I'm pretty sure this was the case where these guys pleaded guilty and took a deal to basically make a bunch of shit up about the others to get reduced sentences, then it turns out there's no evidence for any of that shit and there's endless stuff about fed entrapment and such which got them off whereas the ones who already pleaded guilty obviously have no way out.

It's a valuable lesson: don't be a snivelling coward traitor, also nobody talks, everybody walks

The major lesson here is though: if the police are using tricks like getting you to take a plea deal it means they have no fucking case against you, if they had the evidence and such they'd just railroad you on it. They will only offer these things to you in political cases if they know they have fuck all and think you're stupid. In this case they're obviously right because it's a bunch of dudes who get entrapped by feds into the dumbest shit, which is extremely evil in itself. The feds and justice system targeting extremely stupid and mentally ill people to abuse just for jewish political interests is really disgusting.

So yeah, anyone who is organised irl stick to the principle of total non-cooperation with law enforcement. Do not say anything to them (they are just trying to twist your words to incriminate you), do not take a plea deal (this means they have NOTHING so they're desperately trying to get you to shoot yourself in the foot)

And always remember, ACAB.

Suspect Who Pummeled 75-Year-Old Army Vet In Nursing Home Won’t Face Charges

Jadon Hayden immediately began hitting him repeatedly with both fists, punching him relentlessly until Bledsoe started bleeding from his head.

“See this b–ch -ss n—-r here?” the suspect said, grabbing the camera to show the victim’s bloodied face.

Bledsoe passed away at another nursing facility approximately two months after the attack.

According to investigators, the attacker also posted footage that showed him beating a female patient who was confined to her bed, WXYZ reported.

Many such cases, the only reason we hear of them is because they record them and post them online. Imagine how many elderly people have been murdered by blacks in care homes where the local authorities just brushed it under the rug for them to continue doing it willy nilly.

Is the fed leader also being tried?

The statute can be violated in three distinct ways:

By teaching or showing someone how to use, make, or deploy a firearm, or explosive or incendiary device that is capable of causing injury or death, knowing or believing it will be used for civil disorder.

Wtf so literally sending someone files or even instructional videos to someone might get you caught? That's retarded it ought to be protected speech.

Yah the law is so broad that you could entrap pretty much any militia.

The strangest part is that if this bit of text is an accurate summary of the law, then its application requires a certain level of mind reading. How else can the court confirm what someone "knows or believes"?

Conspiracy charges make sense when the resulting crime has an intended victim, like conspiracy to commit murder. Conspiracy to train doesnt make sense, it's like science fiction pre-crime bullshit. It's honestly a stretch to even make training for something like this illegal, but conspiracy to do this is on another level of judical overreach altogether.

They've evolved beyond charging you with irrelevant crimes or framing you for ones you didn't commit, now they're finally to the point of making up intentionally vague laws to entrap you with if you get out of line. I'd expect many more like this one. The USA is soon to become UK V2.

This is an older law I believe, there's lots of shit like this that's just rarely enforced. They bring em out at opportune times to scare would-be revolutionaries.

That's somewhat surprising, but I guess they'd rather use an old, obscure law than pass a new one anyway.

How else can the court confirm what someone "knows or believes"?

I'd assume their lawyer told them pleading guilty to those charges is the only way they can survive and that's what they did.

Yes, I think I actually heard about these guys and their case before. It is still staggering that there is a law which presupposes that the judge and the jury have mind reading abilities. I would expect a law like that to be abused by the courts regardless of any plea deal tricks.

Using encrypted apps, members of the highly organized group planned terror campaigns;

Rinaldo Nazzaro has maintained a decidedly low profile: he has no visible presence on any major social media platforms, no published writings under his own name, and no profile in local or national media.

Few traces of him exist anywhere, except where a name is required in official business – such as real estate purchases and the registration of companies.

In chat rooms hosted by the Base, Nazzaro stressed the importance of in-person meet-ups and required members to attend training camps.

Meanwhile, “Norman Spear” [Nazarro] appears to have had no extended history in the neo-Nazi movement before emerging as leader of the Base.

The photographs show the same person who has been presenting himself as “Norman Spear”.

Meanwhile, a reverse image search yielded a photograph matching public photos of “Norman Spear” atop advertisements for English lessons in St Petersburg, Russia.

This shit is incredible. This is obviously a glow operation.
