Just saw this, dunno how trustworthy it is

It still could be but with the kind of patriotard stuff you usually see in libtard countries. We have it a lot here where the government and big businesses will use the union jack as branding and go on about making Britain great and loving homegrown companies and all that horseshit. I could see him making the state more serious while using patriotic rhetoric but still being hostile to real nationalism like national populists are in the west, but with some real policies.

I agree, it seems to me that Putin wants nationalism without nationalists. I do not think that is a very effective strategy, but it is hard to see where else he could go from here.

Yeah nationalism without nationalists. I'm not sure if this is true in China or Russia but it seems along the line of the same kind of thing if it is.

I can see Putin going into a kind of developmental nationalist state but without much ideology behind it and with repression of fascists. Like a mix between Salazar's anti-fascism with China's state model.

One of the comments about the Russian government being more afraid of its supporters than its opponents seems very accurate. A few years ago when there were still people who called for a dictatorship in Russia and addressed Putin with autocratic titles, the government response was to immediately sideline and ignore these people. I really think that Putin must be a liberal in his heart, because otherwise it is hard to understand why he would do this. If establishing a "managed democracy" in Russia was supposed to be some sort of optics strategy to achieve an understanding with the West, it is clearly not working.

Russia is legitimately autarkic. It has its own big tech and growing. Its outside the atlanticist axis. Everything is gay and fake in UK because its the core of zog.

But the core of ZOG, due to its position on the east west axis can easily switch to the Eurasian side.
