If it could guarantee the same quality of life, sure.

Remaining in those places pretty much guarantees a lower quality of life in the long run. You will become a minority or already are, you will not have any preferential treatment in your job and will likely be discriminated against (see s15.2 of the Charter which already allows this), so what exactly do you have to lose? Start building the future you want somewhere where you will have autonomy and sustainability.
