This sub has been steadily getting more and more anti trans in the last several months, and there is literally no reason for it. Every time someone even says "trans" people like u/TeenageDarren pop up to talk about how trans men are really women and therefore if a gay man sleeps with a trans man he is actually bi and therefore if anyone suggests a gay man sleep with a trans man they are actually advocating rape. If you don't like trans folks, fucking fine. But do you really need to be such a dick about it?

Absolutely no self-awareness. I get your compassion about this but I applaud their lack of patience. I don't care at this point if any "do better" people get a cold shower. They need to do better at not being witless homophobes. People have been trying logic and reason with them for a long time. Now it's time to be done with the whole situation. They're clueless pests at best and need to stop hassling people obviously uninterested in their propaganda. I don't care if they whine and act surprised about "no," they're enabling narcissistic abusers, and boy have I ever had enough of those kinds of enablers in this lifetime. Some of them are just another flavor of narcissist themselves, the "covert" or "vulnerable" kind. By acting well-meaning and confused (which is basically gaslighting given what they're trying to sell to non-receptive audiences) when they encounter objections, they're very good at inspiring sympathy in onlookers which they do not deserve, when in fact they deserve opprobrium and to be shoved out the door.
