual orientation?

You are expecting logical reasoning. We don't do that here, that would be transphobic.

Favorite comment:

You "went along with it" out of fear that it would be transphobic not to? This is the homophobic rape culture set up by the modern transgender movement. I will say it again: homophobic rape culture.

That's the perfect way to describe it.

Good to see that AGB has balls, both literally and figuratively.

RFLMAO. I accidentally clicked on u/medicineman2287's user history. He's pinned some post about "join me in exploring spirituality and the sacred masculine". I can guarantee this person has zero insight into any kind of archetypal masculine energy. He oozes toxic femininity.

Edit: also he has the same vibe as u/thesilentchief, who is using the very same thread to rile up r/AHS. Very likely the same pathetic person.

Don’t you just love the way that refusing to give them sex is worthy of a post on AHS. How long before kids refusing to fuck adults are on the outrage list from those deranged cunts.

Lmao trans “men” have such a fucked up perception of masculinity they become possessed by their delusional perception of it. Truly astounding to see someone who thinks being a man is having armpit hair try and teach others about masculinity.

There's also a whole host of FTMs jumping around that thread lecturing gay men on how they are doing this "gay thing" wrong. And defending not disclosing trans status until the pants come off.

So I just received a warning from Reddit Admins for promoting hate.

Here is the offending comment.

There you have it: "transwomen are not women and transmen are not men." is promoting hate.

No mystery who hit the report button that's for sure.

It's always a relaxing read to watch AGB not play.

Gotta say, as a woman, I'm annoyed that male-populated subreddits can fight this bullshit so much better, and TRAs attack them much less. If this were a lesbian subreddit they'd have already been erased from Reddit. We're still animals; males will try to fight and rape females but they are wary of pissing off another male who might be stronger.

Then again, the entire thread is suspicious. Also, don't call it "rape": rape is forcing someone to have sex. This guy wasn't forced, he chose by his own actions to do that. It's "rapey", for sure, but not "rape".

[–]SerpensInferna 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

Oh yeah, it's absolutely enraging. I think there's a couple of things at play here. Speaking in broad generalities, men do not listen to women. TRAs treat women as men always have, as a resource they get angry if denied. They don't respect women or any boundaries they have. When women do draw lines in the sand, they are called "witch" (or in this case, TERF) and framed as evil and outcast, and it becomes accepted to physically and verbally abuse them. You also have the fact that women are generally more agreeable than men and less likely to fight head on.

Lesbians have been fighting this battle for what seems like ages now, and what feels like on our own.

I think these interactions between gay men shutting down transmen and lesbians being terrorized by transwomen really points more towards the complete disconnection gender ideology has from biological reality.

WELL. SAID.
