A very interesting video. Some notes:

He's conflating biblical stories with the movements of a relatively small group of people within much larger migrations.

He makes it look like everyone is partially Jewish in Europe and says as much at the end. (False)

For example, not all Simitic people (like Canaanites and Phoenicians) were Jewish, nor were all Celts &c. In fact only small groups of Hebrews traveled to ports around Europe, living alongside the main ethnicities of those regions. Ports and trading cities were multicultural for thousands of years.

Also, Zionists hate Christians, and attack them regularly in Israel, Pelestine (killing 10s of thousands), and throughout the world.

It's appropriate to see Hebrews traveling throughout the world in the past 3000 years (not much earlier), but they were always small insular, exclusive groups that exploited their host areas for trade. After the ancient period this video discusses, Hebrews were regularly expelled from regions that did not approve of their lack of integration in the lager societies. Where they've been protected (eg. by the Pope, or the US &c) is where money laundering had been important.

I'm of course leaving a lot out of this 3000-year history, but that's my '2 cents' on the video.

Praise God that he does not give us a spirit of fear, but of love, power, and a sound mind. There is nothing to fear except doubting God's word and his promises. We should spend more time listening to God than we do listening to the world. Many have not even read the Bible from cover to cover even one time in their entire life that God has given them on Earth. That is why lies and evil prosper, because this generation has forgotten God. They do not know him or his word. It's important we stay rooted in God's word so as these storms come we will stand strong, trusting in the Lord Jesus Christ, who has all power over heaven and earth.

You should give the scriptures a read, you might find something interesting in there.

11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. 12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. 13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God. 14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. 15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. 16 And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.

I am certain the real historical Jesus did not view himself as a King, as he made no attempts in unjust tyrant rulerships. I suspect the addenum of "Kings" or "Kingdom of God" is more likely added on later in the historical books by those greedlings obsessed with unjust tyranny and "rulerships".

Jesus had only spoke the words of God and teachings on ethics on noble deeds, and his way of life is more like a preacher beggar traveller on the streets, which is the opposite of a greedy evil rich king / ruler. And many passages in the bible and historical evidences support this observation.

He certainly did not treat his fellow people as "servants" beneath him! But instead he beckon them as fellow lambs under God, in a fellowship to live a humble life of virtues and adequate means, instead of the evil wicked excessive greed of the ultra-rich.

I don't think that that's exact if we're talking about 1 Cor 7:4

1 Cor 7
3 The husband should give to his wife what is due her and likewise the wife to her husband.
4 For the wife does not have authority over her own body, but the husband does; likewise, the husband does not have authority over his own body, but the wife does.

I think he meant nothing more than that a married couple should not abstain from sex, except by mutual agreement. As he clarifies in the following versus:

1 Cor 7
5 Do not deprive one another except perhaps by agreement for a set time, to devote yourselves to prayer, and then come together again, so that Satan may not tempt you because of your lack of self-control.

Paul was big into everyone being asexual, as he was. And he writes that if unmarried people can hack it, it is best that they remain unmarried.

1 Cor 7
8 To the unmarried and the widows I say that it is good for them to remain unmarried as I am.

But if they can't hack it, then they should marry:

1 Cor 7
9 But if they are not practicing self-control, they should marry. For it is better to marry than to be aflame with passion.

So Paul sees marriage as less good than asexuality, but necessary for some people as a release valve for burning with passion.

He's not talking about the wife having authority over the husband's body, or vice-versa in terms of other things, nor even that during sex he has to do with his body what she says or vice-versa. And Paul's opinion of sex was that it shouldn't really be enjoyed, but just performed to keep a lid on the "burning with passion".

In my personal opinion Paul may have been a little bit over-eager to see his own asexuality as a gift of holiness from God. But perhaps I'm doing him an injustice. He seems to have suffered with pain as well as persecution over his condition, whatever it was.

2 Cors 12

6 But if I wish to boast, I will not be a fool, for I will be speaking the truth. But I refrain from it, so that no one may think better of me than what is seen in me or heard from me,
7 even considering the exceptional character of the revelations. Therefore, to keep me from being too elated, a thorn was given me in the flesh, a messenger of Satan to torment me, to keep me from being too elated.
8 Three times I appealed to the Lord about this, that it would leave me,
9 but he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for power is made perfect in weakness.” So I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me.

So perhaps his humility was sufficient.

But there is very slippery morale/ethics slope with "rulership" as history has repeatedly proven. SUch as greedy abusive lying hypocrites rulers, who demands "do what I say not, what not what I do".

Matthew 19:24 And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.

Mark 10:25 It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.

Luke 18:25 For it is easier for a camel to go through a needle's eye, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.

Strong's Greek: 2574. κάμηλος (kamélos) -- Camel Word Origin: Derived from Semitic origin, akin to the Hebrew word גָּמָל (gamal).
Corresponding Greek / Hebrew Entries: - H1581 גָּמָל (gamal): Refers to the camel, used in various Old Testament passages to denote wealth and trade (e.g., Genesis 24:10).

In the ancient Near East, camels were vital for trade and transportation, especially in desert regions. They were considered valuable assets due to their endurance and ability to travel long distances without water. The camel's significance in daily life made it a powerful symbol in teachings and parables, often representing wealth, burden, or the improbable

The parable depicts the transport of wealth and makes the point that material wealth cannot be taken into the kingdom of God, thus any man entering the kingdom will be without his earthly possessions. There is no scriptural admonition given against wealth itself, and many of the great figures of scripture from Job to Abraham to Solomon to Joseph of Arimathea are all wealthy men who nevertheless are accounted good. Ultimately though, all things material or immaterial are the rightful possession of the creator anyway.

1) a relationship with a false Christ is one based on a lie.

How do you tell which one is based on the lie, if not all of them?

But as I studied I realized that Jehovah is nowhere to be found in the N.T.

Well, no, not in the original Greek. The word is a translation.

infact Jehovah is not even in the most accurate version of the O.T.

This is also true. The word is a translation of the tetragrammaton: יהוה (YHWH), but with the specifically wrong vowles used.

The scrolls of the dead sea do however contain Jehovah

Well, not exactly. Most of the dead sea scrolls are in Hebrew, so they would contain יהוה. This can be translated as "Jehovah". But it is more commonly written in English as Lord or LORD.

The New Testament writers themselves did not seem to place any particularly great importance on the Hebrew word, otherwise they would have certainly used it within the Greek text

True. The new testament avoids it. They have all used "Kyrios" (lord) or "Theos" (god) when quoting the parts of the old testament that say "YHWH".

Therefore, there is no textual basis for replacing "Lord" or "the God" with what is presumed to be the correct rendering of the Name from Hebrew.

"Yahweh" is probably the correct rendering of YHWH from Hebrew. Not Jehovah. But you can translate for the most original meaning if you like, including going back to the Hebrew (or Aramaic) for the passages that derive from those languages. And there's some value in that if you're seeking a precise meaning.

The J references are not manuscripts but translations of the Greek into Hebrew.

What are "The J references"?

  1. No, Islam is about submission to God's will.

Do you have an Islamic reference for this claim?

However if one summit's to Allah's will by to following the Ahlul Bayt and loves Hussain then in this situation the love can be reciprocal. Because Allah loves those who love Hussain (as)

1) a relationship with a False Christ is a false relationship.

What are the main differences between a relationship with a False Christ and a relationship with a true God?

Paul tells us about the God of Abraham the Universal God.

Are we talking about Paul's Epistle to the Galatians?

Jehovah is not mentioned in the new testament.

That depends on the Translation. In the New World Translation the name Jehovah appears 237 times in the New Testament.

But even in the old testament the name "Jehovah" is just one way of translating יהוה (YHWH ... later rendered in the Latin alphabet as JHVH). And while the original pronunciation was lost during the 3rd to 2nd centuries BCE, because no one was supposed to pronounce it, "Jehovah" isn't even an attempt to guess the original pronunciation, but uses the vowels from the Hebrew work for "my lord" in place of the lost vowels.

But plenty of old testament translations will just use YHWH or "god". The King James uses little caps to indicate YHWH: LORD.

In any case the word "Jehovah" is just a translator's choice. Not an indication of the identity of god.

In a relationship with Christ there is only one teaching, that's love and it is reciprocal.

Is the love not reciprocal in Islam?

As i have said before even the torah admits that Abraham knew not Jehovah. In a relationship with Christ there is only one teaching, that's love and it is reciprocal. The law of Christ is even relational i.e. to bear one anothers burdens.

1) No. Jesus and Allah are one.

So you don't think that a relationship with Christ can include one where he's not Allah?

TBH, that does sound less like a relationship and more like a religion.

2) they didn't have God first they worshipped a tribal god named Jehovah not the Universal God of Abraham.

I agree that YHWH was one of the divine council early on. One of the Bene-Elohim, the sons of God ... Specifically the one whose inheritance was Israel. But as the old testament was being written he became the main God, and the others were demoted to angels. (As described in Psalm 82).

And there's some hints of evidence in the names of people that are recorded that have a YHWH root that he was the second God of Israel, not the first ... and that YHWH was originally worshipped by a nomadic people, and at some point became the God of Israel, displacing Baal.

The old testament is highly inaccurate just look at how different the dead sea scrolls are.

I don't think the Pentateuch was ever mean to be taken as historical. Including I don't think Abraham would have been a historical figure. (Making the "Universal God of Abraham" an awkward definition of a universal God.)

You submit to Allah He isn't submitting to you. Its a one way street. Whereas I love Christ and He loves me back.

Does he follow your teachings the same way that you follow his?

Its a one way street. Whereas I love Christ and He loves me back. That's reciprocity thats true relation.

BIBLE: Basic Instructions Before Living Eternally

How could anyone believe the claim that in order for the a word to be inspired by God, it must be in Hebrew? Who made this rule for God? Who has put God into these shackles and chains so that he is only allowed to speak in one language? Who can limit God who is the Word to use only one language used by a minority of the world's population?

Where did the languages come from? Did they not come from above? Did not God confound the people of earth at the tower of Babel, so that they could not all speak the same language any more? At the command of God, they spoke in different languages and could no longer understand each other, ending their cooperation on building the tower to heaven.

God can speak any language at any time. Anyone can hear God in his heart if he listens. Even if you do not speak Hebrew, he will speak to you in a way which you can understand. And he knows when you are talking to him, whether you call him Lord, God, Adonai, Master, Yeshua, the Lamb of God, Redeemer, Savior, King of kings, Lord of lords, or even Jesus. (Of course!)

There is no God apart from Christ.

1) But is there Christ without God?

2) Doesn't Judaism refute that? They had that God first. And they don't accept that Christ is God. Or even the Messiah. And Islam accepts that Christ is the Messiah, but not that he's God.

Submission can only be relational of it is reciprocal.

In Islam, an individual’s relationship with God is the focal point of Islamic spirituality. In what way is that submission, but not a Christian's relationship with God?

After seeing your recommendation, I watched the movie. Here are some observations.

The main character, a Catholic "father", obviously had no faith in Jesus Christ, turning to a bottle of hard drink to comfort him, instead of turning to the Comforter.

Mat 23:9 And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven.

They used the popular term "zombie apocalypse". Prophecy tells us people will want to die. I suppose people will be in such misery that they would be willing to die to escape. But they cannot.

Rev 9:6 And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them.

If the apostate church can bring people back to life against their will, that could be one of the "miracles" performed by the false prophet.

Rev 19:20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.

Did you notice the film was recorded entirely through internet-connected devices? The internet is probably used by the beast system to monitor and govern everyone, and to enable all purchases. Those that refuse the mark of the beast will be shut out of that system.

Those that died (in the movie) and were resurrected by the false prophet then believed themselves to be warriors, doing good by killing others.

John 16:2 They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service.

Those of us that keep the faith in the living Lord Jesus Christ will be seen as the enemies. The world will make open war against the kingdom of God. Let us continue to keep the righteous commandments of God and our faith in Jesus.... May the Lord give us strength to pass our short test of faith.

After Jesus died his brother James led the community. It wasn't a new religion yet, James believed in following all the Jewish rules like circumcision. Paul tried to preach to gentiles but wanted to have them not follow all those rules, just have faith. This is explained in the epistle to the Galatians. This epistle of James is mainly about sins. Just like the Torah.

Sorry?

Luke claims to be quoting eyewitnesses

You call him "Luke". He doesn't do that.

1) The video claims we have eyewitness testimony. Not the testimony of someone who claimed to speak to eyewitnesses. Those are not the same.

2) it's not clear that the author of Luke claims to be quoting eyewitnesses directly. He claims to be putting together a narrative from what eyewitnesses have handed down to us. This could be second or third hand.

The nature of ancient history is that you don't get proof. You get evidence, and sometimes the evidence builds up that scholars end up in agreement on a point.

LUKE 1 KJV

That doesn't even claim that whoever is writing to "Theophilus" is an eye witness.

It claims that many other people have undertaken to write down the narrative that was originally passed down to us by eyewitnesses, and so do I.

But note that not every claim is most likely to be true. A historian will consider the motivations and knowledge of the author, and of those collecting together what we have today.

Just another list of unproven, uninformed, new age opinion pieces.

Just to start with how about proving that there is no eyewitness testimony in the gospels.

Maybe start with the easy one:

LUKE 1 KJV

1 Forasmuch as many have taken in hand to set forth in order a declaration of those things which are most surely believed among us,

2 Even as they delivered them unto us, which from the beginning were eyewitnesses, and ministers of the word;

3 It seemed good to me also, having had perfect understanding of all things from the very first, to write unto thee in order, most excellent Theophilus,

4 That thou mightest know the certainty of those things, wherein thou hast been instructed.

My general point is that we don't have any evidence written by eyewitnesses.

I think that the differences between the accounts also demonstrate that we can't just take any passage as (metaphorical) gospel.

And it's clear that much was written to retrofit messianic prophesy to Jesus. Especially in Matthew.

Not that these aren't informative about the life of Jesus, but you can't read them correctly without understanding that they're not a historical account.

For instance the Messiah had to be born in Jerusalem. So they use a census that counted Roman citizens, and not Jews to claim that people had to go to their ancestral city, which no census ever has required, in other to get Joseph and Mary to Jerusalem. This is evidence that Jesus existed, and was from Nazareth.

I thought you were disproving the first case being made in the video, i.e. that the scriptures were written in the first century in the area where the events occurred, and therefore could have been written by eyewitnesses. And that they could and would have been refuted by eyewitnesses were they untrue.

Your first source says up front:

“I don’t know who the Gospel writers were and nor does anyone else.”

Majority of Scholars agree: The Gospels were not written by Eyewitnesses – Escaping Christian Fundamentalism https://lutherwasnotbornagaincom.wordpress.com/2016/11/08/majority-of-scholars-agree-the-gospels-were-not-written-by-eyewitnesses/

And in this vein they cite ‘recent opinion’, no facts are given.

Nevertheless they don’t place the writing of gospels beyond the first century.

Your second source also says:

“Internal evidence within the texts of the 27-book New Testament canon suggests that most of these books were written in the 1st century CE. The first book written is thought to be either the Epistle to the Galatians (written around 48 CE)[3] or 1 Thessalonians, written around 50 CE.[4] The final book in the ordering of the canon, the Book of Revelation, is generally accepted by traditional scholarship to have been written during the reign of Domitian (81–96) before the writing of 1 and 2 Timothy, Titus and the Epistles of John.”

Dating the Bible - Wikipedia

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dating_the_Bible

So even these sources concede the general point.

It is also notable that all the late dating is based entirely on opinion, and that applying the same rational to figures such as Alexander the great, or Julius Caesar would find them to be entirely mythical.
