Alright, it's finally time for me to unleash my frustration about escalators. First off, they're like the amputee tortoise babes of the transportation world. You step on them expecting to zippidee-doo-daa up or down to your destination, but instead, you're greeted with this excruciating crawl that makes you feel like you're a legless monkey trying desperately to escape a cheetah walking up to slap you around for fun while battling unconsciousness. And don't even get me started on the people who stand still on them like they're statues, blocking your way and staring at you with their soulless, predatory eyes, as if they're about to gut you like a fish and laugh about it and post the video in a private WhatsApp group. Then there's the constant fear of getting your shoelaces sucked into the teeth of the escalator monster. Black Widow was the harbinger, and then we had all of 2022 with Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness (the first MAJOR sign of bad MCU movies to come), followed by Thor Love and Thunder, which people hated, followed by Wakanda Forever, which was out-the-ass woke and people DESPISED for its anti-male messaging and making the Atlanteans "Sea Aztecs," followed by Ant Man: Quantummania, which was the final sign Marvel was dead. People actually liked Guardians of the Galaxy 3 and I actually saw that one (still, online) but the damage had been done after two straight years of hot garbage.

Marvel is almost as dead as Star Wars, at this point. I see a lot of YouTube entertainment channels mention how low the box office numbers are for these movies, are. Hell, Disney in general, is nearly dead.

The biggest question is: Are you motivated enough to try to tackle those things you hate?

1) Relationships are harder to get than ever in this age under these circumstances. What are you doing about this, online and/or offline? If you don't meet as many people as possible to increase your odds you simply won't meet them. If you are female you can likely find a friend in AmericanMuskrat/Mittens who thinks he's SaidIt's Casanova somehow.

2) Maintaining a good circadian rhythm helps in many ways, even if it's not easy (I struggle on this too). IMO, it's worth listening to your body, and trying your best to train it and your own habits into adopting a more or less "normal" sleep cycle.

3) Sex and sexuality is over-rated. Everyone else seems to get more than you, especially in media, and besides rare exceptions, boring couples get it more than anyone and even most of them aren't that active. More important than the sex-focused propaganda about identity is confidence. You be you. You become an expert in you. You are a human, which involves your ideas, skills, talents, and knowledge. You're already a decent typist, know steam, and are on the best free-thinking truth-seeking site. Keep working on those and more - and grow, and grow in confidence. Your lusts and self-expression and race are minor by comparison. Those are weaponized divisive factors to avoid.

4) Family is only as good as they are. Some folks are lucky, some folks are not, and some have none. Those who matter don't mind, and those who mind don't matter. Find new groups and tribes to hang with and know. Find local activist groups. If you still have sexuality hangups you might seek LGB groups to socialize with. I recommend Freedom groups who really don't care much about sexuality when there are MUCH bigger problems now and coming over the next decade or few. Find out when your next local rallies are. Make a little protest sign to be a conversation catalyst if you're shy to instigate introductions.

5) Practice, practice, practice. Don't beat yourself up about faux-pas. EVERYONE makes them and learns. That's how it goes. Some are naturally better than others, but that doesn't mean you should give up.

Maintain and expand your "I love:" list. It's VERY important to live in gratitude and compassion. Consider studying Zen Buddhism for more on this.
