The outlined duties of public service prioritizing the well-being of people over private interests / perpetuating systems, as well as vigilance against usurpation, directly safeguard these freedoms.

I would like to adds this:
So long as people continue to focus on everything other than pivot to the Direct-Reciprocity paradigm
then everyone is:

living in the old frame: Incumbency
not in the new frame: Incumbency transcended

Ergo: Nothing can, nor, will fundamentally change.

And that is how the (wrong) agenda that is normalized, wins

This is the agenda we should be focused on -- especially to leverage on events right now
