There is a tendency in the dissident right to blame the boomers for the blitzkreig push of civil rights legislation and open border non-white immigration policies during the 1960s in Western European countries, United States, Canada, Australia, etc. The Boomer age bracket begins in 1946 and ends in 1964. If we are looking at the civil rights act in 1964 as an example in the United States the oldest boomer would be around the age of eighteen when the act was passed. Remember there was no internet or alternative sources unless you knew someone. The media was a closed ecosystem completely controlled by Jews and White liberals. Every kid was hammered with the message that non whites are equal to Whites in movies, news and the school system. The only counter narratives they would have at their disposal is from their parents, grandparents and their peers experience with non whites. There was no referendum for these people to make their voice heard. The people that you remember that resisted strongly are the "evil" people in your school history textbooks, censored or were prevented from protesting by the government in their respective countries.

If you are millennial, your grand parents are boomers or of the silent generation. These people were already watching movies that were critical of white racial consciousness, noble savage stories and magic black negros. They never stood a chance, just because their propaganda firmware would be seen as too racist for the current political environment it doesn't mean they saw everything from a birds eye view with 20/20 hindsight nearly a half century later. Also, Gone With the Wind came out in 1939 and the movie was drastically altered from the book to portray blacks in a more positive light and Hollywood was promoting the black actress to push their anti-white agenda to end segregation.
