Marijuana is by no means a benign drug. It makes you stupid and overly complacent. There are stereotypes for a reason.

The same people who lay around and smoke weed all day would lay around and drink or pop pills or whatever else if weed wasn't around. Weed doesn't make people lazy-those people were already lazy.

Not necessarily. It can definitely exacerbate or compound that instinct in my personal experience.

False. It MAKES you lazy. Maybe you are able to construe "laziness" in a way that it doesn't apply to this or that pot smoker, but it just does.

There's people who have been smoking since teenage and work long hours at their job and seem to not be lazy but they still are. For example, in sticking to shit jobs instead of changing their life for the better. Laziness can be subtle.
