Trying to get a short film shot.

It's going really badly. I can't get all the separate parts together, can't find a good location. I just don't have a lot of confidence when it comes to people anyway so taking on that level of responsibility for organising them is terrifying. I've been told to just throw money at it but I can't seem to get the kind of thing I want that way either.
