We shouldn't celebrate Satan day. But I think at some point the calendar got messed with.

That’s the roman name. In scripture it is the seventh day; שָׁבַת (shabath) derived from: Strong's Hebrew: 7655. שִׁבְעָה (shibah or sheba) -- seven

Satan’s day is the opposite day to Shabbat, i.e. the first day of the week (Sunday) honouring Sol Invictus, also known as ‘the venerable day of the sun’.

Yeah but besides whatever we call them in English, how do we know that Saturday is supposed to be the seventh day. There's different theories like phantom time . I bet Sunday was originally the sabbath. The early Christians often argued over when Easter should be.

There are theories for just about everything imaginable, I have yet to find any compelling case for there having been a break in the cycle of the weeks. There have been some attempts like the French decimal, ten day week, but they broke down and rejoined the rest of the world keeping the creator’s week and in the majority of cases naming the seventh day some derivative of ‘Sabbath’.

I bet Sunday was originally the sabbath.

You may make bookies happy but that is all. :)

Do you have a source for this?

It is a sign between me and the children of Israel for ever: for in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day He rested, and was refreshed.
